Emax / Max Electronicsdelay in delivery

I had booked a TV in Gitex on 27 Sep. I was given a manual invoice as they said, system invoice was not accepted. Till Tuesday, there was no invoice registered in my name to follow up for delivery. I visited EMax Mirdiff ( from where i purchased TV) and got my system invoice generated. Delivery date was 5 Oct.
When i called Customer service, yesterday, i was informed that delivery will be delayed by another 2 days, owing to heavy rush.

I fail to understand as EMAX is not the only retailler to seel Electronics in GITEX, Other's also sell. Infact, my colleague booked an 85 inch TV along with me from another store and he got delivery last Tuesday.

Very disappointing service from EMAX. If you anticipate good sales, i think better delivery arrangements could have also been made.
