Emax / Max Electronics samsung mobile a 51

Sir,
I purchased Samsung mobile A- 51 from emax electronic shop in Dalma maal musaffa branch Abu Dhabi on 30 December, 2019. And found one TECHNICAL issues that its volume key from down mean minus side stuck at close position. MEAN not working and found safe mode and airplane mode permanent on secreen. I am aviation technician in Abu Dhabi. Due to job requirements i am out of Abu dhabi. And I have handover this mobile to my friend . Name Mr. Malik ikram. With all documents and accessories.
It is my humble request that please solve this issues.this your kind action will be appreciated.
I am attaching Bill of that mobile. Please do it as soon as possible. I have not other mobile.
Also emax says that purchasing of this mobile by ewallet AED 300 will be return back to my ewallet account within 24
Hrs but up till now I not received.

Emax / Max Electronics promotion

Dear CS team,

I am here to raise a complaint against your Dubai Mall outlet staff. Below are the following

1. The lady sales staff who was dealing with me for explaining and promoting your products was lying me. I came to just today 4th Nov 2019. The matter is there was a promotion of AED 200.00 linked with EMIRATES NBD bank. Like if we purchase we will get AED 200.00 Cashback to the statement. This is the message passed to me and I trusted your team words. I waited for my Cashback in my bank statement. I came to know that I will credited only by 31st October 2019. Today is 4th Nov 2019 I didn't receive any SMS and I re check in online banking also regarding this cash back. But no update.

Then I called the EMIRATES NBD customer service and come to know that the promotion will be received only as a voucher and I need to spend in emax itself.

This shocked me and this is a big cheating in this world. Committing one thing and executing different.

I will complaint to the dubai consumer dept about this false information is provided for self benefit.

I need a solution from your side.

Expecting for prompt action against this shameful activity done from your teammates.

Emax / Max Electronics hisense 55 inch android tv

We bought Hisense 55 inch anroid tv on 18th for my sons birthday under exchange offer, sales person promised to deliver by 19th oct but he failed to keep his promise and Tv came on 21st oct, our old TV was not working so delivery person refused to deliver new tv, since we were not able to exchange our old tv we were ready to pay difference in cash but he didnt accepted, we requested sales person to share online link to make payment of difference amount but refused and asked us to visit mirdiff for payment, which was not possible for us so we went ahead and cancelled the order and emax call center confirmed cancellation Call center Ref no [protected] spoke to Ms
Husna who confirmed refund within 7 days but today we are on 4th november no one is interested to help, after that we made numerous calls which were answered by different people but no solution..we also lodged a complaint with dubai consumer forum for mental harassment and torture..

Emax / Max Electronics purchase of tv customer service

I had gone to Emax thinking a tv purchase would be a quick and easy process. But I'm sorry to say it was the worse shopping experience I have had. 3 days we went to the store and each staff giving different information. And then lying! Giving false information. A manager that was of no use. Making promises that he could not keep when it came to purchase time. I have never been so unimpressed with a service and the way all the staff wanted to help but were telling completely false and wrong information. Next time I will think twice before walking into a Emax and defo opting for sharaf dg instead.

Emax / Max Electronics jbl tune120tws

I purchased JBL120TWS at the store, full price. Went home, opened the unit and there is a "ticking" sound in left earpiece. I asked my son to check it, lest I am going crazy and he agreed. Went back to the store - EMAX MCC, and they asked me if I had read the terms and conditions on the back of the receipt. At no point during sale and payment did anyone mention the unit could not be returned or exchanged. I would have twice considered if anyone had mentioned it. Anyways, went to the store, and was asked if I had read the receipt (document which is provided to client after payment...). Ofcourse not, it has a lot of fine print. You are not allowed to return or exchange JBL products because of hygenic reasons. If one was concerned about hygene, they would keep the store in better condition. So now, I am stuck with ear pods, unless i want to pay JBL / EMAX to check the units for defect.? What a SCAM! Cannot believe the consumer protection agency has not been advised as yet.

Emax / Max Electronics arc mouse black

I bought 2 ARC Mouse along with other items from EMax (GITEX). Unfortunately none of the items were available in GITEX stand and I had to go and collect it from Mall of the Emirates.
When I went there I found that the black ARC Mouse which I bought is marked at AED 314 each while they charged me AED 366 (price for silver).
When I asked them to rectify it either by giving me the silver mouse or refund for AED 104 everyone was helpless and said it's not our fault it's from GITEX. GITEX stand still belong to EMax and my invoice is from EMax.
Attached is copy for the invoice including the code for the black ARC Mouse and the price for the silver (AED 366)

Emax / Max Electronics 55" tcl android tv and gitex special offer humax hd-1000s tv receiver

We went to Gitex last September 26, 2019 and purchase 2 units of the same model with a different invoice with the offer free Humax HS-1000S receiver w/ 6 months subscription, the other invoice was delivered without the Humaxx HS-1000S and the other was delivered with whole package. I tried to complain to deliver the receiver but since it was not there in stock the solution that they offer was Yipptv 6 months subscription only, it is like take it or leave it, otherwise you will wait for nothing. They didn't consider the effort made, the timing spent and the ticket purchase for entering Gitex, and I felt like I was SCAMMED with a Big company. Humax TV receiver with 6 months subscription turned into 6 months Yupptv subscription. Totally UNFAIR.

Emax / Max Electronics 50 inch philips tv not delivered

This Gitex we wentvto trade centre and bought 2 tv, one 65 inch samsung tv RU7400 and one philips put 6103 on the last day of gitex.
As we need to send this tv through cargo we requested there for early delivery but they said it can be delivered only on 3rd or 4th. They ask us to carry which we agreed but later they said they dont have stock and they will deliver on 3rd oct. On 3rd when i call emax toll free number they said they dont have stock for samsung and both tv will be delivered by 5th or 6th oct but apparently on 4th i recieved one samsung 65 tv and still waiting for another 50 inch philips tv. Call there toll free number and put complaint but nothi g. Please try to send me by today or i will come to pick up as later keeping my stuff in cargo logostic will start getting charged as my cargo need to leave by here on 9th oct. Thanks. My TV has been delivered today in afternoon. Thanks a ton to lea from call centre . She is very helpfull and updated me with the delivery process. Keep up the good job. Hassan the installation man too is very helpfull .

Emax / Max Electronics delivery of goods

Dear All,

We bought a Cooker Midea last wednesday and emax delivery team give us appointment on 5 Oct between 4 pm - 8 pm..

Yesterday was 5 Oct 2019 and no one called us or send us sms... And no one came...

So i'm in Mirdif city center now waiting for clarification since 1 hour and no reply..

I will wait here in shop till they make delivery or we need urgent refund now..

Emax / Max Electronics delay in delivery - hisense

I purchased a Hisense 75" TV from Gitex on 28th September 2019, still didn't receive the delivery, i was trying to reach you all on your above mentioned toll free number, first of all it was very difficult to get it connect, and whenever i got connected, i have been kept on hold from more than 5 minutes by answering machine. It was really frustrating to waste time on your toll free number.

Emax / Max Electronics delay in delivery

I had booked a TV in Gitex on 27 Sep. I was given a manual invoice as they said, system invoice was not accepted. Till Tuesday, there was no invoice registered in my name to follow up for delivery. I visited EMax Mirdiff ( from where i purchased TV) and got my system invoice generated. Delivery date was 5 Oct.
When i called Customer service, yesterday, i was informed that delivery will be delayed by another 2 days, owing to heavy rush.

I fail to understand as EMAX is not the only retailler to seel Electronics in GITEX, Other's also sell. Infact, my colleague booked an 85 inch TV along with me from another store and he got delivery last Tuesday.

Very disappointing service from EMAX. If you anticipate good sales, i think better delivery arrangements could have also been made.

Emax / Max Electronics defeated samsung smart tv provided

Respected Dear

Yesterday night 4th Oct-2019, I visited E max City center Mirdif and purchased one Samsung LED TV model UA50RU7400 through envoice number CCINV-[protected]. but when I reached home and plugin the TV, there was some lines appearing on right side of screen so I repacked and rushed back to store today morning 05th Oct-19. but your customer support staff not entertained by saying that its a damage case and they can not do any thing in this.

How they can treat like this and my point is that the damage piece has been delivered to me and it should be replaced but your staff blaming on me for damage. same I am saying that this damage is from your side.

at the time of delivery they just turn on the TV for 2 seconds only and how I can so quickly check all the defects.

now I left my TV on your costumer care desk at E max city center Mirdif. Please have a look this issue otherwise I have to knock other doors for not fulfilling customer rights.

I am your regular customer since 2015 and if you will treat like this than how can continue with you.

Emax / Max Electronics tv delivery delay

Dear team,

I was bought a tv in gitex-2019 on 28-09-2019, in the invoice says that delivery date on 04-10-2019 but it is not yet delivered. My vacation also planned this week end therefore kindly delivery the tv as soon as possible. I want to take tv to native if the delivery missed out then it could not used for one more year which will be as waste of money.

I was bought a TV in Gitex-2019 on 28-09-2019, in my invoice says that delivery date on 04-10-2019 but i am not received it, then i called their service number i got message that they do not know when it will be delivered. Hence kindly advice me about delivery schedule because my vacation also in this week.

Forgot lenovo tab collected item at emax collection pont at gitex. I have purchaded jbl 2.1 speaker and lenovo tab from emax at gitex shoppper at world trade center. I have collected first my lenovo tab and went to audio collectuon counter to collect jbl speker. The guy is packed speaker in emax carring trolly and i have givren remaim shopping luggage caary bags to pack on the same trolly at that time i missed my lenovo tab cover and forgot there and ivcome back to home. Please do the neeful favour to get my item.

First of all i'm very disappointed of your service and staff
Below I attached one picture that's a prove of service
Now I can explain
I gave them one blutoth am61 for service as per your staff they told me you will. Get a new one within 14 working days now daily i'm going your emax shop and I think they learn three words sir stock not available plz give us your contect no we will inform tomorrow or day after tomorrow once two or three days completed no call no update and i'm going there again and then again same words for listening even I spoke your manger also he told me yesterday sir just give me the tell# no I will call tomorrow you will get
Now I have a question when emax tomorrow will come?
It's almost 70 day's completed
In one week i'm going 2 3 times butt they have same drama
Plz let me know I will get or not

Emax / Max Electronics refrigerator

Delivery of the refrigerator was made at 11:30am while my mom was home. Two dents on the freezer door could not be identified by her as they can only be viewed at a specific angle.
I came home 5 mins after deliver and immediately spotted it and called Emax customer support and Mirdiff. No one was supportive and spoke very rudely. Quite surprised that they refused to have the fridge replaced ASAP considering we call a few mins after delivery but seemed very responsive to cancelling the order! Way to go Emax...! I will never purchase anything from your store ever again! Horrible customer service ... absolutely horrible

Dear Emax Team,

I book a complaint as my AC is not cooling for one week, now Emax's extended warranty team after 4 days of my complaint is telling we don't cover the shop it is for the house only.
Why Emax cheat people?
That means Emax's extended warrant is just cheating.
If you can't why not informed us when purchased?
Why not tell us when installing AC in the shop?
So this is a clearly cheating business taking extended warranty money and making fool to the customers.

Emax / Max Electronics paid but not received the product for 6 days and no update on status either

I am having a terrible experience being a pride member . I had placed my order on 1st of July 2019 and till date i have not received my product neither did i receive any call or message regarding the status of delivery . My order number is [protected] and i had numerous calls with your customer care and they had promised me the product would be delivered by Thursday and now its Saturday almost 6 days from the date of purchase i have not received a single update. If this is your customer service then there is no point in being a member or even a customer.

Emax / Max Electronics lenovo laptop

I bought lenovo device from emax mirdiff and sent to my country as a gift, they used this device on 3-4 time and it stop working. i bring it back after 6 months and submitted to E Max for repairing because of defective piece. E Max forwarded my device to service center and after 10 days they called me twice that my device is ready to use. When i get my device from E Max the problem was same i-e corrupt windows and no display on screen after using device for 5 min.
That device is useless for me because i buy it 6 months before and after 6 months i use it only 3 times because of defects in device.
Instead of sending device again and again to service center, i want replacement of same device with the same model but new piece because i wasted a lot of time and money but its still under service from E Max.

Emax / Max Electronics scratch offer on purchase complaint

We received a flyer for the E max offer for spending 2000 and receiving a scratch to win offer.
However we decided to come and purchase a TV worth 2499 plus two additional items for 250 AED.
After we completed the purchase we were told that we are not eligible for the scratch and Win which is completely unfair as apparently it was a sample tv which had scratches and without the box.

First of all buying an open item should be a part of the offer and secondly if that was the case we should have been advised when we were paying.
We own a company are considering to purchase 25 laptops for a company however after this we will not be doing any business with Emax.

Also we tried to do the refund and were given a run around for coming next day even though the item is display item and sitting on the display.
Kindly get back to us and let us know how serious your company takes this matter ?
