AKBUK PROPERTY - investment in apartment
This lawyer is dishonest and unreliable. There has been a number of complaints against him and his practice. He is a disgrace to his country and what he represents. Unfortunately, so many clients have lost lots of money due to his lies and unkept promises.
Hopefully, people have gotten their issues sorted out but I doubt it. The complaints date back to 2016. That's a long time for any legal problem to be sorted out. People invest in good faith - it's a shame that this was not the case.
Lawyer stealing money
Iam writing her a complain about this man called Ercan Gunduz, he is a burglar, and calling himself as a lawyer
I did lost my money after i transfer to him 16500 US dollar to buy for me a flat in kardin insat project in istanbul in a project named Symbol. Now i know there are a lot of case court against this burglar called Ercan Gunduz, and iam really dispointed how come the Turkish court system alow such person free after knowing he is steeling alot of client, really very strange?
Unethical Behavior-Fraudster
Like all of you, I have been a victim of Ercan Gunduz fraud practice.
This person is clearly a fraudster and a thief.
In 2012 I paid him £14, 414 through a bank transfer to act as power of attorney on my behalf to purchase a flat in Symbol tower in Istanbul, Turkey.
I should mention that Ercan Gunduz was introduced to me by a UK based estate agent as their ''trusted'' lawyer.
Two years later Ercan Gunduz told me that the apartments are not ready and I should apply for a refund from developers and he will apply for a refund on my behalf.
It has been two years that we are chasing Ercan Gunduz for our refund without any success, We found out through a lawyer in Istanbul that Ercan Gunduz has a lawsuit against him in an Istanbul Court and he has taken money off 750 people!
This person (Ercan Gunduz)is a THIEF, and FRAUDSTER. He should be brought to justice.
We are seeking legal advice against him.He is a DISGRACE to call himself a LAWYER and a TURK.
