On October 1, 2008, I wrote an "image check" as asked, and gave my account number and routing number. I can find no way to contact anyone to inquire why moree than a month later, I have yet to receive the product asked for. I have called the fraud department of Citibank, and told my bank what has happened. Now it's a question of do I close the account, inform all of the merchants who are permitted to take monthly payments from my checking account, and inform the college who makes direct deposits to my account, as doe Social Security and SSI deposits. I am n ot sure if I can remember all of whom I am connected to in order to not receive late payment penalties of which I can not afford. I am very disappointed with this company-not because of my innocent amount of $36.49 but because of the inconveniences caused by this scenario. If a mistake was made on my part, say I accidentally mistyped a digit in my information, surely they would have told me or maybe a phone call or e-mail. Another thing, when I checked my 'checking activity' every transaction told me what the money was for. They only said "check" and there wasn't another piece of info. I would like to continue having faith in the Internet, these "Easybuy" people did not help. Thank you for this opportunity. If you manage to gather any info, please feel free to contact me.     I had placed an order with them, they cashed my check but I never got my order! What do I do?
