Entirelypets.com Over charged for extremely delayed product delivery

Purchased antibiotics for a sick farm animal. Was notified days later via email that one of the ordered items was out of stock and would be filled within 1 to 2 weeks. After 1 week I contacted the company asking the status of my order and got no response. I attempted to contact the company several times with no response. My order was partially filled and finally arrived over a month later. Was delivered to the wrong address and left in 100+° temps. I'm not even sure the medicine is safe or viable to use now. When they shipped the item they charged $29.95 shipping which was supposed to be free because my order was over $79. I paid $74.34 for a $43.99 bottle of meds and lost an animal's life because of this company's willful neglect. Would not recommend this company

Desired outcome: Refund the purchase and pay return shipping if they want the unusable merchandise back.

Entirelypets.com TERRIBLE Customer Service !!!

I have ordered over $ 400 from Entirely Pets and they BROKE INTO 2 PIECES 3 of the dog toys so they could fit into a very small box ! Wrote sooo many times and tried to call ( NEVER WORKS ! ) - Entirely Pets is a SCAM - STAY AWAY FROM THEM !

Desired outcome: Replace the 3 dog toys that they INTENTIONALLY broke into 2 pieces so that they would fit a very small box !

Entirelypets.com not cancelling order/keeping customers money

They charged my acct, , bank acct, , 94.00 for a product on back-order, , , Now I requested a cancelation of 1 of the products, via emails and phones calls, , for 46.96, , for 10 days now, , , notta nothing from them..Then after waiting for this product i found another site who had, it, Sooo i requested both to be cancelled, , , totaling 94.00..thats almost 100.00 $$$$ this company took, , knowing, , i cancelled, , , Thats called rip-offed, , , If i do not receive my money back on monday, , 24 more hours, , Im calling the bbb...DO NOT DEAL w/these guys, , , Chewy.com...does not charge their customers until the order leaves their warehouse, , and this is exactlly why...cause chewy.com does NOT rip- off their customers!maryw

Entirelypets.com Order not sent-won't answer phones or emails

I placed an order on 4/15/2021- it is now 5/6/2021- The status is still "Pending". I have called and written numerous times with no response whatsoever from this place. Do not waste your time with this company. They are absolutely unreliable. The price listed was lower than anywhere else, now I know why, because the don't send it. I should have ordered elsewhere so my dogs would have their treats by now. I am not an impatient person, so I waited and waited and gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, they don't respond at ALL. I have lost all patience with them.

Entirelypets.com Product not received

I ordered pet clippers from EntirelyPets.com. Shipping information
said it would take 4-8 days to receive the item. It has been 12 days and
never received the product. I tried calling and was put on hold for 20 minutes only to be disconnected. Called again and waited another 25 minutes. Finally got someone they said product was on back order. I asked why they didn't send me an email telling me it was on back order. He said they were really busy. The guy on the phone was unapologetic and acted like I was being
impatient. First and last time ordering from them.

I just went through the same exact thing! Took me days to get through to somebody and was finally able to cancel my order this morning. Will never order from them again. Worst customer service ever!

Entirelypets.com Overcharges, does not respond to messages, phone lines don't work, don't send product out for a month

This company is shady. I placed an order, immediately saw the hold on my bank was the full price, and not with the discounted 15% (I saw the accurate 15% discounted amount at confirmation, and that is what I agreed to — not the full amount!) I immediately emailed them. A few days later, no response. I sent another email to cancel the entire order. No response. I called the number on the site, and it had the tones of being disconnected. I called over and over and sometimes it'd go through and have the recording, but nobody ever answered. Other times it had the same disconnected tones. I tried the live chat button - it was broken. There was no live chat. I sent multiple other emails over the next couple weeks, no response. A month after my order was placed, they suddenly charged me (the first one was a temporary hold that fell off), again, the incorrect, no-15%-discount amount, and sent out the products to me. First of all - it's prescriptions. You can't just hold out on sending prescriptions for an entire month and then just send them when you feel like it. I'd already had an order in with another company and they'd been in my possession for weeks by that point. I returned to sender upon arrival.
They still have yet to respond to a single message of mine, and I had to get my refund back via a chargeback from my bank. Don't evereverever do business with this garbage company.
Oh - by the way - when I sign in, there's no record of my order at all. They couldn't be decent enough to respond to a single message, but had no problem deleting all traces of the order — and then (over) charging me for it.

Entirelypets.com They didn't deliver my item on time

When I saw the item I needed so much I didn't think of its cost. The website said that the item was in stock, so I put it in the cart and paid for it. I chose a next day delivery and shared my personal information if there will be problems with the delivery. It was urgent. They didn't deliver anything and I immediately contacted them asking where was my order. They said I ordered an item that was out of stock and they will have it within 3 weeks. Great. Wonderful. Amazing service. Nothing else to say.
I don't want the item later, I want it as soon as possible, and if you can;t provide it, then go to hell and give my money back. Arrivederci.

Entirelypets.com want to delete my account

I have had problems with this company failing to ship product ordered and paid for.
I reported them to BBB northern Calif. for the Union City, Ca. address.

Have emailed them 2 times and have spent a lot of time on their website for away to delete my account, but was unable to do so. I have not received any email(s) on how to delete this account NO ANSWER...

They are holding my account payment information and will not allow me to delete. 5/24/2017

Entirelypets.com My advice is to stay away from Entirelypets

We have ordered some vitamins for our pet dog and they sent us an expired bottle! We contacted Entirelypets right away and they said that was impossible. Then we sent them a picture and they finally agreed that was their mistake and promised to send us a replacement. After one week of waiting I decided to contact Entirelypets and ask about our order status and they said that they were not able to help us because these vitamins were no longer in stock. They said nothing about refund and these vitamins were still showed on their site as "in stock".
My advice is to stay away from Entirelypets, they are dishonest and unreliable.

Entirelypets.com I'm tired of Entirelypets!

They said I'll get my order within 5 business days but its over two weeks now and still no sign of my order. Entirelypets has ridiculous support, they know absolutely nothing and are absolutely useless. I was a customer of Entirelypets for over two years and must say that they were much better in the past. Now they simply don't care. They only want money and that's all. Delivery service is very slow, there is no support!
I buy from them only because of their prices and great quality products, but now I think that's not really worth all the hassle. I will look for another company, I'm tired of Entirelypets!

Entirelypets.com Lying, ignoring, taking your money shady company!

If you still have doubts about this company just check all the reviews online, every website including ComplaintsBoard are full of terrible reviews and unhappy clients! I've personally never dealt with such unprofessional and terrible customer service in North America... Plain rude and disrespectful, one lie after another and they assume everyone is either very stupid or just a one-time customer only! The later is absolutely right because I will never buy anything from EntirelyPets again. The only thing they care about is keeping your money. They will transfer you from one person to another, put you on hold forever, tell you that you will receive a call back (which never happens) and in the end basically tell you to forget about trying to solve your problem. Because they do not care!

There is no hope to get anything solved with this company, I'm only leaving this review for other people to save their money, time and health. Worst experience ever. Buyer beware!

Entirelypets.com They charged my account for products I never ordered!

I've purchased several packages of Canidae cat food from www.entirelypets.com back in November. Received my stuff and never ordered anything again. But then I received a notification that my account was charged. I immediately contacted customer service and they said that was their mistake and promised that I'll be issued a refund within two weeks. It is now March 30 and still no money! When I check my account the charge is still there! These 4 month I have been trying to get my money back, and heard only excuses!

Entirelypets.com Criminal activity on internet that is a pattern

“I am reporting this fraudulent organization with the business bureau. The have an organized fraud scheme. This is my experience:
I bought two C.E.T. toothpaste for my dogs at $4.99
They send me an email saying that the product was in back order. 
First out point: and honest business won't take your money. If they don't have a product they would put a warning of "out of stock" xx days expected for delivery. Most businesses won't allow you to buy when it is out of stock and others will report the issue BEFORE you buy. Par example Home Depot would warn you that is out of stock and will put an approximately delivery day giving you the choice of buy or not.
Don't be mistaken this is not a "site programming issue". If you read all the reviews you will see the pattern. The offer products 80% less than the real price and then sent you a substitute product. 
I got the mail a SENTRY toothpaste instead a C.E.T. paste. 
They do send and small toothbrush I bought correctly. I the brush package came and a small sample of the C.E.T. by VIbac paste. I could read there the chemical content label of the C.E.T. paste.
Second fraud: They send a note that said that the product was replaced for another product that has the same ingredient so it was a substitute for the other product. This is the second fraud. Sentry paste has petrodex as the principal ingredient. C.E.T. paste has not this ingredient. Therefore the lie. 
The sentry paste that I got cost $3.79 dollars, they charge me $4.99 for the C.E.T. paste. They didn't do any refund for the difference in price. So they are getting a 40% fraudulent income over the $3.79 real price of the product.
I found yesterday the real price of the CET toothpaste is $44 and is shipped in 5 days. So there are not problems with the availability of the product. But the price is higher so the pattern they are using is lure customers with low prices and then deliver a product that is even cheaper than what you are paying.
Third fraud; the site is called Healthypets.com but they send you the package as EntirelyPets.com probably with the idea of avoid responsibility in case of problems.
The envelope said EntirelyPets.com and inside ther is a note signed Healthypets.com. This is criminal internet activity in US. So i think I will try to report the issue to the FBI too.
After several emails I did get a label to print for a refund via fedex. The email hasn't any explanation about what is was. No explanations on behalf of the business, not intent of excuse themselves. No apologies.

Do not buy any product from this site. Do not support criminals.

Entirelypets.com Will not all me to UNSUBSCRIBE

My 20 year old cat is dead. I am DEEPLY GRIEVING from having to EUTHANIZE her just days ago. EVERY SINGLE DAY, I get e-mail after e-mail telling me old orders have shipped and trying to sell me NEW things. I use the UNSUBSCRIBE feature and I get error code after error code. I have used chats and called them; they are rude; they lie constantly. They tell me to CALM DOWN MAM. I am not a mam. I do not want ANY MORE MAIL AND YET THEY KEEP COMING!

This company has the worst customer service it's too bad they are profitable. First they sent me an automatic shipment with me knowing. I even tried logging into their site to make sure I didn't have automatic shipments, and I don't even have an account on their site, so how do I have an automatic shipment set up?Costed me $25 to return the $80 item from Canada. Now again they won't reply.I wish I read the complaints before I ordered from them. To top it all off the owner/worker was arrogant and rude. Great business you're running. Never again.

BEWARE. NOBODY AT THIS PLACE KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING. I attempted to place a small order for under $6, but the online confirmation page never completed, so I ordered from another source. I started receiving conflicting emails from Entirely Pets about "completing" my order, "order has been backordered", "create a password" and other stupid subjects. I responded to CANCEL the order immediately but the item was LATER shipped anyway. I refused the package and sent it back but was charged anyway. I have sent numerous messages demanding a complete refund without any intelligent reply. I cannot understand how they manage to stay in business.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! If you value good customer service, or ANY customer service, this place is not for you! I am still waiting for a shipment I ordered 5 days ago, and I can't even get a person to tell me where my order is! They can't tell me A SINGLE THING about my order! This is unbelievable. I will never, EVER order from them again. I hope I actually get my merchandise, as they have already charged my credit card! I can't believe other people think this is a good company. They sound incredibly bad, and almost like a scam. BEWARE CONSUMERS!

Entirelypets.com Excessive Shipping Time; No Help From Customer Service

"I placed an order on Dec. 28. On Dec. 30 I received an email from Entirely Pets telling me my order had shipped and providing me with a tracking number. I was unable to track the number until Jan. 3, when I was told it was in Sparks, NE. On Jan 5 it went to West Sacramento and then Fresno, CA. On Jan 8 it was still in CA, now in San Bernardino; three days in CA, and still not on its way to me in Texas?. I have sent five emails to Entirely Pets; no answer'. I called Entirely Pets this morning (Jan 9) and was told it would have to be researched and that "William" would call me back with more information/. No call from William:. I called again this evening and was told by another person that William had initiated a research request, which would take at least two days to complete, . But no one had the courtesy to call me with that information|. I would advise anyone thinking about dealing with this company to take their business elsewhere!. I will never recommend Entirely Pets, and will never deal with them again.."

Same problem. I had a 10% discount for the order and they charged me the full amount. Paid for expedited shipping and they shipped 7-10 days, still charged me. Called them and have had no response. Will not buy again. Terrible service and taking money contrary to the invoice. Stealing is what it is.

Entirelypets.com I will not be ordering from them in the future

I am very disappointed. I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise on sept 3rd. Here it is sept 13th and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service is poor at best. I have called their 'toll free number' which at any point of the day is a message machine and I've emailed which has gotten no response. It bothers me that they have my credit card info. I will not be ordering from them in the future.

I ordered 2 of the 3-packs (3 2-lb pkgs) of Duckle's Duck Jerky from Entirely Pets. Soon after opening the first package and using the treats, my Maltese starting having stomach issues. Two visits to the vet later, after being diagnosed with gastroenteritis, I figured out what was causing this issue. The "Best if Used By" date on the back of all the packages is 01-11-2016! In other words, they sold me old product. I knew that the pieces of duck jerky didn't look quite like what I had ordered in the past, but I would never expect any company to sell outdated product. When I called the toll-free number to complain and ask for replacement product I was told that I needed to email a picture of the date stamp on a package, and they would email me a return label to return the order. After I return the order, I would receive a credit for my purchase price. I asked for new, replacement product instead of a refund and was told that they don't have any new product. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY CARE SO LITTLE ABOUT THE HEALTH OF THE PETS FOR WHICH THEY'RE SUPPLYING PRODUCTS! I will never order from them again!

Entirelypets.com Overcharged

I purchased meds for my dog from Entirely Pets. I was overcharged $28.00 for the meds. I called them and they told me a credit of $28.00 would be credited to my account and was given a confirmation number. That was in September 2009 and I still have not received the credit. I have called them numerous times and they have told me they are sorry this has taken so long but my credit will be applied soon. It is now December 2009. They have lost a customer of several years and I have lost $28.00. I have ordered new meds. from another discount pet prescription company.

Entirelypets.com - Never order from them

HORRIBLE! Lied, said my order was shipped, refused to tell me it was NOT going to be filled until I wrote them repeatedly. Never actually answered my emails directly, used form answers. My dogs slowly dying as I assume I should wait for the meds to arrive, instead of going directly to the nearest vet for a refill. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!
