My name is Jeremy Anderson and I am a devoted customer of EVGA, at least I used to be. The irony in this statement lies in the fact of how much I really did enjoy EVGA products that was until I had to contact EVGA about their 780i-A1 motherboard I purchased that broke. My computer had been running for a total of 7 months with nominal day to day use. I had seen many reviews about previous products that they made and while they were not all pretty I figured that they had a relatively good success rate in comparison to other brands with similar options. I took the plunge and bought the 780i A1 when it had been out for approximately 1 month, this is a decision I regret tremendously. I have never had to buy such an expensive motherboard and graphics card to be able to play the certain games I own. It appears as though that there is a totem pole of customer importance with this company, seeing as how they sell individual products for three times the price I spent for both components and I am sure there are many inexperienced customers buying several of those items at a time. The part that gets me the most is when inquiring as what methods they use to ensure that I receive my motherboard that I R.M.A.'d back in working condition I received no response from their business, as a matter of fact someone within the EVGA circle e-mailed me in response with pornographic spam asking about the current state of my erection.
