I drive a 2014 Polo TSI which is under warranty(with 58000km), I had a steering failure on the car which makes its very hard to turn the vehicle.. First thing I did the following morning was to call VW Dutton to explain my ermegency, i took in the car 4 check-up and they ordered the part, I was told to expect a call for fitment in the next 2days..i waited till the 3rd day and decided to call them to check, on the phone I was told to wait a couple of minutes they'll get back to me.. After 2hrs of waiting I drove there to check and found that the part had arrived but they never bothered to call me.. then I asked them to fit the part as I requested when they ordered...The manager tells me that it will take the whole day to fit the steering column and their already busy with other cars, (meaning I must continue driving the car as it is), I must come back on Monday..This is not the first time i'm encountering this with Duttons...I just think theyn't taking African people serious which suprises me Coz we their biggest customers
