Who bought off in July 2009
a virtual world game called Vside, but ever since then, game was not properly
taken care off, game got no updates or whatsoever. One day, game completly
shutted down for no reason, it is over year now and game is not working, website
is shutted down, company not replying to emails, nothing...
Vside made long ago, a
facebook fanpage, where almost everyday thousand of people complain about how
game is shutted down and begging company to fix it, no employees of company
replied us, people are helpless and want badly game to come back. It is
not all.., players also complain on another virtual game, which was also bought
off from Exit Reality, a game called Twinity, Twinity is getting no updates, simply dead. Both of these games was back then a
greatly popular, Vside was
visited by Tyra Banks, Pussy Cat Dolls etc... Vside also
contained Clothing brands as RocaWear founded by Jay-Z and Damon Dash, everything was great,
until game developers Doppelganger and founder of game Danny Stefanic, sold this game to Exit Reality. We want a reply from
this company and we want them to explain us, why they abandon their games, few
people are saying company gone missing and another are saying it gone bankcrupt, then
what is the truth? Will ever these games, get updates and taken care off? Many
of the people bought items with in game currency for
thousands of dollars. Will they atleast get their money back? Is this proper behavior of Exit Reality?
I'm sweet serenity on Vside and I bought a lot items with vbucks using my real life cash and now its all stuck in the abandoned game someone needs to answer for it or oll start filing legal proceedings for u theft of cash fraud scam and con artist
Though this complaint has a few errors like called Danny Stefanic the founder (this is wrong, he's actually the CEO of the company that owns it now). But yeah this company currently "running" it has completely ghosted all their users and any form of contact with them at their company, their spin off companies like LearnBrite and UniversalAvatars leads no replies or anything. countless users have tried to contact with questions or requests to purchase or maintain on their behalf for free to get nothing in return. On top of all of that they've taken the assets that users created and models from the game and ripped them out and placed them into LearnBrite and their universal avatars which can be seen here https://app.universalavatars.com/avatar_creator_private/?externalId=8780807040
