The management on site has always been accomodating. However I have an infant and live in a smoke free complex, My neighbor for 5 months has smoked marijuana to the point it has leeched into my apartment many times. Have filed about 30 complaints with no change. I ask to leave and they are making me pay a fine for breaking my lease when this has been on going issue for 5 months. Things have gotten physical with the tenant with no intervention.
