Family Anytime pendant/necklace

I ordered my granddaughter a grandmother/granddaughter pendant/necklace way before Christmas and have yet to receive it! I have lost the order number but have still attempted on several different occasions to reach out to the company to find the pendant/necklace but to no avail! Could you please help me to find a resolution to this dilemma? I would either like to receive the merchandise or to have the money put back on my card, that the company took out to pay for the pendant/necklace! Thank you very much for your time! Please help!

Family Anytime pendant/necklace

Yes, I ordered a grandmother/granddaughter pendant necklace for my granddaughter way before Christmas and she has still not received it! The necklace has already been paid for, it wasn't taken out my account! I would either like for her to get the necklace or I would like to get my money back! I don't have these order number, but I have tried several times to contact the company but to no avail! The phone number they have listed does not work and they don't answer my Emails! Could you please help me? Thank you very much! Have a great day!
