26/3/2022 I make money transfer still not received

Sir, I sent some money a few days ago. It did not reach my Pakistani bank account. This is my money from which I had purchased.

Have a good day sir..i will do respect i can do send money on friday but until now no receive my send money my wife.pls pls action my complain thank you

I was send online transfer to Meezan Bank Rawalpidi Branch Code (0828)
SR 1686, I still did not received, I was called Enjaz helpline number they said to me I wiil go Enjaz Bank to update my Personal Informations.
I went Aqqriq Branch but they told me they will today update wtih phone call but they did not feed back me.

i have send money from enjaz application . with Reference no .Ft21290628105175. from app status show send . but when i checked the status of remittance it shows an error. kindly help me out.

Please priority may refund

Money transferred through Enjaz application by providing my resident ID [protected] but unfortunately money debited from my alrahji bank account and failed in Enjaz application. So need to check to revert my money back to the alrahji bank.

cashiers in some branches are not respecting the queues and mis-behaving, things happened yesterday in al muruj branch riyadh in ladies section between 2:30 and 3:00PM.

his only reason, when i complained, that system was down in the morning and she is back now when in front of us, she gave him money and fill the paper when the queue was waiting. only reason because she is wearing glasses and handling nice bag.

i complained to the manager but no action taken he tried to cool me down.

it's a respectful company, hopefully you will investigate about it as cashier said wait otherwise i will not do your transaction, let me finish with her.

I transferred money online last 29th of July thru bank account in Indonesia, named bank mandiri, but I was informed that until now it was not yet received, I ask customer service and there's no any problem with transfer, no reverse transfer notes too.how can I track the money sent there? Dear Enjaz,

I try to send money as part of my benefits in the company where I work. date is: April 14, 2021 @ around 13:48. The problem is Enjaz branch in batha fails to give me transaction slip only POS slip, saying there is a problem and I have to wait 24hrs to clears things up.
Up to this moment I have already called the branch manager, there is no solution yet to my problem. Hoping for your prompt action regarding this matter.
