rented a car in Hawaii and was involved in a hit-and-run incident. I filed a claim with my insurance company, and part of the damages were covered. However, Enterprise added additional charges that I’ve been trying to negotiate for months. The representative handling my case, Tasha Mosely, has been extremely unresponsive and unprofessional — she ignored my payment offer and sent the account directly to collections without any discussion. I had offered to pay $100 per month toward the $800 balance and requested clarification on the extra fees, but they refused to provide any explanation.
Desired outcome: I would like to for someone other than Tasha Mosely who is empowered to make decision to contact me.
