Eforcity.comDo not buy from them

Eforcity and Accstation is the same company, just different names. They sell a lot of merchandise on eBay. I bought some ink cartridges for my printer. They have their own check out
system and they don't use PayPal. Went to their check out and I couldn't get my payment through. I called them and left 4 messages and 3 emails and they never answered back. Four days later when I
still couldn't get through their check out site and they never responded to my calls or email, I bought my ink cartridges through someone else. A week later, this company sent me an email saying
their system was down but they fixed it and that I can now go through the process order. I called a total of 6 times with 8 emails sent and their company never responded back. I tried to tell them that people can't wait a week to buy something and since they never answered my calls or emails, I had no idea how long or if they were ever going to fix their site. Instead of calling me or responding to me they
reported me to eBay saying I refused to buy what I bid on and now eBay wants to give me an Unpaid strike. Just in this past month alone, this company has 500 negative feedback on not answering emails
or their phone calls. I reported this company to the BBB and their rebuttal was that they did send me an email and it must have been sent to my junk mail and I must not have noticed that they wrote
back. Now, that is a lie. They never wrote me back and I don't have a junk email site. Everything, important emails or junk come to the same email address and I read or deletle every piece of email. Don't buy from this company because they have the worst customer service.

I bought an HDMI switcher through for my TV which, when I received it, wasn't what I needed. The item cost $10. I returned the item, but didn't pay to send it certified because the cost of mailing it that way would have been more than half of what I paid for the item. When I initially contacted eForcity. I was told to wait 6 weeks before expecting my refund. Six weeks after I mailed the item back, I contacted the company again. This time, I was told that it would take 10-15 days for delivery. I waited another month and THEN I was asked for the tracking number. Of course, I don't have a tracking number. But if the company receives mail, why would I need a tracking number? The packing slip with my order number was in the package. Why wouldn't they be able to trace it from that?

I've come to the conclusion that this is the way they avoid issuing refunds. If someone buys a cheap item from them, which constitutes most of their products, who's going to want to pay for certified mailing? So no tracking number, no refund. They can claim they never received it, can't find it, etc. They get the product back for free and can then sell it to someone else.

They are fraudsters - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Under the names and they claim BBB accreditation which they definitively do NOT have. Yes they make their money through nickel-and-dime thievery but those $$ add up and probably go to very unsavory activities like terrorism or human trafficking. These people are flat out ### and law enforcement is on their trail. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these criminals.

I had a need for a new wii u tablet controller charger. I went into Walmart to see if they had one. eforce showed they did. I bought two when I tried to send them back I first went threw Walmart but was them referred to eforcity for details on how I sent emails but I received no reply. and after 30 days it was to late. so I ate the 17.94 cost. it is not a lot but it is that they posted the wrong item to get me to buy it. I had used the serial number on the item to find it. and got something different. I eventually went through apple to get the item. I doubt I will use either Wal Mart or eforce again. for their online products.

Eforcity relies on a 30-day return policy for everything they sell. Even when you buy three toner cartridges at once and each lasts for several months. Well, one of mine was defective and I wrote the following (after many failed attempts to contact them):

    To: [email protected]
Subject: RE: Refund Request - Customer ID [protected] - P/O No. 778723
    Date: Tue, 13 Oct 2009 20:42:23 +0000

On June 17, 2009, you shipped me three (3) units of ICANX25XXX01 as a single order. Invoice # was [protected]. Purchase order was 778723.

On or about September 1, I attempted to install the second toner cartridge but, after many tries, kept getting a black page. I read the warning that it might take several tries to get it to work, but it clearly was defective. I then installed the third cartridge and it worked fine.

It took three (3) calls to your customer service line (Sept 9, 16 and 23) before anyone returned my call (on or about September 26). By then I was too busy (and exasperated) to pursue the matter further. I made one final call yesterday (Oct 12) which no doubt elicited your email response.

This is a $34 item. My billing rate is $400 an hour. I have already wasted $200 of my time chasing a $34 refund. If I need to spend one more minute pursuing this claim, it's one minute too much.

If you value my business, I suggest that you refund the cost of the defective cartridge without further discussion. If not, I am just as happy to add my voice to the chorus of other dissatisfied customers who have expressed their negative opinions in public forums.
