Esso cashier

Vulcan Alberta esso gas station, there is a grumpy grumpy guy working as cashier& I prepaid for my gas 20$ and I swiped my points card and left. When I got back to my car I seen he didnt even wait long enough for my card to go through. So I never got the points. Hes always such a jerk. Another time I only had change to pay for my fuel and I put it on the counter and he refused to take my money because it was change and not paper money or on a card. He actually refused to sell me fuel. I was so mad. I dont even know why he still works there. He is just awful.

Esso gas pump issue

Today June 10 Monday I went to fill gas from Esso which was in cricle K Calgary store 22188 . I used my PC Master card for transaction and selected pre authorized transaction for $60 for regular gas on pump 5 but it auto selected supreme one and when I realized I cancelled the transaction and went to store and talked with owner - wife and reported what happened and she explained it to the owner infront of me on their own language which is not nice, at least infront of customer they should not use different language. Then they pulled the transaction and went ourside to check it out pump and advised me to go for another pump and I have selected pump 06 then and it is again auto selected supreme than regular gas and I called them as they were checking on pump 05 and came to me and told me its hose issue and they helped me to get on regular gas finally. From the situation looks loke they knew the situation and didnt fix it and didnt apologize for this occurrence I had to face 2 times within 8 mins difference. I dont know know how many customer treated this way who came to fill gas regular and ended up with premium gas.
I am attaching my both receipt for review and get back to me as soon as possible.

Esso station constantly out of gas

The Esso station in Warren On is constantly running out of gas he never has midgrade or super and runs out of regular gas every month 3 to 4 days without gas before he gets a load delivered. Very inconvenient as he is the closest station to my hometown. He has brand new pumps but no debit or credit card reader on them he is the first gas station east of Sudbury and for it to constantly be running out of gas is giving Esso a bad name.

Esso owner told me to leave

On May 20 at 12:45 pm I stopped at my local Esso on 7542 178 Street NW, Edmonton, AB to clean my windshield. When I was done and getting into my vehicle to leave, the owner was standing outside and pointing at me to leave. I opened my door and stood on the step and asked what he was saying. He told me I should be going to a car wash and that I was parked overlapping two locations and that a car was going to fill up behind me but left. I then told him that I always fill up my work vehicle there and before I could say anything else he yelled at me to leave. I have had issued with this station before and was not going back, but my company has gas cards for Esso and this one is convenient, but now I will go out of my way to never shop at this location again. I am also going to speak to my company about this incident, and hope that they may reconsider who we are purchasing gas etc, from. I admittedly was in both spots, but there was nobody on the other side and I did not see a vehicle pulling up and was only there for about 3 minutes, so I am sure they would have waited a little. Just thought you should know how this guy is representing your brand. If I did this at work, I don't believe there would be any coaching or retraining, it would just be game over. This was completely uncalled for.

Esso your gas attendant did not give me my receipt and verbally abusive

Hi

I was at Victoria Park and Mcnicoll today 2019 05 17 about 4:00 pm .

I got around $ 20 gas and went inside to pay and get my receipt.

I told on the cash I would like to pay.
He asked if I want to car wash, I said no.
He said, tap your card. I did. I showed my esso applcation and said it is not scanned.
He yelled and said I asked you.
I told him you did not ask, you only asked if I need a car wash.
He said shut up.
I said you shut up.
Everyone is watching.
I said I will complain you and I took his picture and at the same time he took his phone and said I am taking your picture too.
I left the gas station without my receipt, humiliated and picture taken without my consent.
I ask you to solve this issue otherwise I will make it a legal issue.
I have your attendant picture if you ask me to send it to you.

SInce you were behaving like a five year old child you have on legal case. Basically both of you were behaving like kindergarteners. You are old enough to drive, and he is old enough to work, yet both of you are behaving like kindergartners . I hope that you are charged legal fees and lose.

Esso car wash

I have calles and got no response. I have emailed and got no response. I have spoke to the manager and was told to get over it. I was at the nottingham esso for a car wash. When done the car is not only dirty only the top half of the car has been washed. I have pics of the ticket and pics of the car but this complaint format doesnt accept them. Please advise a second way to send them to you! I would like this resolved!

Esso over charge cheating

Hi,
I have to seriously report a fraud which happened to me yesterday in Naples, Italy.
I refueled my from Avis rented car, Fiat 500, at your station in Via del Riposo 12.
The fuel scale showed a minor - about 10% usage - minus of gas. It was a diesel pump.
It was raining and a service man approached me while I was still sitting in the car. He asked for the key, I wanted to get out and do the refueling myself, and he did not let me. I gave him the key and he refueled.
He asked for 30 Euro. It seemed exaggerated to me. I did not give him the money and went into the "office". The man asked again for the 30 Euros. I had to go to the Airport in order to return the car and do the Check-In.
I went to the pump and it showed 5 Euros. I told him that this is not my amount. He said that another car has used the pump. This is a lie.
No car ha entered the pump stand. The service man has quickly erased the display about my usage.
The man in the office and the guy who took my key and did the fueling were very well coordinated.
I asked for the printout of myu purchase, as I always get, withe volume used etc. He did not have it and only upon my assistance he issued a receipt manually. He did not say that they had any computer error or failure.
I drove 170 km. It was diesel car Fiat 500 a real mini type car.
The price pro Liter was about 1.5 Euro.
The amount of fuel in this type of a diesel car cannot exceed 10 Liter. Which means in my case would amounted to 15 Euros.
I enclose the receipts and the Car rental receipt which shows that I drove 170 KM.
I paid with my Master Card and I demand a refund of at least 15 Euros to my credit card or to my Bank Account.

Esso deteriorated asphalt @ 7995 kennedy rd, brampton

Gassed up at 7995 Kennedy Rd, Brampton on March 25th 2019. Pot holes are almost a foot deep. It is time to re asphalt this entire lot. It is in very poor condition. This is in a prime location with a lot of public traffic. I'm sure it would make your customers very happy to have a resurfacing job done here! I am not going back to refuel here if it its going to cost me a front end repair job. Not going back until this is fixed.

Esso washrooms

Proprietor has been told for last several years about the washrooms and has done nothing. Toilet seat always loose swings from side to side even when they tighten. Since last week seat completely broke and not fixed. Most times out of toilet paper and or paper towels. Toilet do not flush properly and are always backing up. Seats are very dangerous if it were someone handicapped. These pics taken at 7:30 am

Esso public relations

I am a senure I have been going there since 1997 for gas and coffee, I have four cars and my five grown boys have 5 cars, anyway I go there and get a coffee most days and sit in my car and drink it and there so called manager came out and told me that I should not be just parked there, so I left, that was a week ago. And my five boys and myself will not buy anything there again, I think there manager should learn some p.R. When talking to somebody.. I am not inpressed. - thank you — ed gibson north bay on. —

Esso gas/red bull product

I put $40 dollars of regular fuel in my car, as I always come to esso to collect extra points so I proceeded to fill up well filling up I read this sign that says Red Bull 2 for 5 or 3 for 6 and on it it says join Mitch marner's team for a chance to win two-player shooting game with Mitch on Mich team and a bunch of other stuff I thought to myself you know what I'm going to buy 3 Red Bull. Give me three chances to enter so I pay the $6 in tax and let me remind you I already paid at the pump so this is the reason I'm going in the store is to get these three cans of Redbull I got the three cans of Redbull crack One open drinking it on the way home I got home and I try to answer the contest and there's nothing on the can and I look and I look and then I find out later you're supposed to have a code on the cannibal all three cans have zero codes nothing in the whole reason I bought them because they are very expensive was for this contest because I love the Maple Leafs and how contest sounds ridiculously awesome cuz I play hockey I'm really upset the fact that I don't get to enter the contest and I spent money I wouldn't otherwise spent had I known I wasn't going to get in. Esso unethical behaviour

April 10, 2019 attempted to purchase high test gasoline at self serve pump at 1000 Ontario Road, Welland, Ontario, Canada. Zero instructions that I had to pump first then pay inside gas bar.

I paid before pumping, and the gas bar operator took my payment, did not ask type of fuel, but when I tried to pump after having paid for fuel, attendant came out to pump and said you were supposed to pump your gasoline then pay me! Told him with no instructions on the gas pump I was not aware how things worked at his location. He said he would cancel the transaction then I could pump gas.

I waited, tried fueling my vehicle, but nothing worked. The attendant lost his patience, then told me to calm down. I asked for a receipt proving transaction was cancelled, he mumbled something under his breath, and as I left the building, I heard him tell next gas customer I was an _ _ _ hole! Told him I would report him to Esso, he laughed and said go ahead!

I shared my experience with two business operators in same city shortly after this happened, their reply: were not surprised and that the previous operator had been deported from Canada after it was determined he was in country illegally. Apparently Esso did not take time to screen former applicant, so I will not be purchasing their products ever again. Wondering how many of my contact I can share this with?

Esso visa prepaid card

Hello I have problem with the stuff that looking after this gas station right about parliament and wellesley... I got this situation about this card giving me problem with the visa prepaid card worth $75. I bought this card last tuesday march 23, 2019 around 7:45am... Anyway this card which the moment I got it. I used it right away but its not activated so bring back to the station wherever I got this... Then the attendant was aware of it. So they need the manager to look after this... So I left the card and I give my phone number so if they solve this problem they can call me right away.. But it seems that the manager is taking there time like this matter wasnt important to them coz i've never receive the good news or at least just giving me another card so I can continue what I needed to do so... But until now which today is monday april 1 2019 11pm still waiting for his action as manager to get rid off this situation... Didnt see the good quality of customer service is been committed.. Anyway please I need to know if I still have the right to see my card needed to be use or just simple keep the money and I suffer an be it?... Please I cannot believe this would happen to me but I understand but not too long which I keep telling them what's going on... Ok thank you for your support... Let me have what I want because I pay this already and still never feel I exist... Do something about it... Thanks and your one of love this gas station.. Ones and for all.

Esso unethical behaviour

I have been in gas station in first avenue Chilliwack BC on weekly basis, and every time I go there "the manager" is on the phone he makes me wait until he finishes his call. As a matter of the fact, He was ordering pizza one of the night I went there to purchase gas. The last time I was there 26th March, he was making me and other customers wait for a good 10 mins I remember, I tried to waive at him to grab his attention and he finally ended his call. not to mention he forgot to scan my PC Optimum card, and as a side note, none o the pumps outside of the convenience store lets you to use the points card. I told him it is better for him that he puts his customer is priority when they are there, I told him he always is on his phone whenever I am there. After a week, on 31st of March, I went there for the same scenario, he told me that it was bad about what I told him the other day, and I shouldn't have done that as he was a manager for 27 years, therefore, He has rejected to serve me and I had to leave the store. I this it is very disrespectful, and very rude to reject to let a customer to buy gas.
I would like this issue to be addressed, I never thought it is an ongoing issue about talking on phone when customer is waiting, but apparently it is in store.

Esso paul

Very rude staffing. Been a loyal customer from Esso for 20 years. I'm nearly 40 years old, got ID for buying lottery when the law restriction is 18 years of age, a few days later this gentleman name Paul remembers me and also asked for my id in front of so many people and I politely asked him not to do it again because I am almost 40 and feel very shameful of being ID. And he rudely said he will do it again next time I arrive. I asked him to repeat what he said so I can record it because he embarrassed me in front of a big line up.
I have never felt so embarrassed in my life. For god sake I'm almost 40 and this kid looks like 16 and asked for my ID EVERY single time . Knowing I would be extremely embarrassed. Absolutely NO customer service at all from PAUL

Esso texting on cell phone while pumping gas

My daughter received an important text from me, (her mother ) and the woman told her through the mic, she was shutting the pump down. My daughter had no idea why she was shutting the pump down until she got in the store. When my daughter went in the esso to pay, the woman spoke loudly to her in the store, in front of the customers standing behind her and all around her at the adjoining Tim Hortons, and my daughter who has extreme anxiety was very upset, and embarrassed. Not good customer service to Center a person out. The woman/employee at Esso, (Diane) kept going on and on. My daughter as well as myself did not know why you couldn't be on the phone texting as well as probably a lot more people did not know this. There are no signs up in the store as well as the pumps indicating this. If this is such a big deal I want to see signs at every pump and that people can make out as well as posted in the store so Diane could of backed herself up as to why. There was no reason for Diane to fly off the handle at a young woman (18) or anyone for that matter. Diane has no idea what any customer is going through that day or medical condition. There is a way to speak nicely and go about this without embarrassing a customer out loud. This is not acceptable with NO signs posted. Esso bad customer service experience.

Hello,
This is Syed Hammad akhter one of loyal customer of esso. With due respect my self and my company where I work all the cars, truck, van, suv, generator, and all the stuff work with gas and with diesel we always fill up gas with esso for my persnol suv I have currently around 9000 points that's mean I purchase gas and lottery and other stuff around 9000$ and another company points card around millions of point that's belong to my boss. I work at Newtron Group As a project supervisor. And most of time my self For my suv or company transport fill up gas from esso close to my work place at airport and queens. And any where in Canada because I travel a lot just two days ago I came back from Alberta by road. Most of the transactions I done at esso where I found.
So that was my introduction.
So today I came back from work was in very good mood take my kids out for some toys. But I don't know at that time that will my bad day with very bad customer servis experience.
So I stop for gas at esso gas station location airport and queen bramton Ontario Canada.
So I park my car at pump number 9 and start doing transaction that pump ask me for car wash I select car wash with gas. Total bill 63.80$ with standard car wash even I have enough points for car wash but I was getting late for toys. I decided to pay at rite now with my credit card.
After that I went for car wash and I found error that car wash not working there was no attendant to help me out to do back up on my suv. And there was not proper light as well i was going to hit almost curv. Those thing I talking about you can check video that way you know exact word by word what happen.
Finally I went inside at I notice the lady on counter she is asking two customer for luxury car wash I didn't say anything just wait for my turn.and then my turn come. And I told her I bought car wash and you car wash is broken could you please return my car wash or if you going to fix soon I will wait. The answer I got from her my self and other customer who ever was in the line they learn good lesson from esso customer servis i m sure most of the people will talk about Every where. What stupid answer she gave me. So she told me I can't help you for that just go now come back latter in 3 months this car wash is valid. My answer was if you car wash is not working you have to desable your wash on the pump and why still you trying to sale everybody car wash. I told her again again we live in Canada and every body have rite to get his stuff when pay. If you car wash is broken simple pay me back for my car wash. And same answer come back in 3 months or I can't return car wash. All of sudden one more person showed up with very bad attitude he said wht ever you to do. Do it I can't return. Then told I him my friend give me your manager number I don't know what are taking. He said we can't gave you number come back tomorrow. I told him for example if I m coming from different province I stop for gas and car wash and your car wash Brocken wht will be ur answer come back in 3 month from different province. So finally he didn't gave me manager number. And one number he gave me I called that's number for gas station when I call the phone is ringing beside lottery machine. Like if you have problem call the same person you have problem with.
I don't know for future wht gonna happen. But I have very good experience with you guys from long time. I m sure when I will tell everybody tomorrow or after all my crew members and different people that's will be not good for your customers. But I m sure if didn't get good response from you guys. I don't care about car wash amount. But what insult I felt today. I will start putting every where on internet my experience with esso that way everybody understand what happen after long time loyalty with esso and you get this kind of servis even you are rite and that your own money you asking for it with out didn't get car wash.
Email is to big trust me I m very upset my whole plan i made with kids get spoil.
If you can do something for me it's ok if not no problem.

Esso car wash blower

I like to inform you that yesterday 19 February 2019 afternoon I went to wash my car, I select touchless wash, air blower was very stronge from side to side. My parts from the roof got broken, I inform the office they said they can not do anything about it. Manager did not even came out to see it. He was very rude too.
I have toyota sienna 2015, a leased car from toyota, today I checked with them they told me it got broken, so I have to pay for fixing it.
I want to know what compassionate I can get from your company.

Esso gasoline price

They had run out of regular gas (feb.12 2019) on a very wintery day (all schools cancelled etc.) but refused to offer any other grades at regular price.. I asked inside and they said esso is the only one that will not offer the new price.
Every person there was complaining and said that other stations automatically do this
Is this true about esso policy?

Esso for my pay

Hi, I am an employee at the above mentioned gas station. My employer made me pay 124.76 dollars for the mistake of a customer in which I have nothing much to do about in that. The customer pumped diesel at pump# 13 and came to me telling that he pumped diesel at pump# 11 and I asked him 3 times that is he sure about the pump and he said yes. So I charged him for that. But some other customer who was pumping at pump#11 came and he unfolded the truth and the difference between the price of fuel they pumped was 124.76 and I was forced to pay that by my employer. I felt so bad and I am looking for the esso to serve me with the justice and ensure that my employer would not fire me for my try to get the justice. I would be thankful if I am well served with the justice.
