Ebbier Centeno — contractor / breach of contract
We were recommended a contractor that stated he worked for Sherman Williams. He took on the job with the understanding that specific items needed to be addressed. Sad to say not one of those items were completed. He also walked off the job. He left the job undone. The workers he had to work with him never came when they were scheduled to do so.
They came and went as they pleased and whenever we expressed our concerns it was ignored. Not once did the contractor adhere to the Sherman Williams consumer service practices. He is representing that he is a contractor thru your company but it is hard to believe that your company would allow someone to do such a terrible job.
Not only did he not represent the company well, he in turned stated to pay Sherman Williams directly but to pay him instead. We have used your company in the past on many different homes. I am at awe with the idea this would be allowed. I did call the local office and was told someone would call back and so far, it has been 9 days and no call.
If I don't hear back from anyone I will go to the state attorneys and file a formal complaint against all parties. False advertisement and breach of contract.
