Walmart not a great place to shop

I've ordered several items from walmart about three weeks ago. My order arrived in reasonable time but when I opened the package I was extremely disappointed because few items were missing. Thing which I did receive were great, but I still i'm very disappointed. When I called customer service I got the run around and finally after about 10 calls was promised a refund. But unfortunately I never got my money back. Really bad. Never expected something like this from such a reputable company. I guess i'll never order anything from walmart again.

Walmart scam clowns!

Several days ago I went to the Walmart online store to buy myself something special. I found a lovely dress that I wanted to wear on my birthday party, so I ordered it. Few days after I ordered and paid I received an email from them saying my order was cancelled. I immediately contacted customer service and asked what was going on, I wanted some explanations. Their rep said that they never received the payment, so they had no other choice. Then I contacted my bank and was told that Walmart did receive my money. What a joke! These liars stole my money and I will never get my birthday dress! So extremely disappointed. Never again I will buy anything from these scam clowns!

Walmart disgusted with walmart!

I ordered few things from Walmart and will never make the same mistake again. Things I ordered never arrived and I have no idea where my order is. So I contacted them and demanded my money back. I had to keep calling Walmart customer service for the past three weeks and they still refused to refund me! These people owe me over $165! So recently I called them again and said that if they don't refund me I'm calling the police. And they finally answered and promised to refund me in few days. Horrible company!

My Walmart 'lost' my car battery while I was getting new tires and told me it was my fault because it took me more than a day to pick my car up. The person in charge of store security claimed she went through all the tapes and saw nothing, but I don't believe her! I used to work at this Walmart and it amazes me that they can catch someone stealing a bottle of 88 cent Ibuprofen but can't find a $120+ dollar car battery. They are a greedy company that cares more about profit than customer satisfaction! And they certainly don't care about employees! I know so many people that worked at the Walmart in my town that were let go for reasons that Walmart says they stand up for in their handbook, like physical or mental disabilities. I'm on disability for depression and I told them that at every interview I had that I could only make a certain amount of money and they said that was fine. But once I started working there, my manager seemed to forget that fact and would schedule me way over what I could work. I think that's one of the reasons they let me go. Good riddance to them!

Walmart big failure

About 5 months ago I ordered a TV from Walmart.com. But all of a sudden, the TV stopped working! I unplugged it and waited a few seconds, when I plugged it up again, nothing happened.
I contacted Walmart customer service via their live chat option and explained the situation. Their rep was about to issue a refund, but suddenly he changed his mind and told me that it has been too long to give a refund! Then I told that I would like to speak to a manager and the answer was no. Horrible lack of customer support! Avoid these dishonest people!

Walmart vision center eyeglasses - lenses

I purchased lenses from walmart to put in frames that I purchased elsewhere. When I first brought the glasses home I was in love. That loved soon turned to hatred when the glasses suddenly acquired more scratches and stress fractures that I have ever seen before. Took then to walmart told it is my fault. So after only four months and 400 dollars, I am forced to get new glasses because I can't see out of these ones. Don't buy lenses from walmart. Spend the money elsewhere. Inferior quality and they don't stand behind their product.

Walmart tired of walmart!

I ordered a few items from Walmart.com. One item was fine, but the second one was nothing what I thought it would be. I contacted their customer service and they said I need to go to their store and someone would help me. I went to the nearest Walmart store, spent 30 minutes there only to be told that I have to go to another store. I took a bus and went to another store which was 25 minutes away. When I arrived I was told to contact Walmart customer care by phone. No words can describe how sick I am of Walmart.

Walmart automotive service

2/19/16 service order number 31227. I took my vehicle (2005 Ford Excursion) in for service. It was to have an oil change, air filter replaced and all fluids checked, and all fittings greased. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I paid the bill of $52.92 which was reasonable and returned to the parking lot to leave. When I started the truck and started to back up I found that I had no brakes. The pedal went to the floor and the brake light came on which was not the case when I brought the truck in for service. I went back inside the service department and asked about the problem, that's when I learned that the service I asked for was done, they check the fluids but if low they do not add or refill them. Why bother to even check them then. I paid to have someone tell me they are there. Luckily when I back up I knew enough to get it stopped with the emergency brake not to hit your building. If this would have been a very senior citizen what would have happened when they got out of the parking lot or onto a four lane highway. I was never informed there was a problem with the brakes when I picked up my vehicle. upon reading the technician comments on my bill it stated "breaks very sensitive". Not brakes not working. If this is your policy for service I will not let them service my vehicle again. I also spoke to the ###'t manager and he talked to the tech and it was okay when they brought it into the bay but stated that the brakes felt funny when they moved it to the parking area. This really needs to be addressed before they send someone else out into traffic only to be in an accident.

Walmart site to store pick up

I ordered an iPhone 6s online to be picked up at a store an hour away from home, when the website asked to list the pick up persons name, I listed my husbands name because I couldn't go there myself... My husband drove in bad weather conditions for an hour to pick it up for me, and they said "only she can pick it up"... seriously?! Why does the website ask for the pick up persons name if it has to be the person who ordered/paid for it?! By far the WORST experience with Walmart EVER! NEVER AGAIN, will I order anything online again from Walmart... I may just stop going there all together! I am VERY DISSATISFIED! :( Now I have to figure out how to have the phone shipped to me at home when I could have done that to begin with! :( My husband wasted 1 hour driving in bad weather, all the gas it took to go there, gets a "no" and has to come all the way back here for NOTHING!

Walmart withholding money

I made a return from an online purchase I made with the card, I returned item in store in person, walmart money card customer service told me that my card was blocked because they need proof I bought what was returned with said card which I did but was months ago and after the return I lost receipt so they're holding the amount of the return and everything else I have on there a few hundred dollars and won't unblock my card or give me an alternate way to get my money, they said the card is blocked that's it I can't have my money!walmart money card is a rip off you lose money continuously beware do not use this card

Walmart swim bottoms

i bought a bathing suit bottom piece from walmart and when i used it for the very first time in an indoor pool i realized something wasnt right when i was swimming and once in the shallow end i reached down to discover that i was hanging out of the front as the bottoms fell apart and i couldnt get out of the pool . i waited until there wasnt anyone nearby and made a dash for my towel to cover up . when i tried to take the bottoms back i was only told i could exchange them but no refund. they told me i should have bought a larger pair but they were a large.

Walmart customer service

Walmart Kirkland store sold me a wrong prepaid phone card of 100$ on Jan 13, 2016, I asked for a Bell pre-paid phone card and they sold me a Virgin mobile card, probably because they thought Bell and Virgin belong to the same company at that time. I noticed the problem when I tried to activate the card and Bell refused it. I went back to the store to return the card, but they told me they could not do the return for prepaid phone card even though they feel sorry for the mistake of their employee made but they could not do anything about it, they let me to solve it with Bell and Virgin Mobile by myself, they told me they could not hold the responsibility for the mistake of their employee made for this case. I called Bell again and they told me it's impossible for them to fix this issue as they are different company with Virgin Mobile, and let me to return the card to the store. Now I am stuck!

Walmart money card

I purchased 3 Walmart Money Cards on October 09, 2013 for $25.00 each and attempted to register one. When it asked for my social security number, I quit the registration process as I was giving these to people for their birthday gift. We were called out of town to work and these remained in my desk drawer until now and I am not able to use them or get my money back. When I went to customer service in local Wal Mart, they told me they could not refund my money and for me to call the 800 number on the card. It was only automated. I just want my $75.00 back.

Walmart disappointed with walmart service

I've tried to order something from Walmart two times and twice it become a real nightmare. Both times my orders were rejected for no reason. I contacted Walmart customer care and they refused to explain what was the reason. The first time they told that is was my bank who rejected my order, but when I called my bank they had no idea what was I talking about. I asked my bank to check my transaction history and was told that Walmart took my money and later put it back. Second attempt at making an order on this website also failed. Similar thing happened, but in the end they finally admitted it was them rejecting the card. They finally allowed me to make an order. Well, I made an order, but several days later received a message stating that my order was cancelled. Very strange company.

Walmart pharmacy incompetency

I'm a former customer, and upon filling my "90 day" prescriptions I was given a "30 day" supply. And the cashier argued with me like I was the stupid one and said " you've always only gotten one" which was an outright lie first of all. Second of all READ the prescription! I had to wait close to an hour for them to fill it correctly after also being told they were out had to refund my money, waited 15 more minutes just to be told they contacted their manager to see if I could get a partial that I was out of my medication. This too after they had told me they don't do partials. So about 15 more minutes the manager came and told me they had it in stock and were filling it! OMG have never been treated so bad. I was in the drive through, countless customers went through ahead of me while I was left waiting. And I'm chronically ill and it's hard enough dealing with all the illnesses and keeping up with my prescriptions. It was unreasonable and I think they should clean house and hire some competent people to run their pharmacy.

Walmart calorie countdown 2% milk

Walmart stopped carrying this product and no other store in my zip code area,
97420 Coos Bay Or has it .. No other stores in the area carry it either. We need this product back on the Walmart shelves please. It is unfair to give us a rare product and than take it away, this is bad business. Lois Williams

Walmart a sweater and a robe

I bought a sweater and a robe with the faded glory . on the sweater the pocket has come apart and the robe seam right above the hook piece has come apart. I used to buy faded glory with no issues until now. I loved my robe and my sweater but now I cant even wear them. something needs to be done about this. I bought my mother the same products and she is having major issues with the robe.

Walmart visa money card

I bought my daughter a Walmart visa money card. and now the company wont let her activate it without her giving them her social security number. the people don't speak good English, and my daughter has been warned not to give out her social security number to anyone she don't trust. so" she cant use her card and I lost my money I spent for it. i'm now reading lots of complaints from others about this card. what I want to know is" is Walmart a part of this scheme? I have shopped at Walmart for years and spent lots of money in your stores. but" my daughter is afraid about identity theft with good reason. I have used different Walmart cards for a number of years for different things. I recently had 2 my payroll was suppose to be deposited on my card but one of the girls there decided to deactivate the card because I had 2 different cards, Which I had had before. My problem is they are not returning my payroll check to Hr so they can resend it to me... This is theft of a pay check and I can get nothing done about it . It has being going on a week. Do I go to the police and file theft charges. Do I get an attorney and sue Walmart? What do I do from here.

Walmart tires

2016/01/23_Bozeman, MT 59715
i ordered tires from our local

Walmart store. After the installation I

checked the car and found where there were 2

points where the paint was chipped down to

metal, one on drivers door, and one at right

rear quarter panel at wheel well. These were

able to be touched up and somewhat not so

visible. The worst damage though was where

they had dragged the air hose(impact wrench)

across drivers side quarter panel. The

scratches were from 1/2 inch to 4 inches

long. They were not able to be buffed out and

will be there permanently on car, as they are

through base coat/clear coat. In total there

were 6 scratches and 2 chips that are there

permanently. The auto guy was able to polish

out the other abrasions and make less

noticed. It ended up costing me $400 to get

touched up and polished, but car never be as

when i brought it in originally.

Take my advice and pay more for a

dealer that gives a damn about your vehicle

and respect it. Service like this is

absolutely un-professional and pathetic. The

extra cost for better care is worth it. If

you do take vehicle to Walmart and are

concerned, take video with your phone in

store lot on arrival, and again when done and

before leaving store lot.

As I said, when damage is done it is

done!

Walmart stay away!

I purchased a TV from Walmart back in July 2015, and it is now January 2016! Like only 6 months passed and it is not working already! I try to turn in on, but it just doesn’t work. I even unplugged it and waited a few seconds and when I plugged it up again, some strange noise came from the speakers. I contacted Walmart customer service through their live chat, and their rep offered me a refund. I was extremely happy and felt lucky. Later I received a message from a rep and was told that it had been too long to give a refund. Well, that is actually the end of the story. They really does not care that they gave me a 2 year guarantee.

Walmart toaster oven

A product, a toaster oven, on the shelf at Walmart store in Tomball, TX was priced at 1 cent. It was a display item and there were no others like it in stock. There were 5 or 6 other brands priced the same way. There were no other toaster ovens on display the color and size I needed for my kitchen. When I tried to purchase it, the assistant manager would not let me purchase it, saying Walmart doesn't sell display items and that the 1cent price was for the employees to know that item was not to be sold. She lied. I know for a fact that in the past, Walmart has sold me display items. And why would a price be on display items only for other employees to understand? And Customers having no clue? How ridiculous! In the past, I have tried to purchase items that have had a price, and was told at the check out, I had to pay more than the displayed price. Walmart used to be one of my favorite places to shop, but more and more it's becoming my least favorite because of the habitual bait and switch tactics that are being practiced.
