2020 Ram
Bought a new Dodge Ram four-wheel drive in March has 20, 000 miles onit.. trouble light goes off, for electronic throttle body sensor... I live in an hour one way.. So I have my fiance take my truck there.. day before I call and make an appointment, service desk girl says nothing about keeping truck overnight.. they say they want to keep it overnight before even diagnosing problem? without Furnishing rental? I have never ever had this problem with Ford most likely will never buy another Dodge or Chrysler vehicle from this dealership
Desired outcome: BETTER SERVICE! WARRANTY YOUR PRODUCT.. check engine light didn't go off at 20,000 miles
inadequate transmission service causing transmission failure.
Oct. 24, 2018 visited Eddy's Chrysler for transmission service during one way cross country trip. Incomplete servicing caused further need for additional service 200 miles further along trip. Couldn't return for them to fix, so visited another dealership that fixed the issue. The delay cost additional service costs to vehicle, and additional hotel costs. Looking for financial restitution of added expenses.
Dealership contacted regarding issue and agreed to make restitution, however, they have not respond to there commitment in two months.
I see no way to add documentation of facts to this form!
