My name is Sasicha bamrungkit
My flight FD3443 Bkk -Chemgmai
On 1st Dec 16
I complaining as following ;
1. I made Booking through Customer service Price is more an expensive. 1, 200 bht. Price 5, 793.51 bht

2. when I made the booking through air Asia Staff on duty is on wend 23rd Nov.Time 12.22 pm Staff did not inform I have to for baggage I have to paid another 1, 250 bht.

I book this flight because I want to be the same flight with my friends and I want to make it easy to book through air Asia
I would say it's useless operation, training and communication.
