To Whoom it may Concern,
On November 2008 I became an independent representative for E.O.T DIRECT and was dealing direct with Mr. John Chung. He then introduced me to the MLM program and encouraged me to market the EOT International Cell phone Service which I did and purchased 20 SIM cards for $1.713, 90 from EOT through Mr. Chung.
Most cards were sold to Brazil and some to Haiti. Second day that was a major issue with the service. EOT website advertised a country list of free incoming calls which included both countries but customers were been charged for every minute of incoming calls until accounts ran out of initial credit and service stopped. I called Mr. John Chung but nothing was done then I had to refund upset customers from my network to keep my credibility. I kept in touch with Mr. Chung every day reporting all the issues with the service until I learned it wasn’t going to work ever. I then as per Mr. John Chung’s request sent the SIM cards to his address in New Jersey. So far it’s been two months and nothing was done. I called him many times, wrote e-mails and only two weeks ago Mr. Chung answered my phone call and told me that someone at the headquarters was going to deposit a partial refund in my bank account. It never happened!
