DO NOT do business with these CORRUPT people! And do not be fooled by their positive reviews, they have friends and family to write them! Pay attention to the D- rating they have with the BBB! We traded in a vehicle on Nov 30, 2019 and to this day 1/16/20 they have NOT paid off or trade in or transferred our plates to the vehicle we purchased.
We have called Mike, the manager too many times to count and he either lies and says he will call us back in 15 min with the payoff tracking number or he has the salesman Merzel, (however you spell his name) to lie and say he is not in the office! He NEVER calls back!
We have gone there with the police multiple times, they lock the doors and turn off all the lights! The police admit they are corrupt and stated they have had to go their numerous times bc they have scammed many others as well. My wife called pleading for them to pay the car off and the salesman Merzel mocked her saying they were not paying off our car and he didn't care if we contacted the BBB!
We are now stuck paying 3 carnotes! to try and protect our credit! These people do not care how they are affecting people's livelihoods! We have bills and now paying for a car we do not have and they have removed our car we traded in off their premises hiding it from the police! And here is the kicker.. they have the AUDACITY to have our vehicle we traded in for SALE on their site! Again they have NOT paid it off and do not have the title! Make sure you do not purchase any vehicle from them but in particular do not purchase a 2008 Saturn Sky convertible bc it is stolen!
They will not answer any of our calls, the police calls or calls from the finance company. These people are professional CROOKS! Also made a ton of promises to get us a 2nd key fab, chrome our rims and to detail the vehicle.. when we asked about it Mike played dumb like it was never promised.
I am WARNING YOU stay away from these people or they will SCREW YOU like they did us and many others! I wish we had done our research on them first...we wouldn't have touched them with a 100 ft pole!
It appears the con scam artist are now working by appointment only to avoid us and the police because every time we go there to the office during their normal business hours the doors are locked and it is pitch dark inside! RUN AND DONT WALK AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! I know you're gonna read this.. ebuy scammers. .just remember.. YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW.. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES BACK AROUND! YOU ARE ALL COLD HEARTED, EVIL, LOW DOWN, DIRTY CROOKS!
