We were in the process of purchasing a property in 2016 but the the seller and agent did not disclose that there was severe damp. I met with this lawyer (Raymond) the night of the 11th july 2017.in our meeting (He never told me what a meeting with him will cost at any time, just charged me), he said that I immediately have to pay him r5, 000.00, for him to begin any work on my case. Which I immediately paid straight into the company’s account. A week later, I wrote them a letter asking why I still havnt heard anything from them as yet. No reply. Then two weeks later, I asked again and still no reply. I then wrote them an email, stating that I want my full r5, 000.00 back, seeing as they took me for a ride and stole my money! They have still not returned my money. Don’t make the mistake of getting raymond or anyone from eastes inc as your attorney, they will [censor] you over and pocket your money, without lifting a finger for you. This company (And raymond) are the worst kind of [censor] that ive seen in my entire life, to say the least! Raymond also sent me one whatsapp message, which is very sexual. Maybe thinking that I will allow him to have me in any sexual way. Please! Btw, I have full proof of everything I stated above.
