Extenze refund

This site of complaints has been very shocking to me. Now how can you blame another if you don’t complete your request to yourself? Now it may not happen over night but if you would have returned their merchandise after they had billed you instead of keeping it you would have received your credit. I went online and placed this same order to the same company for a friend not knowing that my account would continue to be billed. However after I followed the directions and emailed & faxed the company before I had even known they had mailed out more items. Just as soon as the items came in the mail & I wrote return to sender then took it into the post office myself instead of leaving it in the mailbox risking the chance of someone stealing it, they refunded my money as soon as they received their items back with no problem. So if you really deserved a refund they would have given it to you as long as you gave them there items back, because you already know there is nothing free in life. Also if you took the pills and did not return them, why don’t you go get the money from the person you took them for? If you performed a good service and it made you happy as well you should receive more than the money in return. Other words stop blaming and thinking you can have your cake & pleasure too

I to had this experience with Bio Extenze. I ordered the free 1 week supply and promptly cancelled my trial before the week was over. I was supposed to get the 1 week pills and a t-shirt that said "The Stiff competition" instead I got smutt videos that my wife retrieved before I made it to the mailbox. So not only did I not get sex, the pills failed to work as indicated, and then to make matters worse, they kept sending packages to my house with more pills and more smutt. I too took them to the post office with return to sender, but it took several weeks to get the credit.

Bio Extenze did not have authorization to keep charging my card since I properly cancelled during the time frame required to do so. By them shipping and billing me more, that constitutes fraud. I should have kept the product, flushed them down the toilet and took their sorry ### to court myself. Why should I put myself out for a purchase I did not even make.

SHAME ON YOU BIO EXTENZE, I HOPE SOMEBODY DOES SUE YOUR SORRY ### AND BANKRUPT YOUR SORRY PITIFULL EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS. I TOO RUN A BUSINESS AND I CHARGE $100/HOUR SO YOU OWE ME $700 FOR MY TIME AND EXPENSE IT TOOK TO GET THIS CRAP SETTLED.

Extenze made a charge to my card

I specifically only ordered the free trial for.99 cent and asked them that I don't want to be charged for any other charges and the person I talked to said I would not be billed but I received two packages and was charged for 43.95 to my account. I been trying to get a hold of the company to cancel the order and get my money back but i'm not getting any answer just a recording and cant cancel the order.

my husband fell into their scam after i have talked to the company been reassured a credit would be made to my account and refused to accept delivery of the product today i noticed a 43.95 and a 6.95 charge to my account called the company again reassured that membership was canceled and would receive a refund in 2-3 weeks highly doubt it notifing bank of unauthorized charges

I also had a 50.00 dollar charge for a "7 day trial" @ .97 cents. I called Biotab Nutraceuticals, Inc, Monrovia, CA and spoke to a customer service person who actually laughed and said good luck getting it back, and asked if I had read the terms of service. (her name was Daisy) I blew a gasket ! I immediately called back and demanded a supervisor, when I got one I explained how this CS person responded. I was assured she would be taken care of and that the 50.00 charge was merely a hold. I was also told to call back in 3 days to fully cancel any "auto ship" orders. The supervisor gave me her name and extension.

I will see what happens today.

BTW - feel free to call, ask for Daisy and remind her just what a biatch she is...if she still has a job LOL

They will direct you to customer service @ [protected]. I was assured by the operator that the initial $50.00 that was debited from my account is only a hold. I will give it 3 business days. I myself am not worried about this...for now. I will give it 3 business days. That's it. If needed, I will submit a claim to my fraudulent division with my bank, get my refund directly with my bank, block the card, and have a new card issued to me. I do not mind the incovenience of waiting for new card. At least I know any future charges will not occur. I have had enough experience with companies that do no hold to their products.

same thing happened to me. Tell your bank you never authorized it. My bank filed a claim and credited my account back the next day. The merchant can dispute the claim but since i never signed anything that authorized them to charge my card they have no argument. It will actually incur a fine with the merchants bank account, i know this because i have an online business and every now and then someone will say there card was stolen and i have to eat the fee. plus the scam company shipped me the product and i didn't have to pay for it, ha. the down side is i have to get a new check card which takes 7-10 business days

I also used them as a trial period and they kept charging me and i kept calling to have it stopped and they said ok and the next month i got charged again i got so annoyed that i was running and i fell down the stairs and my shoes fell off. i'm very angry at those little jerks. I had to cancel my credit card to get a new one cause these littl nips kept charging my account.

Wow, Charlie Brown, that was a long hard lecture on the negativity of everything and everyone in life...only thing asked was advice on how to help the fraudulent charges on credit cards, not a good scolding that didnt even touch the problem we are facing! I have a Mom and Dad, they are the only ones that can scold me!

Extenze billing

About a week ago i ordered the 7 day sample of extenze. To days later i was charged for the 1 month perscription so i called and canceled it. then the next day i was yet again charged for another 1 month perscription after i had just canceled everything the day before. I just recieved the first package and will be sending it back to get a full refund which i was told i would recieve by costomer service. When i get the second package i will also send it back. In doing so i wish to get a refund for that one to. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com if you need more information. Thank you.

Extenze cancel my order

I would like to Cancel my order to Extenze due to too many charges. I can no longer afford to hold the subscription, therefore I need to to be cancelled. I won't be sending back any that I have gotten previously and do not expect to have any additional charges.

Extenze unauthorized charge

I responded to a TV Infomercial for a 7-day free trial of Extanze, for only the cost of a postage stamp. After hearing the operator pitch several offers of movies, signing up for an automatic delivery service, etc. and me saying, "no, I just want the trial sample" over and over, I finally placed the order for the sample and agreed to a $0.97 charge on my credit card. About a week later, I checked my credit card account to find an additional $49.41. So I called the phone number for "Extenze, " and was told I should call a company called "Biotab." When I called and talked to Melissa, I learned there is some kind of "legal disclosure" in the ad (a TV Informercial) that gave them the right to sign me up for a membership. After I yelled at her for a while, she asked if I want to cancel, and I said "yes, " but how do I get this charge off my credit card account. She said I should send the product back after I receive it in the mail. So, stay tuned for how that all works out. I wish there was a way to simply destroy these kinds of companies and their scamming techniques.

Extenze i'm dying

In Aug of 2007 I ordered Extenze. They had no issue getting me my first order in just 2 days. After taking the drug for 3 weeks I noticed left ear and left abdominal pain. I started getting protein in my urine samples. Today is July 18, 2009 and I've since lost 80 pounds and have been hospitalized 17 times. On dec 15, 2008 my health turned from a ear and abdominal pain to a full fledged body pain that was so painfull that I couldn't get out of bed. I live on Oxycontin, Percocet and Fentanyl pain patches. My next move might be hospice. I can't tell you LOUD ENOUGH NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT. I'm dying a slow horible death as my family and friends watch. I've been to The Mayo Clinic and several doctors 129 times so far. They all know there is something wrong that was caused by this drug but they can't find out what is doing it. This drug worked yes but it's truly not worth death. My bowels, kidneys, pancreas have all paid the ultimate price. My body has battled the desease or issue caused by this for almost a year and half now. The most recent thing I had to do is I had to have my brain lifted 2mm from spinal leaked from this drug. It's called a blood patch. I'm telling you this isn't a safe drug. Please don't take it. I was a healthy man that raced motocross, hunted, fished and did everything normal until I saw a late night add talking about how to order this deadly drug. Oh, if you like the feel of a heart attack go ahead and order it. I pray you don't order or ever take this drug. Your wife and kids will be crying tears watching you die.

Ok...I have a couple of pills left from a box of them...that I had gotten from my neighborhood HEB grocery store...I've only been able to take a few of. Them cause the 3 other times that I've tried them...I've gotten to the point of fainting...it starts the same everytime I've taken them...it begins with gas...then heart burn... Then stomaches aches... Cold sweats...cold shakes to the point of goosebumps all over my arms and legs...dizzy spells...just not feeling right...then that. Feeling like when you were in back in highschool and college of the room spinning right before you turn into Linda Blair from the movie the exorcist...and begin this pressure hose power washer style of anything and everything you might have eaten or drank in the 48 to 72 hours prior of consuming extenze ...it is now the next day...and I feel sick still...what the [censored] is in your product that has gotten me so [censored]n ill...I would like a response from you extenze ...oh by the way ...today is June 14 2022

I agree that it sounds crazy but I believe you are stretching the true concerning your "side effects". I've never heard of such. If these crazy claims were true - why don't doctors tell men to get it? And, if these so called weight loss pills and such were true, do you think there would be a fat doctor in the world...

Extenze to canel my next order

I would like to cancel my order of extenze for health reasons only. I will keep want I have purcased from you and do not expect any refund for this matter.
I have found out that in have three blockages in arteries leading to my heart, had heart cat procesure done and are now under coronary care. So please cancel all other orders meant for. Customer number 1980881.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter and hope to be able to try your product again.

Extenze unauthorized charges

My husband had order a produce called extenze from this company, there is no improvment within a few months still nothing. So with out any improvment he decided to stop the produce. He tried his best to contact biotab with out success, he called the ordered hotline spoked to four diffrent staff, they gave him numbers to call for cancellation but the company just keep ignoring his request. I his wife stepped is an called [protected], I spoked to angella, that my husband is informing biotab to cancel all order and if I see any charged on our credit statment, that we will take legal action. Angella assurred us that she will imfrom the billing department. My husband is very disappointed on how this company conduct thier bussiness.

I had followed through with an email from biotab/Extenze offering a 7 day free trial for their pills. Gave them my banking information, got billed for the $1.99 on 02/03/14 then days later on 02/12/14 I was billed for an additional $84.98... This is theft and something needs to be done!

Biotab is handled by a large call center in Los Angeles. I cannot give you the name right now, I cannot remember it, but I was involved for a number of years doing recruiting for Inside Sales and Customer Serivce positions for large call centers and interviewed many applicants for them. If you need to trace down the call center, this info might help.

Extenze inappropriate advertising time

My kids and I are watching cartoons when a commercial for Extenze Male Enhancement comes on. It was in the afternoon, not prime time and I've seen it advertised in the mornings also. Can anybody do something to keep these adult advertisements in a more appropriate channels and during a more appropriate time? At least Viagra makes their commercials less obvious and asks you to call or write for more information. Extenze has these losers and their gross spouses dancing and testifying to their uses. We don't need this crap in between spongebob, icarly and family matters. STOP EXTENZE from extending into our family viewing time.

We need to get the local stations to stop the sleazy slop from invading our homes. Otherwise, we will all just have to stop watching TV (there's a novel idea.) It (as well as video games) doesn't promote intelligence, creativity or ingenuity in children's development anyway. Signed, a Boomer who grew up playing outside with kids, riding bikes, and made up games and songs for playtime.

I agree these disgusting commercials need to stop, it is awful that the channels would allow these dirty commercials just because they are getting paid to broadcast them. Freedom of speech and all, these Extenz commercials have crossed all decency and we all need to write to TV channels and our cable company that we will bycott the channel or drop it if possible if it continues. It plenty of people follow through, someone is bound to listen.

Extenze refund

we ordered the 97cent s&h free trial. we recieved no information on ingrediants, before we could send it back we were charged for a month supply. We recieved the month and 2 dvd's which i thought was inappropriate since the photos on the cover showed very young girls. we sent the product back, called them as instructed on their return policy and was told we could keep the dvd's as a free gift. We explained that we sent them back along with the product. Now they refuse to refund our money. Please let people know to be careful.

We ordered a 7 day free trial offer. Which cost .97 cents. No problem. But what they don't tell you is that they automatically send out the next month supply, whether you request it or not. I have written 3 different emails. I have the tracking number and date they recieved their product back. It took them less than a day to take money out of my account for the product, yet it will take forever to get it back. This company is nothing but a rip off. I feel sorry for anyone who falls for their lies. They have totally screwed up my bank account with no regards to what if has done to me. Please if you have any sense at all do not order nothing from this stupid rip off company. And as far as getting someone on the phone which is what the reciept advises you to do. It's a joke. No one answers the phones and when they do, they have no idea what the heck your talking about. Big rip off.

I canceled my shipments and returned unopened Extenze products in thier original packages, and after almost 3 months they still have not credited my account. I'm furious!

I ordered a month supply in june of 2009 and did not receive the order till november of 2009. But I had cancelled my order in the first week of july. the amount has been taken out of my account continuously. I request a full refund for the 5 months and I would like for my information to be deleted from the database ASAP.

They stole $50+ from my husband. He ordered the sample, never received it, was then charged for the 30 day, never received it but they keep telling me that it was delivered. My husband is home when the mail comes and it was NEVER delivered. These people are liars and thieves. I am going to try and have the money returned to me via the bank. I don't know if I will be successful since he ordered it but since he never received it, I'm going to try. They also have a tracking number they gave me and they say that it was delivered 3 + weeks ago. LIARS! I hope there is someone out there who will do a class action suit against them. These people do not need to be in business. They are rude and they are ignorant. I have been hung up on several times and called a liar. We as consumers need to have some kind of recourse for things such as this. If anyone knows a way, please let me know.

Extenze discontinue refusal

I can't get them to respond to phones or e-mails, to discontinue shipments and further charges to my credit card. Supposedly they have a refund policy they don't respond to either, I 'm not even as interested in as much as just discontinuing further shipments.

This company BIO EXTENZE has a liceance to steel, First we were told all we had to pay was $1.97 shopping for a free 7 day trial, but even before we recived the free trial they had taken another $49.41, out of my account (AND CAUSED ME TO OVERDRAW MY ACCOUNT), when I called them and asked why they took this out before the trial package even showed up a very rude woman told me that the had already sent out the first months supply. So I told them I wanted the account cancled & wanted my money back, they said to send back the shipment and it would take 30 days to refund my account, I even called my bank they could not do anything about the money or even puting a block on my account because I gave BIO EXTENSE my account number, and this is what I agreed to.
So I sent back the shipment the day I recived it I even spent $14.50 for overnight delivery and to have them sign for it, they recived it March 25 2010, we called they assured us they had recived it and the account was cancelled & have been waiting for our refund. We thought that would be the end of it, NO on April 8.2010 they took out another $49.41, we called and they gave us a song and dance about cancellations being on a 20 day cycle. and that a new shipment was sent out before the cancellation went into effect, so I was told to send back the new shipment & wait 30 days for my refund when I asked if this will happen each month because by the time this one gets back to them and the 20 day cycle goes around will I get another one? Well they said I would need to talk to a manager but every time they transfer me to the manager I wait for around 10 minutes then get disconnected.

I cannot believe this people they charged me $50 first thing I did was call my bank and since it was still pending they said I couldn't do anything yet, so they asked me to call the company. I called the company the lady said she would stop all shipments but they still have to charged you .97 I figured .97 better than $50
They claimed my husband order this thing with my card, first of all he has his own card n he is not the type of person who would do that spaecially when his account has more money than mine.
a week later I get charged $49.41 I called the stupid company again askin why? And that loser said well it's because we ship a 30 day supply, I ask her I thought u guys were going to stop all shipments, she asked for my phone number n she said well you are not on the account so I can't do anything, I'm not on the account? It's my freaking card and I cannot do anything about it? My husband had to call n cancel all shipments now I don't know if this would be enough? should go to the trouble of gettin a new card? I called the bank and they said I would get my money back once it goes thru but I'm not sure if they will.

I have called my bank to tell them that my account has had two unauthorized with draws. of $ 49.41 each I was told that I should cancel my account and file a complaint against the extenze people. My bank said that this could take four months and I may not get my money back. Now I am pissed off at Extenze and my bank.

The problem is not with customers or people who would try their product (free trial). It is with this so called
(illegitimate company) Biotab Nutriceuticals. They are breaking both federal and state law, as well as different
bank regulations. They are illegally making unauthorized charges against people's accounts. Therefore they do not actually give you a free trial. It is the most expensive trial they could ever put you though. They found loopholes and a way to rip people off without getting procecuted. To anyone who would consider taking their product; enjoy the lead poisoning and a product (that doesn't work, and prays on people's insecurities) and is harmful/toxic to the human body. If you are/were foolish enough to do business with this company, document everything and file a dispute of the unauthorized charges (or lack of a refund after you have cancelled and sent back their product within the time period alloted) with your bank or credit card company. The bank has to re-imburse you. Enough re-imbursements by the bank and insurance companies, and they will pursue this company.

Since no one at maximizer and or Bio tab will not resond to any of my calls and emails even though you have promised to since you have received my unordered product back, my attorney as well as the BBB of the South land and the FTC and The Great state of California Attorneys Generals office have asked me to request of you the names of the actors in the commercial. I suggest at the request of those respective agencies that you all do the same. A class action lawsuit is required in this case since Maximize/ Bio tab refuses to give any of our money back. It will have to come down two the phony actors in the ads. Also I own a 9 inch television and have a vision problem how am I supposed to see some fine print at the very bottom of my television set? Maximizer/ bio tab will be through with all of your help. Plus I never ordered it to begin with. I have spoken to various banks and Maximizer/ bio tab is notorius for these kinds of practice. Notify you bank and get a new debit or credit card. NOW!

Extenze hard to getr refund

This company is doing false advertising. They encourage you to try the product for only a charge of .97 cents, they give you 7 days to try the product but if you live on the east coast, it takes almost a week to get your product.Then, before you can call them, they have billed you for $49.41, a 30 day supply!~ .when I asked why this was done, I was informed that once you get the free trial, you are entered into a 90 day club, which they do not tell you. They say that it takes 90 days for the product to work. I informed them that my husband could not take the supplement because it upset his already sensitive stomach and I was told that a refund will be made in a timely fashion.

The timely fashion has past, about 16 days, and my account has not been credited although, they claim that the account was cancelled. I called today, 2/05/09 and was met on the phone by a very rude customer rep. He started giving me an interregation about did I pay to send back the package( why would I do that, they charged me) or marked return to sender. He let me know, in very nasty terms...THAT I JUST HAD TO WAIT...HE WENT SO FAR AS TO TELL ME THAT THEY MIGHT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN...THIS IS AMERICA, NOT COMMUNIST RUSSIA. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THESE PEOPLE. THAT IS A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY THAT THEY ARE STEALING AND TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH IT.

If I have to call the President, The FBI, I will do what is necessary. I wanted all to know that you are not alone in this matter.

I ordered thge trail offer that, i was supost to be charged for a 7 day free trail and they over charged me for 1 or 2 months supply . I didi not order the 2 month supply and the woman i talked to did not tell me about anything but the free trail and she said that I was to only pay $.97 and tah was all . I went to get maony out of the bank and I had almost $100.00 took out . would like to cancel my order and I would like to get my money back . I would also like my money back . Please call me so we can talk about it .If I'm not home please leave a message on my machine so I can call you back . I have tried to get ahold of you for the past 4 hours and I can't get ahold of anyone and I would like to talk to someone abpout this problem . I was interested in getting the product for someone, paying with my credit card .97 cents. This is the very first time a confirmation and contact number wasn't provided with a purchase. I am apprehensive for valid reasons and would like for the transaction be cancelled in its entirety. I am no longer interested. I have contacted the insitution and they are aware. I called them up to order their free trial package for .97 cents. They charged my card and sent the package. I was told by the sales rep, who was a foreigner of course, that I had about 2 weeks to cancel, depending on when the package arrived. The order was placed on 1-19-09. The package was recieved on 1-26-09. I keep only money in my account for purchases i know are coming thru. I called my bank today, the 27th, to find out my balance. Which was ZERO. I talked to my bank rep, she told me a charge for $49(whatever it is), to my account was pending. I had her cancel my card immediately and to start a dispute resolution. They are not going to get away with this on me. The rep not only lied to make a sale, but, how can you do a 7 day free trial, after only one day. It's supposed to be from the receipt date, not an order date. It took 7 days to ship. This is wrong, and they should be flogged. Tarred and feathered. Stoned by the public. Since I have a small P.O. Box, the package wouldnt fit in the box. So I had to go to the the post office counter to recieve the package, and hand in the slip that was in my P.O. Box. Since I use my P.O. After ordering product (extenze) and specifically stating that I didn't want any other offers I was still billed for Lady extenze and after I sent it back stamping refused by the post office the money was not only not put back into my account but after cancelling order for all extenze products my credit card was charged again for mens extenze and I haven't recieved that order so I am out of over $100.00. at first I could get in contact with the company but when I canceled that number and had it blocked immediately I started getting a recording saying that there were no available customer service workers please call back. I then called the Post Office told them about them saying they didn't recieve the package and they said they would launch an investigation

Extenze unauhtorized monthly charge

On december 15, 2008 I ordered a month supply of extenze and I ask the person that I spoke with not to send a second month supply unless I call and order it, I distinctly say that, but instead the above name company do the opposite, On saturday 17, 2009 I recieved another month supply which I did not order to the sum of $74.34, this order was unauthorized I'm about to turn this product and I'm expecting a refund in the full amount of $74.34 to be put back to my account and please do not send me another order, because I wont be needing this product anymore.

This company just scammed me! I just received the first trial packet 2 days ago. I was charged 34.90 for a month supply on the same day I received the "trial" packet. I never got a chance to "try" the product yet. I wouldn't authorize a payment for something without trying the product first. I was mislead to believe that I had to be satisfied with the product and that I contact them to authorize payment. This is a scam! MVPozza

My husband like so many trie this product.Here is a news flash it does not work . My husband tried to use the mone back guarantee. They do no honor it . They lectured me on the phone, or should I say tried. They tried tellig me if he would have read the return poicy he would know .I explained, they mislead him. They actually said to me, "how much money do you expect us to give you back." I let the so called customer service rep know I woud b telling my story to anyone who would listen. I do not want someoe elses to be sucked in at that cost."So do ot let anyone buy this product. They say the waranty is only valid on non-promotions. All sales as it turns out are promotions.

the owner of the company got arrested back in march for false advertising. (however, since it hasnt gone to trial yet, they will keep right on scamming people up until the day they are ordered to stop by a judge)

kinda messed up -- he gets to keep scamming money even after being charged! his lawyer fees will all be paid in full by the very people he keeps ripping off!

How about you realize that these commercials are a medication so they should be allowed on the tv and also it's our right to be able to advertise it. Trying to take these off the air is a stupid idea, just like banning cigarette commercials. We're not allowed to have smoking commercials but we're allowed to have anti-smoking commercials. Thats so stupid. If you don't like your kid seeing the commercial a bunch of times during the day, how bout you tell them to stop being lazy and go outside and play some. Something kids don't know how to do these days. Pedophiles have nothing to do with these commercials, so whoever said that is an idiot. Plus if you're uncomfortable watching these commercials while family is around then change the channel when it comes on. As for being on tv during the day and afternoon, a lot of adults watch tv during the day or work night shifts so they watch tv during the day. People should shut up and stop complaining about these little things in life when there are so many other things that they should be worried about for themselves and their loved ones.

I'm sick and tired of it. There's so many complaints on the internet now about these ads. Its on every channel at least 20 times a day. I can't watch anything without that stupid c*** on there. Why not just advertise dildos and blowup dolls. None of that stuff should be on during the day time and weekends. Lets just put the commercial right in the time slot of church services too on Sunday. Nothing worse than watching a church service than right at commercial break a commercial for extenze. They should be ashamed of themselves. The FCC needs to silence these idiots. Not only the commercials too, but they are scamming everyone with the trial. They won't cancel the automatic shipment so people that cancel are still paying for it. If they even receive it. These extenze tv commercials are getting way out of line. First, they were broadcast during late hours, now they are on during the day and primetime. I was sitting in the living room with my family watching tv on a Sunday afternoon, when thier ad came on. I mean it is so uncomfortable to watch these ads in front of your preteen nieces and nephews and your parents, especially your dad, who also gets very uncomfortable. I mean who wants to watch with your family members about a p**** getting larger and thicker.

Extenze unauthorized charge to my credit card

This company, extenze, charged my credit card yesterday, (september 16, 2008) $49.41 without my authorization. The company, after being informed by me of the action they took, their representative refused to acknowledge their illegal action, was rude and belligerent towards me. I have notified my credit card company and plan to file a formal complaint with their state's attorney general's office.

I am one of hundreds, possibly thousands who saw the TV commercial for EXTENZE and sent for a sample for only shipping costs of $0.97. The sample came but at the same time a full order was sent and billed to my credit card @$43.95. I never authorized the full order and tried to cancel it through my PayPal card which it was cancelled, However, immediately another full box was charged to my credit card, again without my knowledge or authorization. I found this website and wasn't surprised to see so may person who were cheated exactly as I was. I have CANCELLED my CREDIT CARD and will get a NEW one by mail in 10 days so this stops these leeches, I advise everyone to IMMEDIATELY to cancel the card you used, that will stop them. I also have found the web page for the UNITED STATES POSTAL INSPECTOR and filed a complaint gainst these evil people. Because this company used the U.S. MAIL to ship, it becomes a Government Offense so I'm hoping the Postal Inspector will put these people in Jail. I urge ALL of you to get revenge by using your search on your computer and type in United States Postal Inspector and fill out the short form and describe your situation. This company is run by crooks who ignore our cancellations, refuse to refund our money and then continue to run up bill after bill at our expense that have taken place without our permission! We have done everything possible to make the illegal charges STOP, but the only way this will happen is when we cancel our credit card! We have NEVER experienced such a nightmare like this! Don't let this same situation happen to you! Extenze fraud charges

I too was charged without authorization. They actually charged me for the next month's supply before I received the free trial! I called about it and finally got through, but the operator just said mmhm mmhm... and hung up. I called right back and got the message that there were no agents available. I will try the reversal of charges as well as contact my attorney. They are unbelievable.

I ordered the $0.99 trial 10-pack of the extenze. I received the tabs and immediately called to cancel the autoshipment that you are automatically enrolled for because I didnt want to start that process before I had tried the product. I took them as directed, but got absolutely no results. For that reason, I called to ensure the autoshipment plan had been canceled and was assured that it had been and I had no charges or shipments pending. Within a week I received a package I recognized as having come from Biotab Nutraceuticals, so I checked my bank account and, sure enough, I had been charged $49.41 for the product I had been asured was not being shipped. I called them and was told in a frustrated and condasending manner that if I simply wrote "return to sender" on the package and put it in the mail, that my refund would be granted as soon as the package arrived at their warehouse. I did so. Two weeks later I received another package and a charge for $50.90 as well as a seperate charge for $1.90. By this time I had transfered bank accounts, but had kept that one open in order to receive my refunds. Because I kept little money in that account the $52.80 in charges cost me $112.80. By now, I am beyond livid. I called yet again and spoke to another condascending woman who very rudely assured me I would have both refunds within 48 hours. Almost four full days later, I received a refund for the original $49.41, but nothing else. I called yet again and was told yet again by yet another rude, condascedning woman that my second refund was "in processing" and that it would be in my account within a day. That was almost two weeks ago and now I can't even get an answer at the only number I have for reaching Biotab Nutraceuticals.

Extenze - side effects

Dangerous product! My husband and I saw the infomercial and tried extenze during a night of insomnia. The product did work, and I was not surprised, being familiar with the traditional uses of its ingredients. I have to say that my husband had no health problems before using the product. After 2-3 months, he began having heart palpitations, migraines, dizzy...
