Waste of time and money! I’ve been sick; my doctor ordered a blood draw. I couldn’t leave my house so I waited TWO WEEKS for a draw. The night before, 10 minutes before closing (and of course after they stopped answering their phone), they canceled because they were “double-booked.” So I called the main exam one number. A rude woman named Rosetta told me I couldn’t have a refund because I was canceling within 24 hours of the appointment. Say what, now? She was too preoccupied with covering her own rear than helping me.

They are dreadful.

Allstate is trying to retrieve my medical records for weeks now. My request was rejected from Exam One because my actual signature was needed. I spoke with Exam One and requested the form for signature to be sent to me and I never received it. I received it from my agent, HIPAA form, that he submitted to Exam One that they never forwarded on to my doctor's office medical records. I sent it to my doctor's office medical records and per the manager it was received with the payment. I spoke with the medical records person and she informed me that the full request from Exam One needed to be faxed again to her in order to process and she had requested it earlier this morning (5/29/20), but never received it. So then I phoned Exam One and requested that a supervisor handle my request because it was urgent and the lady was waiting and would have to leave and I was told that the supervisor was faxing it. The lady from medical records phoned me and said she never received it and had to leave. Now I'll have to wait another week in order for it to be processsed, that's if Exam One ever gets what's needed to them. I phoned back to speak with a supervisor Daniel and he was not helpful at all, only upset me more, and told me that it was faxed earlier that morning and later. I told him that if it was faxed then how come she didn't receive it while she was sitting there waiting. Apparently, it wasn't faxed. The supervisor informed me that he wasn't faxing it again and I told him that he needed to fax it again and mail it as well or fax to me which he said he wouldn't do. The service is terrible and needs to be corrected because people are not actually doing their jobs and following through on making sure that it is done.

I am a rehire for Quest diagnostics as a mobile phlebotomist. I have a complaint on my supervisor Moneda duck worth. I recently quit working for her because of payroll issues from my start date. I was hired at a certain wage, 2 months later to correct and still have not received funds from that. My expense check through conqur has also been missing with the excuses of it got entered twice into another bank account that wasn't mine. Reese Cosima sent me an email stating she cannot correct the issues with why I didn't receive money from conqur site. I have been on the phone with H.R Mallory Harriett for over 2 weeks, who has been helping me straighten all of this out. It has been a very stressful situation as my bills have not been getting paid. I sent Mallory Harriett an email this morning and I got an email from her saying she is out of the office with no expected return date. I have over 40 emails from Moneda Duckworth in the last 2 months of going back and fourth about my pay, she last sent me an email saying it is out of her hands now. I am going to the labor board because this is not o.k. I had to quit working because I wasn't going to work for free. I have used my own car, gas, computer, printer, paper and have drove hundreds of miles for this company. I need someone who can get to the bottom of this.
