No help and agents are total fools
I purchased from the website www.ecommercetemplates.com, but when I faced some problems, I wanted to get the support from this horrible company, but the agent only advised me to post my question on the forum. They didn’t provide any support or help, they advised to post your question on forum and wait for the answers. Stay away from them, ‘coz you won’t get any support.

ECommerce Templates just allowed a scammer to steal my software license without my approval. I have owned my license for over three years, yet they allowed a scammer to call them and allowed them to gain ownership and usage of my license. When I spoke to them on the phone about this serious issue, they were rude and uncompromisingly unprofessional and I got nowhere.
I will NEVER use ECommerceTemplates again. They are awful!

Hi , as per our conversation today the shopping cart software is being used on the domain, therefore we are unable to change the license. Should you remove the files from the server let us know and we will look at re-assignment of the license at that time. If you have any question please feel free to contact us.

Let me tell you the truth about these crooks at ECommerce Templates. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM. First its the most POS software you can buy. The force you to pay for Forum Type support from these clowns and there's a chance that your inquiry might get answered. If it does, they either give you a crap answer or other people will jump in and start attacking the person that posted it. On the other hand, your question will lye there for months on end with no answer. If your going to post something negative about this joke of a company, make sure you take screen shots. They will purposely delete all evidence of anything you say on their wanna be support. Your held hostage if you buy there software, wanna be support will run you basically a new version of their software program every 2 years, if you add up the fees. Oh then if you need custom work, laughable. They dont even have anyone internal to fix any problems. They will throw you off to 1 of 2 developers for every single person that has a problem. So good luck getting a fix if you need something custom or a fix on the modules. Their motto is FU pay US for nothing.
Same exact thing happened to us. They want you to pay for everything even though your a customer. They refuse to answer any type of yes or no question unless you paid them $70. Once you pay if your that stupid, is a blank response of "oh thats too complicated that you'll need to get into the code deeply" etc. EcommerceTemplates is a total scam! They have 2 3rd party developers to promote their own modules and will not do any outside work except the modules you purchase from them. SinBad and Andy are complete [censor] offs. You go to call them out on what they do, and they suspend your support account and then delete every single post you did, because you know what they do is true. They tell you to put the message i the forum, hire one of their two developers and your question will remain unanswered for months. We're being held hostage by these theifs because they refuse to answer any questions, their website is worthless, their so called manual is nothing more than a piece of junk. The software is outdated and their newest version looks like something from 2001. ETC lacks alot of common sense things that are already standard items in other packages. If your a seller, stay away from this company. They will hold your site hostage. Go to WooCommerce. Dont bother with them.
