Jura Parts and Repair
I decided to utilize Jura-Parts and Repair Services because I am a disabled Veteran from Pennsylvania and yours is a Veteran owned small business in Pennsylvania. This coffee machine was a retirement gift from my Soldiers and family for 23 years of service. After waiting some time I was provided a FedEx shipping label. I followed all shipping instructions and sent the machine via FedEx on or about 2 May. FedEx tracking shows it was delivered (5 May) and my check for $450 that was in the box the machine was in was cashed on 12 May (Navy Federal Credit Union). I was not notified that my machine arrived nor have I received any updates on the repair. I have put in some 6 or more "tickets" that no one has responded to and I have called numerous times only to hear that the mailbox is full (I cannot leave a message). I am pretty sure I am out the $450 and I will not see my machine again. I am reporting this to the BBB in PA. I am going to share my experience with as many review sites and social media sites as I can. I am going to share my experience with the Malvern and Warminister local papers. I am going to inform Penn4Kids that I believe they are affiliated with a grifter company and Owner (James J. Calcagni Jr.). I will not sit idly by and allow other Veterans and civilians fall prey to this sham of a business without at least sharing my personal experience thus far. I am saddened and ashamed that a Veteran would conduct themselves and their business in this manner.
Desired outcome: I want my machine back either repaired or as I sent it, returned to me immediately. Preferably as I sent it; I really do not want you to have my business. I want my $450 returned to me as well.
I am asking for three clips
I ordered a part for my coffee machine, which required 3 clips, they were not included with the part, when I inquired about these clips, they said, that they are 1.99 each, so they said they would send me an invoice, which they did... For two clips. But the part needs three clips,
I been mailing them several times asking for an invoice for three, clips instead of two and now they sent me a mail saying they cannot provide this service. My complaint is, how come they are wiling to send two clips but not three... The part requires three clips, this is such poor service, I get a part I cannot use unless I have the three clips that go with it
replacement grinding burr
I ordered a replacement for the grinding burr on my jura z9.
When the parts arrived they were marked and had clear signs of use. Either they sent me a badly refurbished item or worse- plainly a badly cleaned used one. Left a message and waiting to hear back from them. I will write a follow up with the customer service experience once this issue is-or is not resolved.

This company is a joke. No Customer service. I have been trying for 2 months with a run around and no replies on any emails. I ordered the wrong part and sent it back with the understanding and a email that indicated that they would ship the part after mine was sent. The replacement part was never sent. I have contacted via email several times without one response. No one ever picks up the phone. I did get a return call once that "all was taken care of" . Never happened. This place should be put out of business,
bad repair and return of machine with wrong parts
I originally sent my machine in for repairs in August 2017. They didn't start repairs on the machine until October 2017 after I realized that the payment method I'd given them didn't go through - they never notified me that I didn't get my machine back until February 2018. Machine never work normally. Now it's June 2018 and the machine is entirely malfunctioning. I called but there's no way to leave a message. I tried instant messaging but nobody would respond. I sent emails but they bounced back. When I finally was frustrated enough to say that I would complain about them online, only then did I get a response from the company stating that my warranty would no longer be honored because I was threatening to complain. I'm now looking into ways of getting my money refunded.

My advice before the complaint: if your Espresso machine is broken, use the original Jura service (the manufacturer itself).
My complaint.
So my Jura Machine was broken and I called their service to get it repaired. The took it away for about 2 months (which is long, I assume) and returned it broken. It turned out when I was making coffee.
I immediately called them, I thought they had the warranty period after repairing. They took the machine again and returned it after 2 months in the same condition. Darn. I was so angry. What's the point of their service? It seems that they just pretend to be repairing something, but they actually do absolutely nothing.
Don't use them, you will waste a lot of money for nothing!

This 'repair service' seems to be a scam. They have had my machine for 2 months and do not respond to emails. Of course they cashed the check immediately so I'm out $375 and my machine. Unfortunately, I mistook this for the original jura repair service.
