Exxon manager and assistant manager

Hello, I am a former employee of exxon mobile. I have work for you guys for awhile now. I am having a lot of difficult with the manger and the assistance manager . I have health issues and I been doing treatment for my health issues. I have asked them not to leave me alone on my late nights I worked because I get going and sometimes I feel like passing out Because I am always running . I have asked for time off the right ways before and I always find my time sheet in the garbage. I am a very hard worker and I am a asset to the company. I dont want to make this complaint but something has to be done about it. They leave when ever they want to and they sit around the desk and watch us work our butts off this is more assistant manager then the manger but the manger still leaves when wants to. I have showed them my doctors note stating I am on light work duty . I will need to sit down and take breaks . They keep putting it off and off and I'm getting more running down instead of trying to help me and see where I am having diffcultys with .. They get mad and treat employees like [censored]. So I had reaction to my medicine and was in the hospital for a day or two. I sent the manger a message stating I couldnt work for a couple weeks I was on bed rest and I have a doctor note to excuse my absence of my shift duties . they tossed it and let me go. The assistant manger is my sister in law and that's a interested in conflict . Their was a time she left the station for a different job. She came back again as the assistance manager instead of working her way up towards being it. She was just handed it to her . I have done my share of wrongs too but they are taking it to far. Like I said I don't want to leave the company but she let me go because I having to many difficults in my life . please help me do something about it please. I think we need a new manger and a new assistant manger that they can do their jobs better .

Exxon closed early and was ignored

Hi my name is Donald. Needless to say I'm outright livid. It was 10:57pm and I really need gas. I noticed the front door had a sign that stated it was open until 11pm. The doors were locked. A lady came up to the door and said we are closed. I pointed at the sign. She walked away. Does closed at 11pm mean 11pm? Because that's what I thought. If I did that at my job I'd be gone in a heartbeat. I used this gas station multiple times daily. I will now be using a competitor of yours that I was Rudley forced to drive 5 minutes down the road to use. I just hope you handle this so you don't upset anyone else and lose more business. Thanks. Gas station is located right off of the speers, PA exit.

Exxon store public appearance and reputation

I'm providing a photo I took today of your local EXXON station at 11700 I-35 North in San Antonio TX. The photo is only of one pump station but all of the pumps and the entirity of the station looked the same. A shame and a blight on our neighborhood.
New Franchise owners? You need to speak with them about the overall appearance of the station because it looks bad for EXXON to have their name on it.

Exxon overall location

I get my gas at this location every week. And I hat going there. But I do because it's close to my home. 95% of the time there's no paper to receive receipts from the pump. 80% of the time no water or paper to wash windshields and trash cans constantly spilling over with trash. Floor mat when you enter the store looks like it's never been swept. When it rains, you get wet when you pump gas from the roof overhead that leaks water on customers.
This location always has something to complain about. Why?

RE: Poor/Lack o f Customer Service and Refusal to Swipe my Rewards Card and to Respectfully request that the points that I earned be added to my Exxon Mobil Reward Card

Good Afternoon Exxon Mobil Rewards,

I have been an Exxon Mobil patriant for decades.

My, closest to my home, Exxon Mobil Gas Station located on Sunrise Blvd & 49th Avenue, Lauderhill/Plantation, Florida; is presently under construction to include the 7-Eleven portion. Upon completion, it will be brand new.

Therefore, when the opportunity presents itself, I will visit other Exxon Mobil Stations to collect my rewards for gas.

Yesterday, on July 4th, 2019, I visited an Exxon Mobil Station in Plantation, Florida (See receipt); but just in case - 1799 N. University Drive, to purchase gas.

Due to the scamming with credit cards and gas stations, I pay cash; therefore, I had to go inside and pay. When I asked the lady to scan my rewards card. She replied no. I politely asked why and she replied that this is 7-Eleven, not Mobil. I even explain that is not a credit card, but a rewards card...still no.

Now, I have not had this issue at any of the other Mobils. There was a near miss at one, but the Manager/Owner saw the struggle and corrected it (Pembroke Pines, Florida).

...but Plantation, Florida, this lady flat out said no, and did not even try to ask anyone, meaning another employee. So, I left and pumped my gas and I started really thinking, because it really bothered me.

Upon the conclusion of pumping the gas, I went back and asked for a receipt for the gas (for the purpose of contacting you). What does the top of the receipt say, "Mobil, " she is trying to tell me it is 7-Up.

Problem: I was not awarded my rewards for gas. The employee refused to swipe the reward card on the bases that it was 7-Eleven. At the pump with the use of a credit or debit card; but on the inside...a problem.

Solution: Based on the receipt that I provided and my Exxon Mobil Rewards Card (please see attached), please add on the rewards that I would have received yesterday.

In addition, please train/retrain staff about the Exxon Mobil Rewards Card and how to swipe it for earned points for purchasing gas...and when he, she, or they do not know...ask for assistance.

P.S. If there are security camera at this location, the receipt has the time down to the seconds that I returned inside to request the receipt. You will see the older Spanish female employee that I interacted with.

P.S.S. There are two (2) more being constructed in my area--Sunrise Blvd & 47th Avenue and Oakland Park Blvd & 55th/56th Avenue, Lauderhill/Plantation, Florida, please ensure that the staff at each of these new locations have been trained to swipe the Exxon Mobil Station Card.

Exxon bad customer service!

Hi! At 105-45 Horace Harding Expy, Corona, NY 11368 Exxon/Mobile station there were two employees and older guy with glasses and a younger guy with a beard that didn't serve me correctly and they were rude!I wanted to scan my Exxon speedpass app and the old guy said there is no more speedpass, I said yes there is I have the app then the guy with the beard showed the old guy his phone with the app as well as I showed my app to the old guy at the register.They both couldn't scan the barcode with the app because they had a faulty scanner.Also, they were grabbing my phone when they should just scan the phone app from my hand.I told them don't grab my phone.I said you should replace the scanner and you have to do business better.They just stared then I punched in the numbers on the rewards card in the app so the pin pad took it but then it asked me for a code.I said to them what's this mean and the guy with the beard said I don't know your code while yelling at me cause I was acting frustrated raising my voice by not receiving help to know what the code meant.I could've used the rewards points for a discount but I couldn't cause I didn't know what was meant by a code.The old guy ringing says we got other people waiting but why weren't they more attentive to my problem to help me with first with better knowledge and friendliness, which they didn't have and just was ignoring my presence there and strangely looking at me!Please reprimand these employees.I didn't see there names but I described them and they seem to regularly work there.They could be the managers or owners.I don't know but they weren't helpful and friendly at all and provided terrible customer service!

Exxon lafayette exxon station

I stopped to get gas and let my children use the bathroom at that station.

I was told after I had brought my children inside that the bathroom was out of order ( possibly a lie). I went to throw out garbage out of the car . I did not see any garbage cans outside so I brought it in as I walked the kids inside. I was told that there were no garbage cans there .

He was lying.

And the gas bill was $3.6999 a gallon? In NJ.

And the receipt has the wrong time of sale on it.

Exxon pump malfunction - ardmore pa

Around 1:50 p.m. pump malfunctioned at 200 Montgomery Ave in Ardmore PA. After fueling, I pulled the pump out but it locked and jammed. Gas gushed out. I couldn't make it stop gushing. Gas got on my clothes and sprayed my face. Another customer saw what was happening and rushed over to stop the gas from gushing. I alerted the attendant. She poured kitty litter over the spilled gas and told me to file a complaint with "corporate." I was surprised she didn't offer to file an accident report. Don't that stations have procedures in place for accidents? My throat is burning. I will contact the local authorities as I believe this pump is dangerous. Please reimburse me. I paid for gas that ended up on the ground.

Exxon no receipt at fuel pump

Personnel at the store in Baton Rouge, Louisiana at the corner of Perkins Road and Highland Road don't seem to keep up with replacing the paper needed to print receipts at the fuel pump. I have had to go inside multiple times.

The other day when I asked about this I was told that it was up to the person getting fuel to manually print the receipt. Since I had been told the same thing before, I decided to write this complaint.

Please see if something can be done about this. I really don't like waiting in line (behind six people the other day) just to get a receipt.

Hi, I was at the Exxon station on Sunday June 16th around 3:00pm putting gas in my car the automatic shut off did not work gas was pouring all over my car and all over the ground it was all over my clothes. Exxon charged twice on two different days

To whom this concerns

Please be advised that we were charged $1.00 twice on different days
(June 22 & June 23 2019) and we did not charge this amount. We filled our SUV on June 22 before we left for Spokane ($approx 50.00) and then again on June 23 in Troy MT on our way home for approx $50.00.
We have no idea where the charges for two $1.00's came from or why?

Please look into this and respond immediately otherwise I will have to report this incident to Capital One.

Horrible customer service & such rude people there. I usually don't write (or have time) reviews but had to do that to make sure our community stays in good hands. I can't believe why the person behind the counter is such a rude man... If they want customer service, it's definitely not the place for it! Avoid this gas station no matter what. We cant wait to see the new one open down the street from there...

I purchased gas at this station on May 26, 2019. I have been to stations that add an upcharge for using credit cards before, but never a Exxon station that upcharges you for using an Exxon gas card. This is ridiculous. Why should it cost me more to use your company's credit card? I will never purchase gaas at that station again or any other station that does that.

Exxon closed restrooms

In regards to the "service" station at 201 W Ben White Blvd, Austin, TX 78704.
I stopped in this evening (5/24/19) to get gas and use the restroom. There's a handwritten note on the door stating the restrooms are closed until morning. I told the cashier if I needed the restroom more than I needed gas I would turn around so pass that along to management. She said the Shell station across the street does the same thing, "it's his station, he can do what he wants".
So I'm telling you that as a customer that drives for Lyft that instead of stopping in to that otherwise conveniently located station to spend around $200 a month in gas, I will take my business elsewhere to ANY other station and ANY other brand than Exxon.
That is NOT full service and shows an utter disregard for customer service, so whether it's a private or a corporate owned station, I will buy from someone else.

Exxon store attendant unethical behavior.

Hi My name is Nichola Duncan, my phone number is [protected]. I went to purchase gas today Tuesday May 21st around 3:30 PM and the store attendant refused to sell me gas. He stated he's not selling me any gas because he do not like me. I advised him my kids are in the car and I ran out of gas, he said he don't care. The store number is (18300) in Miami Gardens, FL. I was about to call the police and file a discrimination lawsuit, but I am contacting your office first because he will do it again. I don't know the guys name but he's tall and slim with a mustache, he shouldn't be allowed to work at the Mobil gas station and discriminate against consumers.

Exxon bad service

The gas station clerk that works the night shift in Temple hills, Maryland was very rude to me I am a regular their during the day I bought an item from abu the clerk and paid for it went to by a 25cent candy witch is 27 cents plus tax he rings up 1.87 I ask did the price go up why is one peanut chew for 27 cents showing a dollar 80 he tried to take the item I paid for away from while being rude he told me to not come back or he will call the police on me for an objective mistake he has made I was very upset and disappointed in the service

Exxon gas nozzle malfunction

I visited Exxon on Hwy 51 N, Covington, TN on 5/1/19. I paid for my gas and went out to pump it. As soon as I took the nozzle off, gas starting spewing everywhere before I could get the nozzle in my gas tank. I got gas on my hands, shoes and clothes. When I went to tell the cashier(Brandy), she was very sympathetic and said, "That's the second time today that that's happened." When she told the guy that I am assuming worked there to go check it out, he acted like it was my fault and was very rude. He kept telling me how I should have looked at the part on the nozzle that you use to pump the gas because it was already pushed down when I picked up the nozzle. I told him that it was a malfunction on Exxon's part if the nozzle handle sticks. Since he kept blaming me, I told him I was filing a complaint with Exxon and I would never purchase gas there again. I did call to complain but NOBODY has gotten back with me (Case #995811). I had to drive home with gas on me praying that no static would build up between me getting back in my car and making it to my house. Exxon could have at least reimbursed me for the shoes and outfit that smells like gas. The inside of my car smelled like gas for a few days after that as well. The smell is better since I Febreezed my seats and used dryer sheets underneath the seats to help with the smell.
