Etisalat Etisalat ELife

Etisalat service is terrible. They'll send you wrong bill with additional charges that doesn't apply to you. When you try to call them, you cannot connect to a real person. I have tried 10-15 times and wasted 1 hour over two days.
The service is terrible. No customer care available. No other words.

Etisalat Tower installation in Pakistan

ATN Pakistan have given advertisement in Sindhi News Paper yesturday about installation of tower in sindh.
I have sent them email to avail my site and recived reply with an official form to fill it along with processing fee 8000.
Form has logo of Etsilat Emirates Company.
Should i process it or not?

Etisalat Refusal to close account and provide a suitable means to pay for month of June 2020

To whom it may concern :

I trust that you are well. I left the UAE in June 2020 and could not return due to Covid 19 border restrictions. I suspect that shortly after I had left the country and before I could hand in my official resignation to my company, the apartment was occupied and the person refused to cancel the Etisalat or change it onto their name. I even asked the superintendent at the building to remove the device and ask the new owners to pay for the months they had used the apartment. I tried to pay Etisalat on June 30 2020 telephonically at 2 am but I was told that there is nothing to pay. I tried to load two months worth of payments but the system would not allow me to do so. I e-mailed Etisalat and explained the situation and asked them to please provide me with a suitable method of payment. I could not use their debit service because I could not log into my account and if I gave them my banking details, I feared that they would clear out my whole savings and I needed that money to pay the bank. I had requested that these accounts be closed since July last year. Etisalat has refused to heed my calls for closure and have refused to respond to the countless e-mails I had sent. I have called your international number but it was out of order. I tried calling your helpline - + 971 800 2300 but it says that this number is out of order. I have been out of a job for the past 7 months. Furthermore, I suspect that my phones were cloned and I was paying blindly for someone else's calls and misdemeanours. I have paid for games that I did not load onto my phone. I barely used the phone and suddenly Etisalat would send me a message saying all the airtime is finished and usually at crucial times when I needed the service the most. I had asked for the contract number to be in April 2020. Up to July, the contract was still not cancelled. I would call Etisalat relentlessly asking them to send me proof of the calls that were made. The agents would say that they had e-mailed it when nothing was sent. This lack of information and delayed response in assisting me is costing me a lot of money and preventing me from paying off accounts when I need it the most.

I am willing to pay for the June account but I have NOT used the phones since then and cannot be held responsible for someone elses's desperate attempts to make me pay for their lives of leisure. I suspect that someone deliberately ran up these accounts in an attempt to prevent me from receiving my End of Service money.

I have sent Etisalat my cell number in the past and asked them to please contact me or please give me a number that I can contact them on. I have had no positive response from Etisalat and the bills seem to be accumulating which is unfair on me. I have contacted them timeously regarding these accounts and asked them to be closed. I even pleaded with you to please send me banking details while I still had money so that I could have paid this off and closed the accounts.

Please contact me on : + [protected] or e-mail me at : [protected]@outlook.com so that we can reconcile these accounts. I urgently need to close these accounts and get a clearance letter.

I look forward to a positive response.

The accounts have accumulated to a huge amount of money and since I am using neither of these devices, I find this utterly disheartening.

I need a letter of closure urgently. I need to submit these documents urgently to someone. I have tried to call your number : + 971 262 833 and the international toll free number but it says that both numbers don't exist.

I am willing to pay the R 1040.26 AED for June 2020. The rest must be closed off as I am out of a job, the exchange rate in my country is high and I have not used the services since then.

Desired outcome: I need a clearance letter from Etisalat and I need the accounts closed immediately.

Etisalat Service

Really disappointed in service provided by etisalat. My elife remote was damaged and I approached ibn batuta etisalat centre. The employee told me its not available there and I have to call customer care for the remote. When I called customer care, they say I have to go back to the same centre for the remote! They dont have any idea. No value for money we pay :(

Etisalat No refund or exchange policy

I purchased an iphone accessory from etisalat store in mirdiff city center. It was overpriced and poor quality. The store dint accept return of the material. I dint even open the package. This is unfair. Customer has the right to return the product within 7 days and they dont follow it

Etisalat Internet

Dont know where to start you are the worst provider. Your numbers mean nothing always getting kicked out of parties. Today I got a message saying g I'm using a nat3 connection. Lol if you are so horrible why do you charge so much? You do realise you are one of the most expensive internet provider on this planet right? Hahaha stop cheating your costumers. Lucky you you are the only provider in UAE otherwise noone would join you

Etisalat Elife account - continue charges

I have an etisalat elife account last april and due that we are moving to a new flat we ask to transfer the connection, the agent suggested to open a new account under my wife's name to process the connection more faster and as the lockdown will start we urge to be convinced with the agent suggestion, but we ask him what will happen to the existing one, and he just said due tot the new rule from data regarding contract cancelation we will pay anything except for the current month used, after the lockdown restriction changes we visited bur dubai branch to close the line but we are ask to settle the devices and the previous month and current one summing up to 2900 dhs to pay before they close the line but we didn't agree to pay for it coz we are deceived by their agent, and just paid the previous month balance, after months I have received a message from etisalat regarding non payment that service has been suspended, however every month I can still received an sms adding 300+ that makes my balance amount need to pay with them is now 3800 and its so annoying that if you are planning to settle it later on... You will never be able too coz the cost is just keep rising, they are just like vampire sucking money from their consumers and it's really unfair from our side. I can see the difference of etisalat from du, if you will compare a lot of things from phone devices, installment plan etisalat is just greedy and to think that people went on a stressful months of lockdown and salaries has been cut and no consideration at all.

Etisalat Package complain

Hello good afternoon.
I'm looking for support to solve problem my Etisalat account.
I got monthly package with them (not a contract). Due situation with CV-19 I got overdue for 2 month, after that my phone got closed. Even after blocking my account they keep on charging per months. I went to Etisalat Office, no one was happy to help to solve the problem, I called, but next day they closed my case... Looks like no one is interested to help on the issue. I'm happy to pay my overdue till the date when the services was available, but it is not fare to charge customer for the months, when the account was disconnected. Specially I didn't signed any agreements that I have to pay on monthly basis. Such a prestigious company but staff is not helpful staff at all.

Etisalat Closed account

I have received yet another bill on an account that YOU were supposed to close July 30, 2020, when I left the UAE on the same day. I initiated service ticket #[protected] to close the account [protected]. The only money I will pay for is my service through the end of July, 2020. Etisalat is obviously not with the account closure request but continues to send me BILLING for a phone that is not used. Your inability to respond to me tells me Etisalat thinks they can continue to bill me for a CLOSED ACCOUNT.

This is the FIFTH reply I have sent you to resolve this matter.

The customer service at Etisalat UAE it is worst service you can see in your life.
I wish If I am able to rate it Zera star not one star
When I talk about the customer service here, I am talking about the service from the responsible manager not the line staff
I tried to reach the managers for last one week but they refused to receive the calls and always promise to call back but they did not
Each time they keep you on hold for more than an hour without response

Etisalat Billed for unrequested spam services

Good Morning Mobile service,

I am Etisalat mobile user my number is [protected], Every month receiving extra amount bill AED 71.00 (VAS & third-party services / Plan Add-ons & out of plan usage / VAT on taxable services) I do not have that service.
I have a bill from Etisalat about the subscription, I am being victimized since March 2020.
My complaints and disputes were deemed "invalid" by Etisalat! Does this happen anywhere on this world where you blindly get subscribed in a chargeable service that I haven't asked I don't even know about it
I raised complaints but the default reply is that it is a third party service.
Why would some third party charge into my Etisalat monthly bill without my confirmation. The billing is clearly a scam.

I am given an assurity that the service will be cancelled and I will not be charged again for the next month nut again AED 71.00 and I have requested for a refund for all the amount
I hope you guys are in a position to help me.
Awaiting for your response on this.

Etisalat Why have you not contacted me

This is my fourth request. I submitted account closure ticket #[protected] for my uae phone [protected]. I owe for my end of july 2020 payment. I left the uae on july 30, 2020. I submitted a closure ticket yet you keep billing me after I requested closure of my account. I am really getting tired of requesting you to contact me. Etisalat End of Service Cancellation # [protected]

This is my third request for the status of my account for [protected]. I submitted cancellation request # [protected] to end my service on July 30, 2020 when I left the UAE and I am waiting for my final billing for the month of July. I have not received any contact from ETISALAT.

Etisalat Blocked both of my contact sim due to non consumed billing

Hi,

Hope you are doing well & in good health, I have been using Etisalat services since 2007 and never had any issue before escalating the present one.

This mail is in regard to my mobile number [protected].

I had been requested several times to your different mode of channels as I had been stuck in my home country due to covid 19 & air space operation suspension. And I lost my job as well as many of others.

I requested to waive all the charges as there was no consuming in your bills not even incoming/roaming/internet data or any other services. I request to the concerned again for the same to understand unforeseen circumstances and waive the charges which I never utilized & issue me the same number so I can continue with your communication services as a regular customer as since 2007. Enlighten my thirteen years history wherein no delay in payments.

Purpose to raise this issue here in that platform to resolve it amicably and in good professional gesture. I had visited more than 10 business centers may someone understand and resolve it but no avail because every business center told me i have to pay only except there is no way/policy by the company.

No one wants to let down himself until there is a problem. I had been terminated in March 2020 & looking for a new job until today. But unfortunately, I am losing hope to get it as Etisalat is not understanding my situation as well and blocked my contact as well. In this case, if someone wants to hire me they can't contact me.

Lastly, I request the concerned again consider to waive the charges wherein zero consuming can be checked in your bills only & issue me the same number so I can continue and have some hopes to get a new job.

In case there is no resolution kindly do let me knew whom i can knocked the door further any head branch / consumer rights etc.

Even if this is not fall under any policy which no one can judge but there is always special approvals/deviation but please resolve it.

Etisalat Unexpected unnoticed charges from my etisalat sim

Dear Etisalat,

As I have in my sim B card for the last 2 months was about less than 30dhs, but I believe more. I used 2 sim cards to utilize both as much as possible with funds. I transfer only 3dhs from Sim B to Sim A just to avail of Etisalat 2 fils for every minute of DATA access on my Sim A. Keeping the load charge on Sim B protected. I have to do that due to the fact that Sim A had a record of claiming charges from a certain TV watch or apps something and costs me 2 loads charge had gone. I complained to the Etisalat at near Salam St. And found out that I was subscribed on that app, of which I am never familiar of doing so. I arrived at AUH airport from vacation and I believed I transferred probably 2X of 3 dhs load from Sim B to Sim A. Knowing that I have still less than 30 dhs on my Sim B. So, I decided to use my other Sim B as my keeper of the load and been doing quite well for the past months. But today 18.09.2020, when I used this Sim B to call an important person, I received a post flashed with only 1.92 dhs balance and 28 min. of call left in the package valid only up to 18.09.2020. This notice could not be retrieved anymore and I am wondering how did it happened. Then a text message which says that automatically, etisalat has turned my phone that block from unexpected charges, pay as you go data. Which is absurd, I just made a less than a minute call and suddenly I was already subscribed to undefined package from etisalat...
Etisalat should look on this matter promptly as this is not right. To automatically subscribed a sim without the owners knowledge on this.
This happening is just ridiculous. Any automation of this sort is violation of the right of the owner. Usually a confirmation key has to be provided before any subscription has to be made... And this did not happen... Please try to resolve this issue.
I believe this has nothing to do with apps or how low is the load charge inside, I believe, etisalat has the only access on this sim.

History: dialed twice on 1 number with no answer. 0 min.
dialed once on another number with only 31 sec. on the record.

This is a matter of principles, guys. Whenever you deduct any amount on a sim, must tell the owner what did transpire, and it should be record able and not just flashing notes/notice... This is important especially hard earned money from worker.
