e-harmony.ca — scammed by someone on their dating site.
Am totally disappointed in a once considered respected dating site. First, I believe you guys have falsely advertised your so - called "free" dating site. I did not and wld not pay for the use of a dating site. Ever! So you did not get my credit card info from me. And then you have the audacity to charge me for 3 months when I used it for 3 days. Then I get this richard c todd (Alias???) scamming me out of $14, 000.00+. He also was on your site and conveniently wanted out of contract with you guys after he met me. Why now I ask myself, because he had caught his big fish, hook, line and sinker. I received a letter from you people later on, saying he was removed from the site for undisclosed reasons. I felt I was entitled to know why, as I was already involved with him. No details were ever disclosed to me. Just a little pep talk on safety. Will never ever trust this dating site or any other for that matter. This was the first and the last ever on any dating site. Thank you so much for the uplifting experience. (Not) richard sent pictures of himself and apparent family members. He most likely stole this "richard guy's identity as well. So watch for a richard c todd from (What he says) lives in boardman, oregon usa. I got mail returned to me stating no such address. There were red flags I shld have seen but was caught up in his little game very early on and it cost me
$ 14, 000.00. Get it out there so no other girl is catfished as I was. I consider myself to be intelligent, but apparently not. Shame on me! I wld never have lost that money if I hadn't been scammed by you people to start with. I know without a doubt I did not authorize or give out any credit card info. It just wldn't have happened. I wld never think of paying to meet someone. Absolutely not! But what is done is done. Just stop it from continuing on!!! Lv
