I am writing to warn everyone about this company Elco Sarl / Elco Metals / Bioagra Sarl. The salespeople involved is Damjan Nezic. Firstly they offer off grade pet resins at very low prices. When we request for samples to be sent over, they requested USD $250 before they will send the samples over.
Normally this is already very different, as samples are not worth USD $250.
After a day, they came up with an excuse and say that they cannot ship over due to export issues. They then requested we place an order of 24MT of materials and they will minus the $250 from there. They even send photos of their export permit, certificate of incorporation, VAT-BIR etc. Upon closer inspection, these documents are fake and photoshopped.
They even gave us their fake VAT number and ask to verify on European commsion website for the valid VAT number, however this VAT number is under another company with similar name, but not them.
Please beware of this person and company. When we ask for refund of money, they just did not reply anymore.

Our company also had been cheated by this Damjan Nevic. We ordered 24 MT glucose syrup from this person and pay 90% of the total pay. They even send photos of their export permit, certificate of incorporation, VAT-BIR etc. Upon closer inspection, these documents are fake and photoshopped, as you mentioned above. Please advise is there any route or ways for us to complaint this person. He claim that he is from Philipine.
They even asked us for total pay and created story that the goods stuck in singapore due to insurance problem caused by late payment of the overall payment. He was a complete scam, we didnt pay the remaining 10%. Please share with us, a way we could complaint this irresponsible guy
