SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

eDreams1 return flight booked for 2 persons. I paid double through ideal banking

i booked a flight [protected]. Yesterday 2-10-2019 i paid through ideal, but encountered a error on the website. A screenshot of this error is added.

Because of the error i tried to pay the same booking again. Now i paid double. I added the proof of payments.

I called to the Dutch costumer service, but this office is closed. My call got transfered to a foreign number. The employee was friendly but could not help me much further, apart from waiting 48 hours and see if the money is tranfered back to my account.

I would like to keep my booking for this flight, but recieve the amount of €186, 62 that i paid 1 time to much, back on my bankaccount.
