This has been ongoing since our kitchen was installed in August 2008. The tracks on the drawers are faulty.

The wheels are breaking down and we have had the rep. here three times to adjust the drawers. He ordered 2 inserts in January and now it is late April 2010 and we are told that the rep has been too busy to come to Nanaimo to install. The man says that we don't need to worry, there is a 10 year guarantee and he doesn't mind coming here to fix.

We have asked to have them all replaced but now we are told that they will only replace as they breakdown. Then the wait while they are ordered and then the wait until he can be less busy to come here to install. Meanwhile, at this point we have two drawers that won't work and nowhere to put the contents. This is despicable when you consider the nearly $13, 000.00 we paid for this kitchen.
