Our complain is against the owners of "The Complaints Board". In our view your action is nothing more a fraud and your business is set up to suck money out of innocent companies. You did not publish a single act of fraud or incident by us on your board yet you listed us as "Suspected of Fraud". When we seek to contact you, you have no contact informaton on your site. when we choose to ask legal advise from attorneys listed on your site they asked us for a fee.

Would it be fair to say that you (The Complaint Board) have found a clever way to practise fraud yourself, by allowing false claim to be filed anonymously then seek money to resolve the claim or provide legal advise?).

I hope all businesses of good repute get together to seek laws that will allow us to come after scums like yourselves.

After more than 4 years in business we have had a single customer complain. From a customer who wanted our Mobile vehicle management application for free with his tracking services. A service for which we charge $4.99 per month. The customer complained, we refunded 100% of all fees paid to us to sign up ffor the service and closed his account, he went to rip (who by the way never verify anything it publishes - and also seek money to mediate between us and the lying customer. Rip also has a policy not to remove a false filing even when confronted with evidence that the filing was false) Is that new wave in journalism????


You however have no fraud claim filed with you AGAINST US yet you are alerting the world that we have been flagged for fraudulent practises.


We hope the world see you for what you are. You are disgracefully tarnishing a noble service.

    on 11th October 2012, we transferred USD. 25, 092 (Twenty five thousands ninety two dollars) to EarthSearch Communications Inc. based in Atlanta Georgia for purchase of tracking devices. Not a single item was delivered. On our request for a refund, the response we got is that they do not have a refund policy.
    The 25, 092 transfer was preceded by another payment of USD. 50, 000 for a 3 year software license - the software license was terminated barely one year into the agreement and no refunds made for this, not to mention that we had earlier purchased several devices from EarthSearch which we now cannot use since they blocked the software.
    We seek justice, we need the refund of our cash.
