On top of price gouging during this COVID-19 pandemic by raising their minimums and prices, they have provided products that were defective, gave excuses to not issues refunds or credits (not stand by their products), and when I tried to contact their support team banned me from using their support service. Their vaporizer cartridges leak and can get ingested or stuck in your lungs THIS IS A HEALTH RISK AND THEY ARE TRYING TO COVER IT UP. Should not be operating.

Eaze I received notification nearly 2 weeks ago that my account had been suspended

I received notification nearly 2 weeks ago that my account had been suspended. After begging for days to get someone to help, I finally got an email saying it was suspended bc I hadn't paid for my last order and in order to get my account reopened, I had to provide screenshots of my bank account. I did just that and was completely ghosted again. I have asked anywhere from 7-9 customer service reps for help over the last 14 days and consistently get told that I will be emailed back, but nothing. I also got told my account would be reopening, but that was over a week ago before I was ghosted. I feel incredibly violated that I shared screenshots of my bank with them only for them to ghost me, despite the literal thousands of dollars I gave them through business during the pandemic.
