Ezone Insurance Services broker fee

I have a broker but been paying Infinity directly with auto pay. I only call Infinity if I ever have any questions because I don't trust my broker Hoda. My renewal came up and since I have auto pay everything went through as normal. Well my broker text messages me saying my card on file expired call her to update. I was working, so later that day I went online to Infinity website and paid $200 to cover any additional down payment as usually the first payment of
a renewal is more. My broker texted messaged the next day saying she sees the payment of $200, but I still owe EZone $150 as there renewal because 30days before the policy expires they "review" for cheaper prices. She said my renewal didn't go through because I didn't make full payment. I called Infinity and they said she never touched my account and no broker code auto generated on to my account to show proof she ever checked if there cheaper prices. She did nothing, but I still get charged $150 and she threaten to take me to collections. I called Infinity again to find out how to remove her from the policy as I do not need a broker. I am stuck with this broker another year unless I pay her an additional $150 for cancellation. I also have a commerical account with Infinity on a separate policy and have to pay her broker fees on that one too. She suggested it's cheaper to have two separate account. One personal and one commerical. That's $150 at every renewal for two accounts! I don't know the law about brokers fees but when I asked about being up front of her fees she said it's in our contract. Ain't you supposed to sign a contract every renewal? This wasn't the first time she done this to me. She also did this to my co workers and ripped alot of them off as well. I don't like change and that's why I keep paying her fees but I am losing hours at work and cannot afford to keep throwing away money. I don't need a broker and should be able to remove her but Infinity said they have a contact with broker and broker has contract with me. My policy renewed May 7, 2019 at midnight with my auto pay account. Auto pay is attached to my checking account. Hoda only wanted my card updated so she can take her $150. My problem is paying a broker fee when there was nothing done. Where can I find a copy of contract saying I pay Ezone $150 at every renewal. Why is there another $150 to cancel contract with Ezone. That would be $300 total when I'm a single mom in California working my tail off. I cannot come up with that kind of money. My desired resolution would be to not pay them and let me cancel for they are a very sneaky company. Not honest.

Ezone Insurance Services Car insurance

This is the letter i received from this Company, not even on Company Letterhead final demand

Regard to Invoice: Date Amount
02/21/2017 $100.00

The purpose of this letter is to notify you that despite numerous efforts to obtain final payment for your contract, I have been unsuccessful and must now accelerate collection efforts in accordance with the terms and conditions of our original agreement dated 02/21/2014 and signed by you.

Client shall pay for expenses of Ezone Insurance Services, Inc. in enforcement of remedies including reasonable Attorney’s fees and other legal expenses. All overdue payments shall bear interest at 9% per month until paid in full. Interest will continue to accumulate until date of payment if we do not receive this payment by 02/28/2017. We will at our option persue this matter in los angeles county justice court or forward this account to corporate collection agency in which case your name will be reported to major business credit rating. We may also report this to the i.R.S as debt concellation income under I.R.S. Reg.S1.61.12 if payment is not received.

I cancelled my insurance with the company that provided insurance, that advised me i must do it by 2/17/2017, so the policy wouldn't renew. This company is horible, no matter what i do this company will find a way to make you pay. If you change your address, your insurance increase.

Ezone Insurance Services Negligent and Fraud

They are the agency not the actual insurance company, so don't get trick by this! They charge a 150$ for broker fee and 100$ for cancelation and renewal fee! Small company with a super crappy website, just check how poorly and unprofessional the website it. When I asked to buy insurance they didn't give me any detail about the company I'm going to buy it from or any of their policy until they send their contract they never explained any of this and lacked many of the important details so they can get some easy money. Their manager doesn't know anything about the laws and lack professionalism. Poor customers services and slow response. They also charged my credit card without my authorization and never inform me about it until I called them because they wanted my money! How unethical just because they wanted to make some extra cash from me! Don't trust this companies they just want your money!

I have used Ezone Insurance for home insurance since June, 2012 and have found maintaining my policy with the company to be very easy and convenient. I set up automatic renewals, and they are very good about sending me a reminder before making the auto deduction. In particular, I thought the representatives were very friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond to my emails when I was initially shopping for a policy, and I found their quoted rates to be very competitive for our area. I haven't made a claim yet with them, but so far my experience with them has been excellent

Hello guys i would rate this agent af 100% reliably. My experience was more than perfect. It is always a stress when you putting new car on the insurance, but with this brocker everything went smooth and stress free. Thanks guys for aditional tips you gave me. You got a lifetime customer

I am a big critique of customer service, and quite honest, I was in the service industry for over 5 years and have never received an outstanding customer service from any insurance company like I did here.
Henry, the insurance agent went above and beyond to make it happen, despite the challenges he dealt with on my policy, he did with a positive attitude and was communicative in all levels.

I worked with one of the best professionals in the customer service industry (Costco Corp), and we were always thankful for individuals with great customer relation like Mr. Henry. Big thanks for Celest and her outstanding customer service and professionalism as well!

The client is very nice and longtime insured with our office, she was disagree with one situation and she went ahead and opened a lawsuit against our office in court and wrote review here and on yelp.com, but in court she understood, it was a misunderstanding in her part that is why she change her review on Yelp.com, I am requesting this bad review to be remove from your site since it doesn’t represent my client opinion anymore and as well it doesn’t represent the level of costumer attention we have.

People - if you have the time, please copy and paste your reviews onto YELP so that more people will know what kind of company this is. I submitted my complaints to the Better Business Bureau when I cancelled my account with them and a month later they e-mailed me a fake "FINAL NOTICE" with a bill that I had never seen before. They threatened to file a suit for $320 and I knew that it was just a method to scare me and get revenge for the bad review they have gotten. When I tried to get in contact with them to inquire about the bill and what it was for exactly, they stopped e-mailing me back. Just BEWARE. The people that work here are literally crazy.

Did the BBB do anything? My experience is at the same place. Can I get out of contract at the renewal without having to pay cancellation fee? I don't need a broker I been talking and dealing with Infinity. But they cannot remove her unless I cancel.

Best of the best, thank you Ezone Insurance, you save my life, from your sales agent to your costumer services and supervisor, I am happy and thankful to have you in my side,
They save me money on my insurance premium and also when I forget to pay my monthly payment they just give me friendly E-mail and phone call .what happened I forgot to pay my bill and my policy was in pending cancel status but their customer service called me to remind me that I have to pay my payment which I paid over the phone with them and just a day latter I got in to accident which if it wasn’t for their customer care, I had to pay all the expenses for the accident out of my pocket, I am very thankful to switch my insurance to them .

They are a scam . The same thing happened to me . The Girl name Anna has very bad attiude and you can not even talk to her in peace manner .They want to charge me for canclation becouse i had a car accident which was total and want me to continue the policy without car .BE CAREFULL I DON'T RECOMAND

I called them and they said they can't help me and told me to call my insurer. I called farmers (which did more than they EVER did) and they said they would call for me. Farmers called ezone and called me back. He said they just had to give me the insurer's phone number, and he didn't understand why they couldn't just give that to me. Any ways, I called the insurer and they couldn't find the girl that hit me, and told me to call Ezone back to get a policy number. I called ezone and they said we can't give that information out (which I totally understood) but while she was telling me that she started raising her voice and kept repeating, we are not going to give you that number. I said whoa whoa, calm down. Then she hung up on me! All I was going to say was okay, I'll try to contact the person that hit me. So I called back and she started yelling at me AGAIN?! saying you're not even a part of our insurance I'm not going to help you. So I asked for their supervisor to complain about this girls attitude and complete lack of customer service skills. She passed me to her coworker and then repeated, "I'd be happy to take your message for you." I'm not stupid, I worked retail. They're just ganna throw my complaint away and giggle about how they terrorized me and call me stupid. I said no, I really want to speak to a supervisor. Then the girl at ezone said, I'm just ganna put you on hold then. Then they hung up on me. I went to the website to see if I could call some one with authority. I got the only phone number on their website, but when I called, it was the same girl! I was like ARE YOU KIDDING? So any way, I have no way of contacting any authority for them, because I just keep getting harassed by their immature insurance representatives.

Did you ever get any assistance? Did you cancel your policy with them? I don't understand why they continue to charge us after a policy has been established with an actual insurance company. Shouldn't their involvement cease to be necessary at this point? What are they charging for? Why wouldn't we just deal directly with the insurance company once we have chosen one. Broker no longer necessary or allowed to just charge your card without concent every year 150.00 for no further services being rendered. It's ridiculous. All the insurance carriers they use can and will deal with customers directly. Ezone get out of our wallets. Yours is a one time fee service, nothing more. Once you have paired a customer with a carrier, your job, services, involvement and fees are over. You can't just keep charging people cause you have their card info and saying for some mystery reason it is in the contract. I don't have a policy with you, I used your service and paid for it, done with you now. I'm a policy holder with the insurance carrier now, all future transactions and payments I make will be between them and me. That is the only thing that makes any sense at all. No reoccurring fees from you, that makes no sense, you are not providing me any services any longer, why would I keep paying you for nothing?! I wont, would anyone? Yet I see people on here with the same exact issue of being charge 150.00 . There has got to be a way out of this that doesn't cost another 100.00 you already have way too much of my money. Someone who got out, tell me what you did please!

Same here but my agent was Hoda in Tarzana, CA! They will charge you the broker fee and said it's a part of the contract and every renewal will tell you your grand total fee never mentioning she is charging her own $150 broker fee! I never know till I look at my bill! This time around I went to auto pay and got a text message from her saying my renewal didn't complete I still owe her $150. Her broker fee! She did nothing! No changes were made to my account and the renewal online completed. There are greedy people who will take all your money for doing nothing. Then you can't cancel unless you pay her cancellation fee of $150. I swear I don't need a broker I just have a basic car!
