My name is Bessy la Scalea I bought two tickets to London Gatwick airport June 23th to 26th I already paid for them

Today I got an extra charge of 54,99

I was confused! I receive 2 different confirmation. One from airlines with cheaper charges and from eDreams with higher charges! They took close $50 more and they pay with different cc so I think is a scam. I have to call airlines and them to make sure I wasn't double booked Crazy Be careful!

eDreams No confirmation Email received

I made a booking on 20/06/22 for car hire in Alicante from 13/09/22 - 24/09/22 through the eDreams Prime app and i have not received any confirmation email. I can see from my bank account that i have been charged for the booking. I took a screenshot of the booking reference when making the booking and no one at edreams seems to recognise it.

I have spent an an hour on the chat function in the app and the agent could not help and gave me a number to ring. I rang the number (eDreams 'Prime') spent half an hour on the phone with someone who couldn't understand English who said he couldn't help and told me i needed to ring Rental Cars - after half an hour on hold on the number he supplied they have said they don't even work with eDreams? eDreams seems to be an absolutely shambolic company and the 'Prime' membership, improved customer service, is laughable.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and the booking confirmation email for the car hire sent through to me ASAP.

Please see screenshot taken below when making the booking. Still no confirmation email received, or any contact from eDreams even though the last phone call i had they on Friday they confirmed a Supervisor would call me back within 2 hours. (more lies)

eDreams I Was Charged for a Flight That Never Happened

1. On March 11, 2022 I booked a flight, trough eDreams app, for the next day on March 12, 2022;

2. This flight was to depart from Jakarta (CGK) at 17:00 and land in Bali (DPS) at 19:50, local times;

3. The flight was to be operated by Lion Air;

4. eDreams booking number is/was: #[protected]

5. After paying €77,88 trough eDreams I waited for the confirmation to arrive on my email/app;

6. That confirmation never occurred, so after a few hours I contacted costumer support to clarify or provide refund;

7. Costumer support pushed me around but eventually stated that refund request was issued internally and: (i) I would get email confirmation of such request in 2/3 hours; (ii) I would receive the refund in 48-72h

(proof os this is attached below)

8. The next day, the same as the flight and shortly prior to the flight time, the booking status on the app was of 'Canceled';

9. It's been 3 months and so far I haven't got either the refund request confirmation or the refund itself;

10. eDreams collected the payment from me, but never bought the flight with Lion Air, therefore literally stole my money thus far;

11. I've tried to reach out to eDreams multiple times but: (i) they never pick up the phone; (ii) they don't respond to emails; (iii) they also stopped responding trough the in app chat

This situation has been costing me a tremendous amount of time and acute emotional distress and for the sake of my own health, I need it to be solved as soon as possible.

eDreams Confirmation

I have booked my flights and received confirmation on my credit card. The page refreshed and I do not have a reference number. I have phoned, talked to that robot and unable to speak to someone on the phone phone because I do not have a reference. It is beyond frustrating.

eDreams eDreams cancelled flight- and has not returned the money yet! Its been 8 months!

Airlines(Luftansa) cancelled the flight & (Luftansa)never even got the money!

and now edreams has not returned my money- it's been over 8 months now!

Then all the edreams customer service reps keep saying- I am sorry ,I really apologize for that."

I know it doesn't mean anything! They ask 100 more questions before they start telling me the status of the refund and give same excuse as previous service rep for not returning my money and ask me to wait for few more months/years/whole lifetime!

Then all the edreams customer service reps keep saying "I would like to inform you that we have already raised the refund request for you we are working on that for you please allow us some time for that"

"Some time" is how much time?- How much time do they need to give the reund!

They will then say- "I am really sorry I feel ashamed to tell you wait again but I also have to follow the terms and conditions for that I really want to help you with this I will escalate this matter to my management to look for the best option for you...

I am really sorry for that but it is only pending from Airline we are requesting them regularly for you...

Your refund is in request with the Airline...

I am sorry we have requested the Airline for that I am not able to check for the Time you will get it...

I am sorry I can only escalate this matter to get you assisted with the better for refund...

I would like to inform you when the cancelation is from Airline the refund is also under the Airline control that is why we were not able to process with your refund on urgent basis." etc all the lies and things that dont make sense.

Forget urgent... The refund is not even processed on humane basis. It's inhuman and extruciating! Airline cancelled the flight & never even got the money!

And also it says on edreams website that "Airlines are currently taking up to 3 months or more to respond despite the fact that, under EU Regulation EC261/2004, airlines are bound to refund within 7 days." !

Desired outcome: Please refund the money that all this time that you have taken and pain that you have made customers go through! these are suc difficult times and you are scamming these normal people!

eDreams Refund not processed within promised timescale

E dreams booked us onto the wrong flights, sent us conformation of booking onto flight LS274 departing from Alicante at 2205 at night, but booked us onto LS272 departing at 1005 in the morning. Jet 2 confirmed e dreams had done this, e dreams admitted liability and have twice now failed to refund monies when they said they would. We also incurred extra monies for accomodation, car hire and alternative flights home, e dreams have not responded as to whether or not the extra expense will also be reimbursed

Desired outcome: Refund monies due to cover original costs and extra costs incurred as a result of e dreams misatke

eDreams Flights

I was booked a flight from Birmingham uk to Nairobi Kenya. and on the 3/4/2022

returning on the 16/4/2022. on arrival at the Birmingham airport. on arrival at the air port 0500 in the morning to fly out at 0750 the same morning of the 3/4/2022, suppressing their was no one at the desk and no one did not anything at the airport. tried to make a call no answer, I decided to find another way to fly to Kenya. on returning back on the 19/4/2022 I requested my refund. I was told by your customer service they will take up to three months, i made the call on the 19/6/2022, the customer service started to say i did not have any claim made when I repeated several times he said that the had not received my complain.

Desired outcome: I payed my money to edream services but this service was not received so i want my full pay of all the money you received from me.

eDreams My refund

[protected] booking number. I booked a flight and a week later in March put in a request to cancel it. It was June and I contacted edreams in June and they said that edreams never put the request in. I rang edreams customer service and they said they cannot cancel so I had to contact Aer France and cancel myself. Aer France said I am entitled to a voucher but edreams have to contact them. So I contacted edreams by phone and they said they would email me my voucher. No email so I contacted edreams through the app and they said they would email me. Got the email saying I am not getting the voucher. I contacted aer france and aer france said they had no communication with edreams and I am entitled to a voucher. I have been trying to contact edreams all day and they keep cutting me off, not talking to me. What is happening. I had to do everything myself. Why did I book with an agency. It's a pure scam that is happening to me. You have had no contact with aer france and are keeping my money. I want answers before I get onto my solicitor . Fiona O Connell.

From Aer France.. According to your ticket conditions, you are indeed eligible for a non-refundable voucher. However, your travel agency has to contact us as your ticket was issued by them. If your travel agent needs further assistance regarding your request, they should reach out to Air France via the dedicated travel agency channels. Thank you for your understanding.

eDreams flight ticket

My name is Dorotea Bregu, I booked a flight with reference code [protected] via eDreams that cost 125 euro. eDreams took my money and no confirmation code came to my email by the airline (wizzair). My ticket does not figure anywhere even though I was charged for it.

eDreams Send invoice for [protected]

Hello.

I still haven't received my invoice for booking [protected].

I have tried maybe more than 10 times,the chatbot is useless.

So is the option from the app.

Please send it to the email adress it was registered from as soon as possible.

You will find attached a screenshot of the confirmation.

eDreams Cancelation and changes

I purchased a ticket 4 days ago for a friend with my account. I made sure that the name and the information of the passenger were correct. Even though I introduced the correct information, the ticket came with the incorrect name (the name of my account). Now they tell me there is nothing I can do to fix it, they said is a non-refundable ticket and that I have to lose the ticket and my money. They did not even try to find me a solution. I hope there is something it can be done because it is not possible there is no other solution than to lose everything.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund or a bonus to use later please.

eDreams Trail Subscrition

I was booking a ticket on 19 June 2022, through their website at the checkout time they asked I must subscribe a trail else they will charge more money.

It was a trail which can be cancelled anytime during 30 days of subscription.

I booked the ticket and cancelled the trial subscription on 26 June 2022 within 30 days (trail period).

They still charged me for the renewal of annual subscription which is totally unacceptable.

This shows their fraudulent system / trap.

I want my full refund, I already disputed the transaction and post it everywhere for such poor service.

eDreams Unexplained additional charge of $1709 to credit card.

I booked airline tickets with edreams on June 16 for $2493 US for flights from Israel to Cuzco, Peru, roundtrip (booking reference [protected]). The flight departure is July 10 and the return July 26, 2022. My credit card was charged for this amount and a second charge for $1709 was added. I have no idea what this second charge of $1709 is for.

Desired outcome: Refund the extra charge of $1709

eDreams Double Charged by eDreams

I have booked a tickets through eDreams on 11th June and the transaction went through fine and tickets got confirmed. I could see in my transcation for service fee and flight ticket fees $3.6K for Singapore airlines. The next day i have got charged for the $3.6K again by Singapore airlines through eDreams. When i called Singapore airlines they suggested to call eDreams (case # 0614250) and i have been on the phone with eDreams since 13th of June 2022 for four times and no actual response, all are taking it so easy. I have to pay my other bills and requested them to act on this ASAP but kept going in circle by saying the issue is with Singapore airlines but the singapore airlines states is not in their scope. My bank stated the money is on hold and cant disputed either, i have lost access to my money and i cant pay my bills and credit card payments, not sure who will be paying the interest fee for this? eDreams, Singapore Airlines and Bank all are helpless here. This is a criminal activity, without my authorisation how could they take the money and put on hold? Am reaching out to local consumer laws and hoping sue this company.

Desired outcome: Release my money, and you have no rights to use my card without my consent.

eDreams No confirmation email

I paid in full for my flights with eDreams online on May 29, 2022 and still have not received a booking confirmation. I was able to screenshot the booking number which is #[protected]. The email address is [protected]@gmail.com

I have requested a confirmation email through the portal several times and still nothing. I have attempted to call the US call center numbers but they seem to be disconnected.

The flight is in less than two weeks. I am going to pursue a fraudulent charge complaint with my bank unless it is resolved ASAP

eDreams Unresolved issue after 6 weeks. Worst customer service ever

I tried calling eDreams for 6 weeks every couple of days however they never resolved my issue. I was bumped around departments, different call centres in different countries, spent hours on hold or got hung up on. They would open a ticket and then close it after 72 with the issue never resolved. They made so many empty promises. I was literally breaking out in hives from the anxiety of it and the stress they put on me, crying out of shear frustration and the thought of losing $2,500 worth of holiday credit. Due to their complete incompetence, my daughter and I have now missed the opportunity to go skiing in NZ this July as the whole thing had a knock on effect with the accommodation credit, which now has no availability. It's been a complete nightmare. I have a call history of approximately 20 calls and each time they kept changing their story on what I could or couldn't do with my ticket that had been cancelled due to COVID and the NZ boarder being closed for 10 months. I ended up bi passing them and after much begging, tears and the lovely people at Air New Zealand they took the tickets back under their name instead of eDreams, however it cost me $500 to do that. I would like to seek compensation from eDreams for the $500 and a further credit for their utterly disgusting customer service,, for all the promises of fixing it by a specific promised deadline that they failed to deliver on for never calling me back when they had promised they would on a pre-arranged day & time and for all the stress and anxiety they caused me which went of for nearly 6 weeks. The Booking reference was [protected]. Please listen to the phone recording and all the history notes.

Desired outcome: Credit note for $1,500 valid for 1 year +. ($500 for the extra I had to pay Air NZ, $500 for no longer have a ski holiday in NZ this year, & $500 for all the stress and anxiety they put me through)

eDreams Prime Membership / Privacy Breaches / Unlawful Access to Bankcard

Once becoming a prime member by providing bankcard details, the login was changed to deny us access to the portal. Duplicate flights (x2 each time) were purchased on top of the ticket we bought. Flights identified these and notified us as the email had been changed in the portal and we were only sent the flights we booked. Purchases were made via the EDreams App in Barcelona as well. Trying to contact the service centre is fruitless, it is only a recorded message asking for a flight booking number and then hanging up. There is no actual customer service centre in Australia to deal with this.

Desired outcome: A full refund of all duplicate flights and purchases made via the app since it was taken over.An apology.Details of bankcard deleted.

eDreams Invoice not received

I booked a Bucharest-Paris (no. [protected]) flight on the 2nd of June 2022 and have asked for my invoice when booking. I have yet to receive it (15th June 2022), although in the meantime I also requested it from their bot, as well as two of their agents.(7th and 8th of June, respectively). I am still waiting for my invoice.
