I purchased one book from ergodebooks.com through textbookx.com on January 9, 2020. The book never arrived. I phoned the ergode books phone number, 281-738-1101. A man with an eastern Indian accent answered, asked for the order number, and did nothing. When I asked for his name, he sarcastically replied "Robert Downey." He claimed the order number was invalid, and refused to do anything other than be rude.
