ECCO / ecco shoes

I'm one of the biggest fan of Ecco group and I have purchased 2 pair of shoes from your store, and dissapointed to say that I have recently used the same noticing a very bad quality which has shown some damages in the shoes which is visible to our eye.
We all know the rates and prices of the brand and with due respect I would not be complaining about it since quality is one thing I would not compromise.

Just to bring in your notice I was earlier using Clark's and Geox, which was a very good brand in terms of quality and I never faced any such issues.

I have given both the pairs at Mirdiff city centre. Would be waiting for your feedback on how to take this forward as I'm looking to understand the level of satisfaction we would receive in return.

also I have made the complain through ECCO feedback email given by store and I dint receive response yet.
