Fair.com, run by Jennifer Parke, is the worst experience I have ever had in the car industry.
1st: I returned the car and I paid all the bills but they keep sending me bills and can't figure out how to stop.
2nd. They said they would send in the license plates and they never did.
Nobody knows what's going on and they don't respond to issues.
It will proably be out of business by the time you are reading this but if it's not, AVOID at all costs.

I would be careful when doing any business with these people. For one thing their app needs to be updated to reflect the correct inventory of vehicles that are available. I have wasted time and money signing up for a vehicle only to find out that it's no longer available after my credit card was charged and a hold was placed on it for the start up amount. I know that this has happened to alot of other people as well. It is fraud and false advertisement because they should remove the cars that are not available from their app. There are alot of complaints online about this. I will be filing with the California Attorney General and the FTC about what they are doing. Its bad business.
