I recently tried their templates from the website www.themeforest.net. I tried to open one template, but it showed error all the time. I decided to reach the support team, but they simply ignored me. No one replied, and it was nothing that I send then tons of emails. The worst services, so please, beware and share this info. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
I got invalid code
I bought code from Envato. I paid about $18 for it, and after several hours I got it. I tried to activate it, but it was invalid. I tried to reach these scammers, but no one replied. I have no idea what to do now and how to reach the staff, but I need this code. Please, maybe someone knows how to help me. Post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

I signed up on themeforest.net to show my works to the world and they took my money but didn’t give chance to show my works. I was scammed and these thieves should be put in prison. I have purchased the ad - forest theme from the theme Forest company. After purchase they immediately locked out my account, because of this I am not able to download theme. After that I request my refund, but they aren't supporting me. I have already generated a refund ticket, but they haven't given me refund details.

I paid via PayPal and after that I haven’t received any confirmation info or any info about order from this horrible company. Also I went to their website and thought to contact them, but I needed to register there and indicate the confirmation number, which I haven’t received.These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing.
