Eaglemoss build the delorean

I have had problems from issues 22 keep ringing and emailing and told they moved premises this is the 3rd time they have moved and problems with suppliers the latest is they haven't been paid for 3 months not true I've been onto the bank of hey have to he records that hey haven't gone for the payments this is not my fault so the last time I rang customer service said he will send out my next issues free and sort everything out but know I needed from issues 79 and he sent from 71-74 they know good to me this either gets sorted before next Tuesday or will be taking all emails and phon recording to citizens advice something has to be done about this a total disgrace for such a big company know doubt something will be advertised on TV this year again I advise anyone not to bothe as they are going to get the same as we all are who are posting on here let's see if I get a response I'm actually calling at he moment and guess what only on hold now for 15 minutes great.

Eaglemoss marvel factfiles

I placed an order over the phone in January 2017 for the last outstanding issues I was missing. The delivery arrived missing 1 issue. I have since been contacting Eaglemoss regularly via email and phone calls to chase this issue up. I have been told that it has been reordered and out of stock and they have no idea when it will be back in stock.
The most recent email I received stated that they had no record of my order and would not be sending the final issue to me even though it is paid for in January.

I have been on the phone over 45 minutes today alone trying to get through to someone but unable to get passed the holding music.

This is ridiculous, over 10 months waited now for 1 outstanding issue. But the time and effort spent on it all because why have 249/250 episodes. And it's been paid for!

Eaglemoss knit and stitch creative

I have received several of my boxes but:
1) it was not stated when I signed up that I would be charged for several kits at once
2) there is nowhere to check my subscription or log in
3) I paid for premium membership but have not received premium items
4) when I asked questions about the above points, I was told to call customer service
5) my recent payment had been taken from my account but when I said their decision not to answer questions sounded like a scam, suddenly my payment for this month disappeared from my bank account as though it had been returned.

Eaglemoss 3d printer magazines

I took out a subscription for the magazines to build a 3d printer. I have not received all the magazines and they have been really unhelpful. They said i cancelled which I did not and told lies. I have all the emails I have sent and I am left with parts of a printer which will not build a printer and it has cost me a lot of money. I would like a full refund as it has taken over a year and still I am waiting.

Eaglemoss build a delorean

Had missing issues 4 months ago and after repeatedly calling I still have not received my missing issues. I am missing issues 73, 74 & 75. I have just received the latest installment that was supposed to contain my missing issues but again nothing. My subscription number is 2000250.
I was promised the missing issues with my next delivery - 3 times! - but with each new installment they are still not being sent. Only issue 72 was sent and this doesnt help.
I cannot continue with the build until I have these issues and Eaglemoss have not kept to the agreement we made - so I am putting them on notice that I will be asking for my money back in full & sending the Delorean back if this it not resolved in the next week.

Eaglemoss fraudulent behaviour

I have been collecting the DC Comics books for a few years and was really excited about the opportunity to extend the original subscription. What a mistake!
Eaglemoss and the Data Base Factory have continued to take money from my account every four weeks for the past few months and have not delivered any of the books. I have written numerous emails and made many calls only to receive numerous promises of the books shipping with the next delivery. After 16 weeks of failed deliveries and broken promises, I have cancelled my Direct Debit and subscription.
What is most disappointing is that the books are quite good and I really enjoyed collecting them as I spent over £1, 200 on these books. I would have really liked to finish the extended series but with no deliveries for over 16 weeks - I don't think that they exist...
Is this an elaborate fraud or the epitome of poor customer service?

I am in the same position, I haven't cancelled yet though but I am probably going to phone on Monday to cancel. It's not the first time I've had deliveries go missing but they resolved it quickly before, now I don't know what's happening with them. Such a shame, I was enjoying this series.

Eaglemoss dc comics graphic novel collection

I have a premium subscription to the Eaglemoss DC Comics Graphic Novel collection. I am supposed to receive two books per month -- but Eaglemoss has not sent me any shipments at all for FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS now.

When I asked Eaglemoss customer service about this, they replied that they stopped sending my subscription shipments because a "Green Lantern premium book has regrettably been unavailable".

That, of course, is not an answer at all. Needless to say, it is absurd to suggest that the unavailability of one single book is an acceptable or logical reason to completely stop sending any other books in my subscription -- for over four months (and counting). This is utterly ridiculous.

When I asked, they refused to give me an answer as to when they intend to start sending me books again.

I’ve been getting messed about with both the Dc Collecction and the batman...they have usually arrived all be it months late but I’ve had nothing now since end of September I’m cancelling my subscription..not through them just cancelling the direct debit at the bank. I’ll buy back issues at forbidden planet from now on. There service is a joke.

Eaglemoss legends of batman

I started subscribing for the legends of batman graphic novel collection. In May still awaiting my first 3 issues emailed to say I had to wait 21 days so I waited still nothing so they said they would resend with an email to say its on its way I got nothing at all I had to email them to which they replied your order has been processed it's awaiting dispatch. Its been over a week still nothing can't do anything as I have to wait another 21 days. Absolute joke I also asked about when I will get the next issues as you get two every month since I've been waiting a whole month to not get the first 3 the next two should be due. They replied they are not added to you're account yet but they should be soon. Now to me that sounds like they don't have a very good system as I thought they would be on your account automatically till cancel so what's happening to my subscription. I'm so confused and upset by them needs sorting out.

Eaglemoss unable to access eaglemoss website.

I am a registered customer, ep045566, and although my email address and password are saved to my computer I am constantly rejected every time I attempt to make a purchase. I am at present avidly collecting the star trek ships but every time I attempt to purchase any other items such as game of thrones my sign in information is rejected out of hand. I have even tried to change my password, all to no avail. I have attempted to re-register, also not possible. Can you please find out why I am unable to log in? I am really interested in other items.

Eaglemoss building the delorean

My wife ordered building the delorean for me. I was receiving my magazine and model parts every month. On june 10th 2017 payment was due to come out of our bank account for issues #24, 25, 26 and 27. After 10 - 14 days later, I should receive the parts through the post. The same happened in july 2017, no magazines were sent to me. I checked my bank statement and found that payment was never taken out of our account. I know that payment was in the account to cover the payments for the magazines. Now I contacted eaglemoss to back date the issues. I received issues #28-31 and #32-35 then other issues in the months after that. Now these parts are to be built onto the delorean chassis but without issues #24-27 which are part of the engine. And without these parts, I cannot fix the engine to the chassis, so basically I am collecting parts to a car that I cannot build and I would like to know what I can do. I have cancelled eaglemoss as I feel that I have been let down by them.

Eaglemoss star trek collections

By far this worst online experience i've ever had. I was lied to 3 times by this company. When I ordered my first ship I called the next day to see of I could add the bonus code. I was told that the ship already shipped out and there is nothing they can do. Next they shipped my second order. When I saw the charges on my account I called and cancelled my account. I was told that they can't stop the order but they will stop any future orders. 4 days later they sent me an email saying that they are going to refund me my money. I asked them how long until I see the refund. I was told 3-5 days. I emailed them everyday asking for an update on the refund. Here I am 8 business days later (total 12 days) and now i'm told it could take 7-10 days. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Eaglemoss knitting creative magazines

I am still waiting for the missing magazines. Starting at number 4, what is going on you are taking 21.96 every month and I have bought the first 3 magazines myself. Please send the magazines. I live in a high rise block so please ensure they come to the right address. Flat 64 sunningdale, chapelhill road, moreton, wirral ch46 9se
The postcode only refers to our building.

Eaglemoss o/no em151395

Ordered and paid for on 2/11/17. Money gone across from my account. I tried to cancel order by phone on 3/11/17 but was told order was with warehouse ready for despatch. Josh in customer services emailed with returns address so when it was delivered I could return it for refund. I later advised that I wanted to keep the order

Despite many times phoning (up to 30 minutes to speak to an agent and many emails) the only response I get is we are looking into it or what items are missing. The last email advised that the relevant department would be in contact with me. What is the relevant department and why have they not contacted me.

I have read the comments of other customers complaints and agree totally with them. Your customer statement is a joke.

Unless I get a responsive reply to my complaint I will be advising trading standards about you company. Your sales information shows despatch in 3-4 days, not months. If the items are out of stock which was not indicated at the time of the order, why have I not been informed?

This order was an anniversary present to my wife which I was hoping I could give her for christmas. Now I have to find something else for her.

Eaglemoss star trek / product paid for but not delivered

Star trek collection subscriber number is: tc000037
I have not received any product since april 2017. However, I have been getting billed on my credit card every month since up until october when I cancelled my card.
The reason I cancelled my card was because I called eaglemoss in august and told your agent I had not received anything since april. He said he would "resend" the items I had paid for since april.
Update>*…I have not received a damn thing since april and have not received a refund.

My cc is cancelled and I would like my refund, please advise on how to get this taken care of.

They have not responded to my emails either

Eaglemoss double payment taken

Placed an order online for the first marvel collection figure and magazine. Eaglemoss has taken two payments of around £25 from my card. They do not answer the telephone or even respond to emails. We contacted the italian part and was told it is nothing to do with them. I have to contact uk. Worst costumer service I have ever had in this day and age.

Eaglemoss order not received

My order number is em126674 and it was placed at 6th of september. I have ordered a swamp thing dc figurine and a hellblazer dc figurine. I would like to know why there is no delivery until now. After all this time waiting with for the delivery I would like to know when can I get my order and if there is a possibility to get a full reffund.

Update: the replied to my email a week ago asking for the details of my order, I replied within a few hours and I am still waiting for any news on my case. This is completely frustrating and I would like to get compensated in any way possible.

Subscriber code k3007226. Subscribed on 19 september and despite several emails complaining that I have not received a single issue they have still taken over £52 from my account in just over 1 month. They have made excuses and false promises - the latest of which promised the first 3 publications be last weekend! And I have no idea what one of the payments is for. At this rate I must be paid up till next year.

Very unhappy and have asked for a full refund. No longer interested in the publication.

Unfortunately I can only repeat what has said before. My experience is that I get platitudes and promises - don't bother ringing as you will spend considerable time being told that your call was really important! They have been deducting two payments each month and eventually it was explained to me that it was to catch up with the subscription. I have not received most issues and what I received was not in correct order. I emailed to indicate that I did not want a special order, yet the money was deducted and the only time an order was dispatched in a timely fashion was one that I did not want. Really poor service. I don't get timely responses to email only the computer generated response that my email had been received. Deliveries are inconsistent
I have issues 1-7, 10, 16-18. I have also been asked to pay for the postage to return duplicated kits with a promise that I will receive the money on receipt of the bills. Don't really have the confidence in that!

12/8 $24.68 taken from account - delivered issues 1-3 ( I did think it was supposed to be $11) I never got the special introductory deal that was advertised.

delivery of issue 10, 16-18 and duplicate Issue 1 and 3 were received just prior to Christmas.

This is extraordinarily poor service from a company which is supposedly based around a delivery model.
Do not deal with this company.

The worst company in the world to deal with. Initially only part order received. Poor quality. I’ve contacted them many times to cancel, but again many months later I’ve received notification that my next mag is despatched. DONT deal with these idiots.

I have also had massive issues with them they have taken over $150 out of my account, I cancelled because of the inconsistency of delivery... I handed it to my bank to handle the return of my money, I have issues 1-6 just received issue 7, 12 and 13... Very badly run business... steer clear

Called for a refund of a shipment I have not yet received. They took $32. I said no I don't want it, can't use it as all I do is crochet and not knit. I also stated I want to cancel. So she cancelled it, but said I couldn't get a refund as it's already shipped. Bollocks! You're going to tell me that you ship before getting a payment? This was less than an hour ago that my account was charged. She said I'd have to return it with shipping at my charge. BAD BUSINESS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I, too, have subscribed to Knit & stitch creative. They have already taken 2 payments but not a single issue has been received.
My emails have not been replied to and even after 14 minutes of holding on the phone, the call was not answered. This has happened twice.

Eaglemoss knit and stitch magazine

I subscribed after buying the first issue from a shop. Heard nothing from them despite emails and telephone calls which they never answer. They are ignorant and I suggest no one else subscribes to this company. They just want your bank details. I waited on the telephone 13 minutes with some recorded message saying all the lines are busy every few seconds. I then hung up as all they were doing was making money out of my phone call.

I have been waiting since 19th September when they took my first payment. They have taken the 2nd and I still haven't received any magazines. I agree STAY AWAY, I have waisted about 2 hours in total on hold, emailed and have had no reply.

I signed up for your build the delorean on the 15/9/17 I received an email from you on the 19/9/17 saying to wait 21 days for delivery

As I had not received anything on the 10/10/17 I rang your customer service number and a member of your staff lied to me and told me the magazines had been dispatched and I would get them by the end of the week

Of course I didn't receive them because they hadn't been dispatched, so I rang again on the 16/10/17 to again be told by another member of staff the magazines had been dispatched and I would receive them by the end of the week

Then I receive an email saying they had been dispatched and to wait 5-10 days for delivery...
Then I get an email saying there's a delay and i'll receive the magazines when they are back in stock, but why would I need to wait as they have already been dispatched? Ahh more lying staff members

So I rang again on the 17/10/17 finally getting the truth that you don't have the magazines and that you have no idea when they will be back in stock

I have sent numerous emails and tweets that have gone unanswered, I have spent a total of 2 hour and 12 minutes on hold only to be given no information what so ever and be lied to

1. Why are your staff members lying to customers?

2. Why did it take you 6 days after the 21 day delivery window to tell me the magazines were not in stock?

3. As a company how can you possibly not know when you are getting more stock in? That's basic business practice to know when your stock is coming and information that your customer service department must have

As I have been lied to by your staff on 2 separate occasions and received emails that give me conflicting information I demand to know when I will receive the magazines I have paid for
I want an exact date as to when you will receive them in stock and a time period for delivery
After the delivery period expires if I have still not received the magazines I will expect a full refund in my bank within 24 hours and I will report you to bbc watchdog and trading standards
