The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Purchased a flashlight from Edison Bright. Switch on light broke within warranty period. Company very difficult to contact. Flashlight manufacturer finally helped contact Edison Bright. Edison Bright requested I send them the broken flashlight. I sent the flashlight to them via UPS. Edison Bright lost the flashlight and has not responded to my attempts to receive reimbursement or a replacement item.

Resolved

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Similar to others, I bought 2 Fenix flashlights from Edison Bright. One failed within the warranty. It is nearly impossible to find a means to contact them. I called the Fenix warranty office in Broken Arrow, OK and they said Edison Bright, being an internet-only company, has their own warranty. Not. I finally went to their Facebook site and used Messenger. No reply. These guys are a sham. Don't order from Edison Bright!

On july 4 2018 I ordered an Olight flashlight from Edison Bright it never arrived. I have emailed them 3 times and they chose to ignore me. I have contacted paypal. Do not order from EDISON BRIGHT THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY.

I ADVISE PEOPLE To NOT BUY FROM EDISON BRIGHT! There are very many reputable places online to order. BATTERY JUNCTION, BRIGHT GUY just to name a few.
