Euroflorist Europe / Efloristbouquet never got delivered, customer service line is not in operation; looks like a scam company

i ordered a bouquet to be sent to my husband's office for his Birthday on his business trip. as the many reviews here stated, the bouquet never arrived. my husband is leaving for another city in the morning so he will never receive them.

my take is that Euroflorist is running a florist business like an online shopping store. they fail to see that flowers are very date specific items. without being delivered on the specific date, the flowers are meaningless. i can only imagine the people at Euroflorist running a food business. you order lunch for your son tomorrow, they deliever to him next week.

Personally, i think Euroflorist fail to understand nor deliver what they are selling. the website looks legit, fooling customers into thinking they are dealing with a responsible and transparent business. in reality, the number is not in operation and customer service by email that takes days for a reply is not for this sort of business. in my opinion, it is unscrupulous. i just asked my local florist about Euroflorist and her reply was "oh, they are jokers!". Need i say more?

I wouldn't recommend Euroflorist for special occasions, as wrongly advertised on their website. they do not understand the urgency of delivering flowers nor do they understand what flowers bring to occasions. Imagine ordering flowers for your wedding! They will deliver a week after! They disrespect the basic foundation of flower gifting and as said by others, the business is run very similarly to a scam company.

Lastly, Euroflorist is the only florist i have ever met who uses DHL to deliver bouquets. now do you get the picture? of course flowers don't arrive on specific dates! i repeat that Euroflorist run a florist business like an online shopping store. only difference is you do not even get a tracking number. Joke of the century indeed!

    Have had the same experience. Flowers and wine not delivered to UK, emails have not been answered (after more than a week) and their telephone seems to be disconnected. Suspect a fraud!
