eBay Complaint about seller

I purchased two, cute pair of ankle booties several weeks ago. I ordered my regular size and knew as soon as I tried one on... They were too small. So, I immediately printed out a return label and rewrapped the shoes perfectly and sent them back! I have had heavy communication with shoe commerce and ebay... Asking for my refund! Was told they have received notice that these were returned, but have not issued my refund! Instead, I just received a message that my case has been closed! How can it be closed when I don't have a refund or the boots! Shoe commerce owes me $48.00!

Desired outcome: $48 REFUND!!!!!!!!!!

eBay Unethical behavior

On 8/12/21 I ordered a watch on my debit card, paying $21.22, a casio model 'wr', same watch i've worn for 20 years. On 8/31/21 my order was received and found defective, it wouldn't program. I wrote a letter (copy here) explaining the problem and asking for a replacement, or a credit and to ".. Please advise." no watch has been received, nor credit issued.

Inclosures here incude my mentioned letter, usps receipt for mailing ($5.10) and confirmation that my return was received. Please note that i've since purchased a new casio wr from macy's for considerably more $'s.

Desired outcome: Remove this seller from Ebay.

eBay Unauthorized sale of biotab7 product

The following sellers: engineermusic, virtualexchanges, nrdtreasures and brandnew_20004 are infringing on a patented product and are unauthorized to sell BioTab7 on Ebay. You are allowing your platform to sell this product which is unregulated and mislabeled against Federal Regulations. We, as the manufacturer, are giving Ebay 72 hours to contact these sellers to remove our product, Biotab7, off their page before we file a complaint with the US Environmental Protection Agency and their General Counsel. These sellers have been sent a Cease and Desist notification in the latter part of 2020 and early part of 2021 which went disregarded.

Desired outcome: Remove our product, Biotab7, from sale on Ebay

eBay Silver Ware Chest Not Received

I ordered a 4-drawer silver flatware chest and was waiting for delivery. In looking at the tracking I saw that UPS picked it up from the seller. After about a week it still had not arrived. UPS tracking showed it was in transit. I contacted the seller to see if there was a problem. Since the seller is located in Louisiana I thought maybe there could be a weather related problem. The seller filed a claim with UPS as did I. Ebay opened up a claim. Ebay then got back to me via their communication channel and said that the item was delivered. I contacted UPS and they repeated that the package was officially declared lost on October 18 and had not been delivered. Ebay continues to insist the package was delivered. The seller has not responded to my request of a refund for $132.

Desired outcome: A refund of $132 or the delivery of the chest.

eBay Was ordering injectors.

When I was ordering and about to punch in to order the injectors there system jump into my wife`s account which is 6408 and I did not even give permission to go in that account when I going to use my net spend its a joke that they do this and now it looks like` im out of 71.25 so I had to cancel this order in my wife`s account and they took my money out of my account.

eBay Refund promised and not delivered.

I have tried to resolve this multiple times with eBay but keep getting promised a refund but it never arrives.
Short story is. I sold a jacket to a buyer who asked for a refund on the agreement that it would be posted back. I have not received the jacket back and the buyer will not respond to messages from myself or eBay. She has a full refund, my jacket and a postage label to return but has refused. I have contacted eBay and they have promised a refund back to me but have failed to deliver. This has been going on for months now. Each time I call I get a different operator and a different excuse why I don't have my refund. I have multiple emails from eBay stating they will return the $185.00 but never deliver. Where is your duty of care eBay to protect the seller. This buyer is still buying and selling when clearly she is a scammer.

eBay Permanent suspension

Ebay Seller 23+ years

Call service failed, fax service not assigned

I've had my account Permanently suspended I looking for a Message that ebay said they sent to my E-mail AND on the ebay message board but no message was present or procedure outlined for removing the suspension.

I have been a %100 straight shooter with ebay and Paypal, provided all this ridiculous level of extra information that other clients never had to and never abused them in any way, and for over 23 years+, and in one fell swoop they canned me

Does anyone have any idea where a seller can go to at least obtain a reason for such behavior, no authority has contacted me about some serious offenses! I am baffled since

Does ANYBODY have a phone number to them?, If Not does anyone know an eBay lawyer that can make this upcoming disaster a simple discussion and explanation, because it can only get very much worse from this point on.

eBay eBay Feedback Policy

My item was listed as pickup only, a Jeep soft top. Buyer bought item and asked me to ship. Through a few more messages back and forth he bullied me about getting a shipping box until I canceled. Order was canceled and his money was refunded but he was still able to leave negative feedback that eBay will not remove. And the feedback he left wasn't even accurate. He didn't get what he wanted after being sneaky and now my reputation is going to suffer. eBay needs to updated their policies much like their portal; it's outdated. Looking into alternate selling options.

eBay Changing my name and bank information

I've been trying to get my name changed AND bank information changed w/ebay and have been going round and round with several agents for weeks and keep being told that it is being processed and wait another 3-7 business days and it's STILL not taken care of! I have over $100 sitting in my account that I can't access and they have given me until TODAY to make the changes or else I lose the money. Since they removed PayPal as the money source, there's been nothing but problems with them!

Desired outcome: I need my information processed TODAY so I don't lose my money!

eBay Misrepresenting sold items’ holding times for funds and cs misrepresenting calling customers

Prior to listing an item for sale the following is listed under funds' hold time: New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while we confirm that their items have been successfully received.

Literally, as soon as an item is listed, it now states that funds are held for two weeks, to make sure there are "no complaints or returns". This is a patently misrepresentation of the actual situation. The items are non-returnable and have a tracking number associated. The seller is not only lied to, the seller is also now inherently liable for usps, ups or fedex mishandling of items. I did not enter the agreement to use their selling vehicle with the understanding that these funds… hundreds of dollars would be arbitrarily held for two weeks. And if one does not use eBay shipping labels, the seller covers all shipping fees out of pocket prior to the two-week mandatory hold period. I have 100% rating and have spent hundreds of thousands on thousands of items… this is simple and clear misrepresentation of a contract prior to using their platform.

Also, their CS is non-existent now. I requested a phone call 4 times. No one attempted to call… I simply get emails saying we tried to call. This is outright falsified information. Any requests for phone records will verify this. I am sure I am not alone. A simple comparison of requests for calls to actual calls made, and then a follow-up email stating the customer was unavailable, would easily prove falsified claims and non-resolution of customer issues.

Desired outcome: Early release of funds, and sanctions to them and their CS teams

eBay Ebay enabling bad practises of sellers

I ordered an item from Charles Trent. I recieved a text from DPD courier service, on the Friday advising they will deliever at 8.59, so i called at 8am to say i would not be available . I was told that hey will not attend the property and will redeliver it on Saturday, which was fine by me.
Saturday morning, i did not recieve a text to alert, so i called DPD and was told they had to note the account as " Customer refuse the item" because the seller was to tight to pay for the weekend delievery. I was told to give the Seller a call and arrange a Sunday delivery. I left a voicemail on Charles Trents answering machine requesting this, but did not recieve a response. The following day, i recieved an alert to say they will deliever on the 5th. Again, on the day i advised them not to and to a neighbour, which i told them not to. I contacted the seller who was flipant and did not feel he did anything wrong. I made several calls to Ebay and spoke to countless incompetent and stupid advisors, Including Chen, Ben, Joan, etc also managers, who basically discarded what Charles Trent car parts in St Georges Avenue, Parkstone, Dorset did and basically said i should inconvienience myself further by accomodating him. I advised them as he deliberately had the item delievered, he should take complete responsibility to return the item. I had been a customer of Ebays for 2 years and this has clearly shown me what a callous, thieves they are. who have lost all principles in order to protect the seller. I have shut my account down and would advise anyone who is thinking of ordering goods from Ebay to reconsider because they will side with the seller regardless of the situation,

Desired outcome: I would like for Ebay and Charles Trent to be investigated and penalities enforced. I want a full refund

eBay My Korean barrettes. #[protected].

It says my barrettes were shipped 8/10. I never received them & it does not look like it is moving in transit. I did not receive a refund. I would like to know the status of my barrettes. It will not let me get in touch with the seller.
Can you please look into the status of when I will be receiving them.

eBay Account got suspended

My account got suspended I don;t know why and Neither the website, or the help pages they keep sending you too, or the live agent OR phone get you anywhere to get it resolved. I tried even to cancel my account but as the account is suspended (which they can't get it fixed for me), I can't even have my data removed from their DB. This is stealing my personal information and never giving me the right to get it fixed. No phone number! Chat tells you to call a number that hangs up and says it no longer exists. Site tells you to reach their team, you click the link it says that link cannot be found. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I want my data to be deleted from that terrible system. Never will use EBAY! Never did and never will

i want to set up selling my ice fishing decoys on your e-bay and was talking with a lady about the cost for adv. listing and one other thing i can remember . i ask if there were any other charge.. she was checking and i told her i was going to check the cost on Amazona and this guy came on and suspended my account to protect his community . eBay Account suspension & blocking

I've had my account Permanently suspended, it came after $350+ was left in my account. I was warned eBay was notorious on some issues but this was exceptionally remarkable even for them. I looking for a Message that ebay said they sent to my E-mail AND on the ebay message board but no message was present or procedure outlined for removing the suspension.

I did get an Agent but now NO agent is available, I left a message for my Lawyer to see if he can get to the bottom of this but my profit margin is marginal and I am left dead in the water aside from vreating fake id, and bogus accounts as the ONLY means to recover my loss.

I have been a %100 straight shooter with ebay and Paypal, provided all this ridiculous level of extra information that other clients never had to and never abused them in any way, I even kicked out 2 clients from the past for schemes of how to rob them and kept a tight lip when asked about ebay issues even with my clients who complained all the time and for over 23 years+, and in one fell swoop they canned me and seem to be trying to steal money from me as well?

A Predator knew how to push the right ebay buttons to manage that I suspect, the agent said I need to speak to authorities to recover my funds and did not give me instructions on WHAT authorities, Who, and left me totally blind on everything including what possible actions are available to me.

Does anyone have any idea where a seller can go to at least obtain a reason for such behavior, no authority has contacted me about some serious offenses! I am baffled since I will have to spend the $300 they are holding on Legal fees JUST to find out what the heck is happening and then pursue for damages.

Thats a hell of a way to treat a seller that honestly never stole a penny from anyone knowingly! and made your company at least 6 figures of profit in 23 + years, and likely 7 figures running Client sellers who TRUST me with ALL there money and even told me recently to keep %50 of the sale as commission.

Leonard Eisen passed and his products I still sell on occassion and give his profits to his wife, whome now I give to the The Midland Park Senior Center in Honor of his memory. Ralph Marlin ties.

They erased all that inventory as well!.

The Level of Cruelty is outstanding here, I held on with new and newer rules which diminished my CLient base to 3 people and NOW they do to me what I would Never have done to them !, Which i REFUSED to ever do to them even under the advise of others... Letter those clients go so I could stay Kosher with ebay and now it looks like they just TURKED me! w/o explanation.

I could not even recover years and years of descriptions I typed in some by hand from my inventory which they immediantly destroyed.

To My surprise a predatory Buyer RETURNED the product a case that lingered from 6/9/21 till 09/27/21 where eBay first penalized me and then froze my money. I prefer the paypal method of placing a HOLD on money until promises are met and comments / Conditions are not modified during transaction to mislead.

I informed ebay of the return and oddly enough the amount withheld in my account at the times of the incident nearly exactly matches price of item.

My clients say I was most definately played. My account still remains suspended and nothing seems to be changing, I find it hard to beleave, I've been an Honest trader and dealer for over 25 years with ALL my online transactions buying and selling.

I find this affair disgusting tp say the least.

AND no one seems to offer a reasonable course of action whereby my work on eBay for 2 decades will be completely discarded.

i had an account for over 15 years over 2000 buys ebay locked me out for no reason . my sign in is pabdo with sn00py sign in. they put another name and when india called was no help

eBay Buyers and sellers beware!

Never buy or sell anything on ebay. They are using new technology made by Distil Networks that has started blocking many people randomly that wrongly blocks legit buyers and sellers stating they are bots. They will lock your account forever and steal your money if they think you are browsing the listings too fast, if you change contact info, etc and prevent you from contacting customer service even though they tell you to do so.

eBay Problem with warranty

On nov 23 2020 I order a Throttle Body from Perfectmatch-autopart /E-bay seller for 51.94 and now I am having a problem with it I E-Mail them with the computer code and a list the problem I was having with it
I contract them and they told me they would warranty it BUT after 2 month they have stop ans my e. mail and have not warranty the item

eBay Total lack of buyer support and assistance

Multiple emails to a seller have been ignored. eBay has absolutely no effective way to assist a buyer. I have exhausted numerous avenues provided by eBay to get some resolution. All efforts through their website result in being told this option is not available. Calling the fraud number, which I believe this seller committed, did no good because my concern did not fit their definition of fraud. Let's see; I paid for a product I never received. Multiple attempts to contact the seller have failed. Seller refuses to respond.

Thank God for Paypal since they immediately created a case. One week after my purchase, no help from eBay. They apparently do an excellent job of protecting their sellers but truly offer no support to buyers.

BUYER BEWARE!

eBay unable to get assistance from ebay customer service regarding need to have them 'Step In" with dispute with a seller.

I notified ebay 5 days ago about receiving item not as described or as in photo in ad on their site. Followed their steps for refund and told the seller agreed to full refund and that there was a return label at bottom of message. There was no label attached. I tried to negotiate with seller on numerous occasions during that time to no avail and getting the run around. I have copy of five messages in my ebay message inbox regarding this issue. Ebay had said I could elicit their help through a request for them to "step in" by today. I have spent numerous hours today trying through chatting with "assistants" who each said they could not assist me and would I like to speak to an agent. I requested to speak by phone and initially I was granted . however my phone was not turned on due to not turning it back on after teaching in morning. When I discovered the reason why I had not been called, I tried to call number listed in my phone. Only to discover the number did not accept calls and directed me to go to customer service online. I have spent hours trying to reach ebay customer service and seem to be going in circles. Apparently there is no direct customer service phone line and the chatting area, when you can get to it, cannot assist and says they will put you in a queue for a call. But no call is ever received. The order number for the disputed item is [protected]. Item # [protected]. cost $54. Placed on August 28, 2021 and delivered on 09/15/21. Sold by Hadnicer 19175. The item was very poor quality as in dime store variety and and not as pictured in ad with only 4 medium sized sunflowers and 9 small the size of miniature daisies. The fabric greenery had 2 different colors of green and 2 different cuts. There was also plastic leaves on smaller blossoms and a cheaper white plastic miniature flower with another color green. The description only stated 13 Heads Sunflowers Artificial Fake Flower Bouquet Garden Party. when purchasing no mention was made of plastic component, or number of large vs small blooms as now appears in description since purchase. I noticed another packed bouquet had unattached flower to the stem. Photos were sent to seller with request for full refund.

Desired outcome: Full refund with ebay standing by their guarantee and assistance to resolve disputes and provide refunds.
