An unfinished Subdivision in Stonecrest, Ga, disparity of treatment for our subdivision and no response from Management.
I would like to bring to your attention and the powers that be of the disparity of treatment for those of us living in Stonecrest. Lakeview at Stonecrest is completely built, finished with the exception of repaving the streets. (In the last phase only, which also includes some of the last homes built. This is not just one street.) My townhouse was in the last phase building, and we closed 9/30/2021. As we approach our 2nd anniversary here the streets are still not paved, breaking apart, ruining tires and quite frankly an eye soar. I have a paper trail of emails, correspondence to Mr. Cenni regarding this particular concern and received one excuse after the other. My most recent email, dated 6/6/2023, never received a response. Initially the legitimate excuse was, all the construction needs to be completed. The next excuse was the weather was too cold to repave. We are in the month of June, warm weather, no valid excuse left. There may be 3 townhomes left to be sold but who in their right mind would come to this area with the horrible looking streets and decide, “oh, I would love to live here!”? Rockhaven builds in many areas and of course reviews are important, and I am so frustrated I want to give you all the opportunity to rectify a wrong! This is wrong, we matter over here too! I have other pictures but apparently, they are too large. You need not just take my word for it but send someone to view for themselves. If you can’t go through the proper channels to get things done, then you escalate. This is not our first home, nor our only home but a place to leave behind for our children.
I am not a fan of social media but if that is how we get the attention to get things going then I’ll sign up. But I feel like the right thing to do is bring this matter to the forefront to those who very well may be in the dark about the situation.
