Manager and assistant manager
I saw the assistant manager sam taking money out of the draw and her and the store manager nichole taking pills while in the store. This has happened on numerous occasions and im at the store at least 5-10 times a week. The manager has been rude to me and other customers when someone goes to look for someone to ring them out. Had a bad experience at store
Employee ran behind me accusing me of stealing and ask to look in my purse. I was so very upset shop in this location all the time I came to find some disinfectant and tried to go in as many family dollar stores before they close at 8 pm now I was so disrespected in front of the store I told the other employee I wanted the police to come. Which they did. They end up talking to me and advised me to call cooperative but that wasn't the worst part the employee told me that they didn't want me in their store again and the police said there is nothing they could do again but to call family dollar. I have been calling for over a week now and can't get through. I went to check out with color makers that smell like fruit. Since they were for my elderly mother, I asked if they had any regular makers? He directed me to school supplies. When I came back with them he had rung up the others. When I told him I wanted the regular ones he turned around a sign that read no returns or exchanges! Last Saturday I went to the store in Trenton Michigan store #6303, I got there early to what I read that for elderly people they open at 8am. I was there at 7:45am and waited outside I can see the man doing things to get ready for opening, around 5 after 8 he opened the door and said we open at 9am, so said I looked up and it said for older people 8 so he pointed at the hour sign to me. So I said you really should check the website to see what I saw. So I started back to my car to wait and I shook my head thinking I could have sleeped in, that is all I did and then he comes out the store saying ma, am ma'am so I turned around and he said do you have a problem with me and I said excuse me he said you are rude to me every time I'm in his store. I was blow away by that. (I question 2 times because of a price difference and he rolled his eyes and check it and I was right so he correct it that was the only time I spoke to him. he even helped one time set up my family dollar account for me) so any way he continued to say that (me and my sister was having words in front of him) and we were speaking about why her card wouldn't go thru and see was not doing it right so I was telling her how that was between me and her not him. Now he continued to say to me I THINK YOU SHOULD SHOP AT A DIFFERNT STORE FROM NOW ON. I was devastated that is were I live and I like that store now I'm afraid to go there, I'm 63 yrs old and has never been spoken to like that I was so upset when I got to the other store on telegraph the manager wanted me to sit down and gave me water to calm me down I was crying so hard. She gave me a number to call [protected] I left 4 messages and no one called me in a week. I just want to go to that store " his he going to bother me every time and not let me in any more?
