Facebook hacked

My Facebook account was hacked. No knowledge it happened until it was done. No way to get a hold of Facebook. No number or support unless I can login. I went to my games to complain and got auto responses. This is a nightmare. The hacker is going through my whole contact list posing as me trying to get money. Have contacted the media and they are very interested.

Facebook account hacked. Can't sign into games. Can I recover my king account? King should have a way to login without Facebook . I can't login to Facebook and the result is I lost games? I need help recovering my games. Disappointed Facebook is only way to games. I can't even contact Facebook because I can't login. How does this happen? I never recieved notifications of change to my account

Facebook my account locked

Hi team

I have a problem opening my facebook account it was locked while scrolling down and I tried to open it use my identity but no use please help even there is no messages sent by facebook to access my profile and I tried also to check my freind's pictures and comment and I'm 100 % of my choices .I need your support as soon as possible

Facebook bad landlords - bad hostels

To whom it may concern:

I am former a tenant of the Boynton Beach locations of Bek's Club, Inc DBA Bek's Club Hostels. Bek's Club is currently running their company illegally in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Bek's Club Hostels illegally rents houses and then subleases them. The owners of Bek's Club are Nurbek Duishekeev and Magneli Castillo Duran Duishekeev. The Boynton Beach Bek's Club locations were at 205 SE 21 Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33435 and house next door. The City of Boynton Beach closed down the Boynton Beach locations because there were over 40 people living between the two houses. Bek's Club stuffed 4 to 8 people in each bedroom on bunk beds in unsanitary conditions. Furthermore, Bek's Club does major construction without permits and licenses. This includes electrical work, plumbing work and putting up walls to create more bedrooms. Bek's Club does not have permits and licenses. Bek's Club does not pay city taxes. Bek's Club does not pay county taxes. Bek's Club fails to collect sales taxes. Bek's Club was also shut down in Boca Raton and Pompano Beach for the same violations.

3 days before the city kicked everybody out Nurbek "Bek" Duishekeev made an announcement to myself and all the other tenants. He promised us that we had nothing to worry about with code enforment. Bek then collected $540 for one month of rent from myself. He then went on and collected thousands of dollars from my roommates. 3 days later we were all homeless. The fire department showed up at our door and said that we had one hour to get out and then the police and fire department shut off our electricity and water. We all became homeless.

Bek's Club is currently doing the same violations in their Miami and Fort Lauderdale locations:

The Company Bek's Club has the licenses, some tenants do not like to pay rent and make everything to avoid it, and try to harm the company. But, we still working to house people in need to put a roof under their heads which they could afford. GOD BLESS YOU.

I live at his 1120 ne 110th terrace location, he’s been adamant about collecting rent, and I don’t think he’s going to tell us that he’s getting shut down, but people from the city have come multiple times. I’m concerned for my general well being in the matter.

Facebook social media and gaming services

Facebook stole money from me. I paid Facebook to use their gaming services. I enjoy playing several Las Vegas style games, like HEARTS OF VEGAS and THE WIZARD OF OZ. I also played MyVegas, a gambling game that provides free things and discounts and two-for-one dinners and more.
After paying Facebook, I was permanently banned and could not use the gaming service for which I paid. Facebook never told me why I was banned, but I assumed it was for my religious and political views.

Facebook subscription page

I am a fan of a subscribers page and recently the owner of the page has been blocked from doing g lives and today blocked from using her page because of a silly reason. She travels NZ and gives everybody a chance to tell their story. Reason she was blocked was because a man she spoke to had a tattoo of a swastika on his face, done 17 yrs ago. Come on facebook standards. Let's make this right

Facebook lissh, co. ltd wigs

This company is a complete scam and rip off. I purchased 3 wigs for my elderly, sick mother. They sent me items I did not order but took my money. When I attempted to get an exchange/refund they had me jumping through hoops and in the end would only give me part of my money back. I am really disappointed and would never, never, never recommend. I ordered 3 blonde wigs and received 3 brown ones. To top it all off, they kept the other 50% of my money.. Nothing but aggravation and false advertising.

I got 2 more emails last night from them saying they would refund all my money but it would take up to 5 days to see it appear on my account. Remember I cancelled my order the same night I ordered the wig (which I never got) but they did charge my cc. Funny how that charge can appear right away on my cc but my refund will take up to 5 days.

I ordered this product through PayPal and paid $42.91 after seeing this advertised frequently on Facebook. What I received was no where near the color I ordered. The color is so off that I could not possibly think about wearing this unless for Halloween! I emailed my concerns and they sent me laborious instructions which included taken pictures of the wig and the packaging, which I carefully followed. Their response was to offer me a 20% refund and let me keep this worthless wig, or otherwise they advised me that it would cost me $20 to return the item to them for refund.
Looking at the product, I can't help but believe they never really intended to send me a product even close to what they were advertising. How convenient to send you garbage and then offer to refund 20%. That is sustainable for them, isn't it? Unscrupulous company.

I ordered a wig and cancelled my order right away as soon as I saw the bad reviews but they charged my credit card anyway. After multiple emails to them to cancel the order this is their response:
Even though, we still would like to provide you a 20% refund of the order which is 8.58USD refund to make you satisfied. Also, we could provide you a discount coupon which could be used in your next order, in this case, are you willing to keep this order?
Like I said I never got the damn wig and would never order from them again. I will never buy from an ad on FB again at least I won't until I check out all reviews on the internet.

Please STOP THE MADNESS! This company is a SCAM and have scammed me over and over again because they have so many different company names on facebook. The pictures they use are nothing like the wigs you really get! Something needs to be done about this. I know they have scammed me out of over $500.00. Never again will I ever order a wig from facebook advertisement period.

I just received a LACE-FRONT Wig that I thought I had ordered (from the pic online). To my amazement, it was not a Lace-front but an OLD, WORN and SHEDDING. US customs should really get involved with this company called LISSH Co, Ltd. in China. I think it is a run-down garage OR run out of some smut-filled basement with non-English speaking beer drinking Asians preying on US Citizens (and making money). Lissh (aka LUNA Wigs) needs to be sued all across the board and the Chinese officials needs to be notified. This company Lissh needs to be shut down not only on Facebook but online as well and Paypal needs to drop their account with them all together.

I ordered a wig from them and got the wrong color. It was also full of glue and not even worthy to use for a Halloween costume! I complained to Pay Pal and got instructions to return it, but it was going to China and would have cost more to ship back than I paid for it. A total scam!

I ordered a wig from Lisshcoltd and they gave you nothing for a return address. I’ve read other post and it is a scam something needs to be done about this company it needs to be taken off of Facebook I am a widowed 68-year-old woman I have a fixed income and they pray on women that are older because they know they lose their hair. Facebook mobility scooters

I am constantly seeing pop up adverts for various mobility scooters/tricycle at very low prices. Comments show these to be a scam but it appears that many are still losing money. As someone who is disabled and short of money it is very easy to see how people are tempted by the very tempting adverts.I
Surely Facebook has some type of filters to prevent this type of scam being promoted on the site.This is not a one off but something that appears in daily basis.

last week sent a message to the Facebook complaints centre via live chat and the facebook complaints centre said to me on the live chat saying to stop fake reporting because I wanted to get rid of a message sent from facebook that was still in my support box because it wasn't true and not acceptable and am so hurt and feel so humilated and embarrassed and was very inappropriate and have never fake reported anything on facebook and was wanting to remove a message eg may 22 in my support box and they said to wait 72 hours and the message was still in my supoort box and they also advised that the mssage was gone but wasn't and would love for this to be reviewed and would love an apology from the facebook complaints centre regards tania kostov, ����they sent it through live chat and was wondering if there is anything that can be done about this. also on may 22 received this message and was hoping for the message to be deleted and removed but is still there have reported this to facebook and nothing has been done from tania kostov its not true and unacceptableam sorry for the confusion would love for this to investigated please from tania kostov

Facebook order a wig for my vacation, color was supposed to be a highlighted one. I received a fiery copper.

I went thru Pay Pal for payment. In the bag I received they also put a card that said"If there are any issues with your order, please visit our website and contact our customer via this email, which turned out to be Fraudulent and comments in there said Pay Pal was aware of the email. I requested a refund but from reading other comments I think I'm out of my money.
Facebook shouldn't let businesses advertise on there website either. After reading other complaints it should get rid of them because they are stealing from us. I'm contacting any Public Advisor to help with this Social Media Fraudulent Company.

Facebook no refund or no package

I bought a item from this company on April 25, 2019 It was a BT21 Christmas Pink Hoodie $49.94 All they tell me when i ask them about the item is it takes time for forign company to process and i asked them bunch of times and get the same answer I have asked them on website and email when can i recieve it or ask for refund i have not got nothing as of today from them

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and when I received them they were clearly sized in China as they did not fit my US shoe size, the of course were way too small. When I asked for a refund as they were too small and had glue marks in the binding areas as well as they appeared like they wouldn't make it 90 days of me wearing them just around my living room as slippers they offered me a 20% discount on my next order. Uhhh no, there will be no next order for your cheaply made products that take 3 weeks to get in the mail because they are "custom made to order". Yeah, I'm not buying any truths to that statement... BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I am out $94.65. I ordered wigs from lissh co., ltd from an advertizement on facebook. they were not the same wigs as advertized and came in colors I did not order. when I filed a dispute with paypal they responded that I would need to send the merchandise back. that was not a problem, I did not want the garbage I received and would not give it to my worst enemy. I went to ups store to try to send the items back and found it would bre $98.00 to return via us mail and $206.00 to return via ups. I could not be out another $100-$200.

I added pictures of the wigs I received and what they were supposed to look like.

Lesson learned. but this advertizement is taking peoples hard earned money and that is stealing.

Facebook should not advertise these items. people think they are ordering one thing and get another. scam scam scam scam

I was also a victim to this company . They advertised the most beautiful wig I’ve ever seen yet sent an inferior wig was sent and a color that I would never wear . Issues with refund . As for PayPal I am about to stop using them as well

Everyone, Paypal offers a free
$30 shipping refund that I didn't know about and wanted to share that. Also the company didn't respond to the 2nd refund request so I received full refund after 20 day from Paypal. CALL Paypal and work with someone directly if you have a problem, they were really great with me!

I tried everything even paypal to refund they were no help. I sent wig back to china address which coast 15.00 on top of price of wig, so lost more money so don't fall for the return an they will refund you.

I wish I had found this website before I ordered 2 wigs. I received one (never received the 2nd one) and it was so bad that I wouldn't even wear it in my back yard. It was NOTHING like it showed on Facebook. You could easily see through the entire wig. It was/is trash, nothing more. Thank goodness Paypal refunded me $30 but I lost $12 on the deal. The 2nd wig was never received so working with Paypal on that one. Didn't realize it was from China (if it really is). This company seems to have several names/addresses. I just filed a complaint with BBB.

I, too, was pulled in by this fake site! The pics of wigs they post are beautiful! However, it's not what you will get! I ordered a nice wig and received something that resembles a large rat! $25.89 is what I paid. It would cost over $100 via Fedex to ship it back to China. So I went to the post office and it costed $16 to ship it back. Thank Goddess for Paypal! Paypal reimbursed me for return shipping. The rat factory wanted to give me back 20% as well, which would be about $5! haha, They also wanted me to put a good review in exchange ! After weeks of fighting with them, and showing Paypal my return shipping label, I was finally credited back my money. I shall NEVER order this kind of crap again! I hope you guys get back to good. So glad you posted this. I’m the companies latest victim. Glad to see that there is a way to send the wigs back for less than I paid for them. They went as far as 50% of my money back and coupons to use on their site. As if I would order another wig from them. I’m pissed I ordered 4. Lesson learned.

Same happened to me. Filed complaint with Paypal and they want me to send back to China. The shipping is too expensive and then there is no guarantee I'll get my $39.89 plus shipping back. Scam Company for sure.
Be aware of anything from facebook. The wig was a piece of garbage and not anything like the ad on FB or the correct color.

This has just stopped responding to any shares I wanna make. The notifications have become useless because after about 15 minutes they are "expired" and can't be seen. Can only share from others to.my page. Not vice versa. Without these abilities Facebook is useless and not worth fighting.
Everything Facebook is used for is dilapidated and impossible to use. Was fine yesterday. Today it's useless. If this can't be fixed (I'm not the only person this is happening to) . We have talked and a fine with facebook. If not fixed we will all sign a group complaint and submit to proper Authorities. This is not just a breach of contract. I have found out that there is legally more we can do. We will get together and scream so our Snapchat will hear it.

Facebook tactical pants advertisement

I saw a facebook ad for waterproof/ripproof tactical pants and responded with an order for 2 pair. Invoice ID# c5964844367936.1 Receipt # [protected]. Sender had a PayPal ID of JIANGXIZEKU.

The pants were received but not as ordered. The pants were not of waist size 36, length 32 as requested but a size large. I cannot fit a leg in the pants and the quality is extremely poor. I attempted to contact the sender "fancy meet" at email meetfancy168@gmail.com wishing a refund. The sender refuses to allow a refund of the product. I request the ability to return this product for a refund of the purchase price.

The shipping label shows a return address: JinTai, 20275 Business Parkway, City of Industry, CA 91789-2950.

I wish to file this complaint as I now see several other facebook customers receiving the same poor product and refusal of the sender to refund. I also request the ad for the pants removed from facebook as false advertising

I would like to file a complaint with Jin Tai 20275 Business parkway, city of Industry, Ca I purchased clothes and did not fit correctly and made poorly. I emailed for a return label several times no response, so I used the return label on package and sent priority mail. I finally received a response back from my email that it was sent to the incorrect place and I will not get a refund.

I purchased and received a pair of shoes. The shoes do not fit. I would like to return them. The address on the shipping bag is “Jin Tai, 20275 Business Parkway, City of Industry, CA”. I can not locate a phone number corresponding to that address. I have located a phone number for a business with the same name in Baldwin Park, CA. I called that number and found it was disconnected. I, too, would like to file a complaint and learn how to return the shoes for a refund.

Please give me directions on how this process works.

I place an order on face book to purchase 3 bra. I ordered according to my size and their measurement chart. I waited almost 3 months for deliver of the product and when it finally arrived the size was no where near what they stated, I attempted to contact them and their response was they do not except returns for bra's. I am a senior and feel I have been scammed.

Facebook wig advertisements

I ordered several wigs from various wig advertisments on Facebook. They were scams and came from China. Real Garbage and no way resembled the pics shown. They gfo by many names and there are complaints by many yet they still do business . They will not answer my emails and some emails are bogus. I can't understand how facebook allows this to continue. I have cancer and cannot afford to lose over $100.00 due to facebook's unwillingness to make this right.

Yes, this company is a BIG scam. I received the wig (picture attached) which isn't what was listed on the website, which I forgot the name. When corresponding with the scam company they wanted me to return the wig to China and offered me a 20% refund. My wig came with a CA return address which is why I didn't think it was fair that I was required to send it to China. I also didn't agree with getting only 20% . I filed a dispute with paypal and they agreed that I should get my full refund back BUT also agreed with the scam company that I return the wig back to China. I am in the process of returning it now but am also going to request that paypal refund my return shipping cost. I also agree, FB shouldn't allow these companies to put their ads on esp after the company has received complaints.

I had a terrible experience with this company as well. I paid for expedited shipping which they advertise as 5-7 days and it took 3 weeks to receive. The product was terrible. The color was wrong and the quality was awful. Nothing like the video on FB. Now they only want to refund me 20%, $9.39 instead of the full amount and allowing me to return it, stating that it would cost me more to return it. The label says it shipped from CA. but the product originated from China. There’s no way it would cost more than the purchase price to ship it back. They’ve even admitted in an email that their warehouse made a mistake. Don’t buy from the site unless you’re willing to keep the product. As you can see from the photo, it’s a light red but I ordered a brown wig.

Facebook freedom.

Facebook should exist if it is going to decide what is allowable speech. There is an organized campaign to have certain groups and people erased from social media. Even though these people are law abiding and moral people who are not spreading any hate (hate speech is still covered under the constitution) there are parties that do not like their message or are diametrically opposed to their views. The constitution is not up for debate.

Facebook failure to respond to death threats and fake pages

I have contacted Facebook over 100 times, and my friends have also done the same for me. Adriana G. has made several fake pages in my name and has been do so for 3 years, its just getting worse. now I am getting death threats.they are even posted on facebook. no matter how many times I have complained, facebook leaves those pages up. they are degrading and embarrassing. She sends me at least 20 friendship requests daily in different names.
I can no longer respond on line or on my phone to anyone that I am not waiting to hear from. because it might be her. this

Facebook purchase of a treadmill

I purchased a tread mill at the end of March it did not arrive so I cancelled the order I have been in touch with the company and they keep promising me a refund but they have not sent my refund
the name of the company is DododoGift I have contacted the company many times via email but they are not getting back to me regarding the refund this has been going on since 30th March the ref on my bank statement is 15-192733507MA3850

Facebook notifications, messenger and photo functions not working on computer.

Dear FB Complaints Department,

For the past three days I have not been able to open messages, or notifications on my Computer. I am also unable to post, edit, and save photographs onto any page. I run a very successful fan club on The Jam. I am now concerned I will get behind on my work, due to this recent annoying glitch. The issue to which I refer started on Saturday 25th May 2019, and shows no signs of improving. I have tried to be patient, but every morning it is still the same result. Nothing!

My Messenger and Notifications are just spinning Circles, and photographs will not load up from my Computer Desktop. I cannot edit or save them. This has not been a problem, in the past, so I am puzzled, and confused re: latest FB issues.

Recently, I contacted the FB Helpdesk by email, and also The Help Centre, via my Account. This doesn't appear to have got me anywhere. Further to this, I tried two phone numbers, for the Customer Complaints Centre, which didn't work either!

I'm sure You've had lots of other complaints, and I wonder why it is taking so long for these issues to fixed. My email address, in the event Your team need to inform me of developments is matthew.[protected]@ntlworld.com

I have always used Facebook responsibly since 2009, and without full use of it, I feel rather lost! In conclusion, may I ask that the above issues mentioned, get sorted out soon.

I am not sure what is going on with Facebook Today!

Main issue: Cannot see all Photo Album Pictures. I have more than one Album.

Unable to use the forward arrow, as it doesn't appear to be working at all.

Already sent two messages to the FB Help Centre. No response, as yet.

I can't share posts without them disappearing off the page.

This is quite odd, as it was working ok Yesterday morning.

Some recent posts I can't even find properly. I know they were posted, and shared.

Once again, FB has issues! About the third time, in a Month!

I am unable to use the Status Update function for posting photographs, and understand from other users that there has been another possible outage. Would You please be able to get on to this issue straight away, as I need this function to run my busy fan based FB Jam Club.

I am unable to load photographs from my Status Update Function.

There appears to be an issue with this, and I'm confused as to why it isn't working.

When I log in, usually there is a box which says Upload Photographs, which isn't appearing.

Other people are having this problem. I would appreciate a positive outcome.
