The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I ordered a purse for my wife who was sure this was a good company and all items were real. I further requested the 2 Day delivery option at $39+dollars. The order was place Friday December 16th, it is now Thursday Dec. 22 nearly a full 7 days (5 working days) later and still no purse. I have lost total confidence in this company. I will have the purse examined by Louis Vuittone to ensure its authenticity. Should it be a fake I will certainly come back to this site and give you an update. Further, I will seek legal action. J'on USA

I bought a bag LV - the site said that the 100% authentic, but I cheap fake, and that the marriage had broken lock (in total shock .)! Prompt: where - in the United States Organization for the Protection of Consumer Rights?
NOT BUY ANYTHING FOR http://www.sorefined.com! THEY cheaters and criminals and - cheap imitations!
I'm spend lots of money and nothing I did not come back (

I purchased a purse for them on march 8th, spoke to someone on the 11th, they confirmed that they would start shipping status. It has been over a week and no tracking or email confirmation. I just called my credit card company to start fraud proceedings and i am waiting on a letter to confirm. Unfortunately I will have to wait at least 30 days for a refund. Oh and another thing they overcharged me after they offered 50% off. Please stay away from them! Big Time Fraud! I've learned my lesson! BE AWARE!

The enhancedxenon one is a lie, seller sends fake item to me (enhanced xenon) and when i open the box its blankets not even coats, very sad he is posting my name liek that . im the unhappy one

These people also use the web address sorefined.com all items are fake and they are so complicated at costumer service I spoke with them this morning because I ordered a LV purse which was fake now I am looking to return it but don't know if they will refund my money this all has caused such a headache. I payed alot of money BEWARE SOREFINED.COM ARE FRAUD

Purchased one Aug 1, returned it on the 8th is still pending on my credit card. Called them and the said they never received the bag back. I had confirmation that someone there signed for it. Will NEVER buy anything from these people. Deb

Phoned company today after seeing site...would not tell me where they were located. A big flag, and American Express will not do business with them. Happy to say I did not purchase, especially after reading your complaints..Thank you for saving me money, and head pains. Kimberly

I also purchased a lv bag and paid for what they said was two day delivery and spent over five hundred dollars one week went buy and no purse so I cancelled the order it has been over two weeks no money has been reimbursed so I just filed fraud charges on them so what ever u do don't buy from this company there thieves

I just received the purse for my wife birthday present and I could tell right away it was fake there was no leather on the straps it was all plastic and then I took it to a lv to check for authenticity and the rep told us that it was unfortunate that we paid so much for a fake, that's very unfortunate but if I don't receive my refund will take legal action, because I was also on hold for about an hour.

You can send item back within 14 days to Pen Shipping Center 2167 East 21st Street Brooklyn NY 11229. Send it with a signature receipt. Then notify your credit card company they are a fraud. You will not have to pay until it is resolved. It took about 2 months to get a credit to my account. They sell only fakes!

I sure wish that I would have seen this before I ordered! I spent 600 plus dollars and guess what they sent me the right purse but in a color I didn't order ...and in a color it isn't even made in! Unbeleivable . I just got it today and I have to return it but cannot get ahold of anyone there. They say they are closed during the hours of operation! No idea what to do

I was a victim of Emibella website myself. I bought $500 worth of merchandise from them and had a hard time getting my refund. Emibella would make excuses on the phone and ignores my email asking about my refunds, even after I sent back the merchandises (with delivery confirmations). I had to get my credit card company involved by open a fraudulent case against Emibella. They're just a bunch of crooks, and con artists who tried to pass on fake products as real. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM THEM or you'll be sorry! You're warned !
I wish someone can shut them down before they deceive more people with their scam!

I have been on hold for 30+ minutes trying to get someone on the phone to tell me why my credit card has not been credited for the purse I returned. VERY FRUSTRATED AND NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE FAKES AND WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!

IT'S ALL COUNTERFEIT! i got my Louis Vuitton bag from them paid $800 and took it to a store they said unfortunately I had bough a counterfeit! don't buy from them please they should be shut down!

I ordered a Louis Vuitton wallet as a gift back in August 2011 and I have yet to receive it. I have checked order status numerous times and even though when I ordered it stated in stock, everytime I checked status it said backordered. Everytime I called they told me it would be another 4-6 weeks. This was suppose to be a birthday gift and I have yet to receive a response from them. I am extremely disappointed!
