FabFurnish Terrible website

We ordered curtains from www.fabfurnish.com and were extremely disappointed with our purchase. Curtains looked nothing like pictures on their website, material was different and color was darker than we expected.
When we contacted FabFurnish service they promised to resolve our issue as soon as possible but nothing was done. Later they said they were unable to do anything. They also refused to refund our money.

FabFurnish They didn't assemble for free

I bought chest of drawers from the company www.fabfurnish.com. I waited too long and finally got the order. It was written on the website that they have provided free installation, but when the guys arrived, I asked if they could assemble it. The response was rude and of course they refused. The guy told me that I would need to pay for it and the price would be about $70. I don’t understand why they promised to do it for free, but in the end wanted money. Be aware with them.
