Wish.com I am complaining about

i ordered a jacket thru wish and received the jacket but i think it is a 3x and i ordered a 4x also one of the pockets was tore inside. when i ordered this jacket i also ordered two watche which i did receive. my name is jesse womack my address is 5028 gaston st houston texas 77093 and my phone number is [protected] what can we do to resolve this issue

I don’t know that Wish check this site and respond to complaints from it. If I were you I would remove your address and phone number details from your post for your own privacy.

I ordered 18 pieces of mermaid brushes on this app and I only got one and it was not even the right color I would like to know were is the rest of my stuff and or can I get my money back bc it's really messed up that people pay for things they don't ever get and I have been waiting for 2 months now.

Kk my complaint is wen u order something and u buy it with someone else a different price wen u go 2 pick out ur size and color, then wen u. Check out u c tht the shipping is way different also 4 example the item is $7 and shipping is $3 kk wen i go and select my size the price is way higher and shipping doubles so if u could explain this 2 me i would appreciate it. Bc it's should b the price advertised and not different.

Wish.com u ripped me off a lot of money

Please delete me from your mailing address as u ripped me off over 300.00 last year on products I tried to purchase with a pre paid credit card.
You wanted the card number and other info that I didn't have as when I buy items with a pre paid credit card I throw the card away and u refused to re imburse me so I will no longer purchase items from u even though there are alot of items that I want to buy from u but since u ripped me off of all the money 300.00
I will look for another online business to spend my money on

I want my $145.00 put back on my card- last four #'s 1793, the BBB has been contacted. You're locked on because of other customers complaining.
I've contacted American Greed.
They DEFINATLY will be catching you before you make your move and they have the information from your illegal/ unconfirmed/ order & transaction from my card.
ASAP on the return of my money! I have $.49 left on my card because of this! Start: $220., Amazon:$65., Other:$10

Wish.com products not received and refunds not received.

i ordered several items from wish.com before the holidays and did not receive 14 of them. in all the the time i have ordered from wish this has never happened to me. i was told i would be given a refund and i have even waited the 14 days that it could take. i have received a $4.00 refund for one item and nothing more. therefore i will not be ordering from your company anymore. I love this website but its not worth if i dont receive the items that i order.

Wish.com money taken from my account on products that I didn't order

There was money taken from my account on products that I didn't order and I would like for my money to be placed back in my account. I didn't order the foot massager, boots, chains or any of the items that was deducted from my account on or about 12/30/2017 -12/31/2017 which was over an $100.00 that I want back in my account. Wish.com knives perfume rug and more

Everything I have received from this site has been cheap and tacky. Expensive knives broke after cutting veg. Perfume fake the list continues. I am sorry people need to know that the goods are cheap and fake. Aw and by the way take months to arrive. I need to know where I can complain to consumer services, or should I just make people aware on Facebook?

Wish.com mobile phone that blow up went in fire

I bout this phone and the phone was meant to be new mobile but wen I turn it on it came up with the name Susann so this mobile is not new... so I went to charge this mobile with the charger I got with it and the charger I got with this mobile was for the UK so it was the right charger and soon as I plug in it and turned the charger on the sparks and smoke came out blow up in my face part of the charger blow to the outer side off the was the mobile phone went on fire it tripped all my house hold sockets as well I was in deep shock this item could off killed me it smoke every were and I had to see my doctor over this ive been emailing wish now for a bout a week and they still not got this sort it
I want full refund and to be honest I would like some sort of compassion after a week emailing wish every day some times 3 times a day all I get is a refund
Dont you know the damage and what this has done it cod off killed me what if it happend wen I was sleeping

Wish.com I didn't receive my order

I Am COMPLAINING BECAUSE I Put in an Order A MONTH Ago & I haven't Received ANY of the ITEMS! I Ordered them for CHRISTMAS, Obviously! I Didn't even have My Christmas Dinner with My Family until The 27th! And STILL, NOTHING ARRIVED! I WANT My MONEY Credited Back to my CARD, IMMEDIATELY! I Tried to Send you 3 Texts, Telling You that If I Didn't Receive My ENTIRE ORDER before CHRISTMAS; That I Would Cancel & NEVER ORDER From You Again! But, YOUR ANSWER ONLY PERTAINED to 1 ITEM, then, I Didn't Even get that! I ORDERED from You Once Before & the Gift was A Month Late for My Granddaughter's Birthday! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN & WILL TELL EVERYONE that I KNOW NOT TO ORDER From YOU!

Placed a $315.90 on above date. Within 5 min. a notification was sent stating every item ordered was refunded due to issue with my debit card (bank card). However today i contact my bank. Jerrod informed me that amt was pd direct l y to u guys. There was no refund. The contact # r emailing is useless . return email w a question & advise i click next to item and press "contact support". Useless there's no question w my situation to get through. My first order & u deceive me. I I'm tried of the run around given. Can't track products because it indicates "0". My bank advised i attempt 1 mre time & then they will take over.

You need to contact your state attorney general. Wish is based in your city, your state needs to take them down for fraud.

Wish.com can't get anyone on phone

No one to answer the phone even though they give you a phone number. They tell you too email them with your questions or problem but on the page there's not always the category that you need. Very upset. My Stuff was suppose to be here before Christmas on somethings and some were suppose to come afterwards and I'm still waiting.

Wish.com yarn was not what I wanted

I order a knit blanket. That was all I thought that was being charged to Pay Pal. When I got on line, I saw they ordered yarn also. I tried to cancel the yarn, the descriptions I was given to cancel the item were the same. I received the yarn.It was not wanted. I wanted the blanket, which was cancelled. I have not received a refund on my account yet. What do I have to do to get my money back? This was the 1st time I ordered from them. Not very happy. Please advise me on what to do.

Wish.com daily giveaway

Im not sure eaxclty how this works but it always says buy instead of completey free my mom was trying to get makeup brushes on the giveaway. And it made her buy them luckily they were only 2$ but still it says completely free so yea im really upset shes never sent anything back and has been a good customer for almost 2 years and it pissed her off she didnt mean to buy it and thats why im writing this because she is very pissed rn she cant even mess with it right now

Wish.com account restricted?

Dear Wish,

For some reason, the app is requesting a copy of my bank statement. I purchase through PayPal so I'm not sure it.

The customer Support says that the system has put a block on my account and it cannot be removed at this time.

I've always paid in full, have been polite, gave really good ratings so I don't know why the account is blocked. I've got stuff in my cart to purchase and positive ratings to give, but the app won't let me proceed, nor is customer service removing the restriction on my account.

To my knowledge I've not done anything to violate a terms of service, which is what the customer service people sent back to me.

Why am I being asked to submit a bank statement? This is an unusual request.

Why is my account "restricted?"

I've racked up some fine discounts that I am now barred from using.

It is a wonderful site! The products are very good quality and the shipping is getting better.

Please help me understand what I could have done to insult "the system."

More importantly, could you please remove the "restricted" status on my account?

I have recently had this same problem. I have been shopping with them for a few years now and never had this problem. It's been about 3 weeks now with my account being restricted and it still hasn't veen resolved. I've sent multiple emails and have only gotten an automated response saying "we are unable to do anything at this time. " I've even tried calling there customer service lin and it just tells me to use customer support on the app or email them (in which I have many times). I have a bunch of refunds I need to get processed and I can't do anything. Think I'm just going to file a dispute at my bank. I definitely won't be using Wish anymore.

Wish.com payment not going thru

Yes I am trying to purchase items on this site but every time I try to checkout its not going thru. Now its telling me to come to this site. Can someone PLEASE tell me what's going on & why isn't it letting me make any purchases. This is actually like my second or third time trying to make a purchase. The first time it let me do the payment process only to tell me that it didn't go thru. I figured maybe it was because I didn't have enough money to complete the payment. Even after I changed items to lower the price it still not working.

Are you using a debit card or credit card? I'm starting to see a pattern. If you're using debit, it doesn't go through. Credit card, they're charging, and possibly defrauding. Maybe debit cards aren't as easy to commit fraud upon?

Wish.com order history

I have had an email from one of the shops on wish .com about my order and when I check it it just comes up error 404, so check my order history and it says I have never ordered even though I have had one item delivered already, just waiting on the rest, can't track the orders because no order history, I have emails to say the orders have been processed, but cant find them on my account and noone to ask or get help from, absolutely frustrating as they have my money and my goods

Wish.com t. v. grey shoes and black shoe by air force 1, and three cell phones

My problems are I did not receive my TV. and I did not receive my four smart phone's and I did not receive my grey air Force 1 shoes there is another all black shoes by air Force 1 I also have a PlayStation four council with two controllers it was supposed to be here December the twenty ninth two thousand sevin teeth thousand and 17 and instead of that I received papers that said PlayStation on them. my two pairs of shoes were suppose to be delivered dec-20-17 one grey one black those did not show up. the date my TV and cell phones were suppose to show up on November, 24 friday to thousand and sevin teeth I want a refund for those four items please

Need to return items and get a refund for products i didnt order. How do i send back.I have contacted bank and visa but they say I need to contact the company buy they never respond.
I have sent numerous emails requesting this info to no avail of a return email. Phone # is a recording only.. $319.00 charged and ii want to return items and get a refund for products i didnt order..

Wish.com not getting my money back on cancelled items

Ok I purchased items off wish. And cancelled three of them. I waited until they day my money was supposed to be back on my card. Well it wasn't there. These ppl tryed to tell me they didn't take the money off my card yet. But I knew better cuz I called to see how much money was on my card before I ordered. So not only did they lie to me they tryed to take my money. Well I called my card holder and they charged me more for the items I purchased! So now my cardholder is handling it. She couldn't even believe they did that to me! So I will never order from them again!
