Dunkin' Donuts behavior / statement employee made

Friday 7-19 at 12:39pm, I ordered 2 hot large black americanos, 1 ssg egg amr cros & 1 egg american cross. An Asian employee named Michael who made my americano stated loudly ' Oooh NASTY! Why would anyone want to drink that! I told the cashier ( a mature Hispanic female who was very professional) that 'the comment was not appropriate for an employee to say and needs to be RETRAINED!' The cashier spoke to him and said she would speak to the manager.

Dunkin' Donuts not getting paid for three hours I worked there

Worked at Duncan Donuts was to be parttime but only worked three hours cleaning mold out of cold case. Was filthy as well as store. Workers were not using gloves to cut up food. Ileft the store while you were out to go to the bank. You added me to the computer for my time but was to correct it when you returned. I was there from 9am to 12:00pm. Cleaning up the filth I was finding in the store. I was not told to clean I told you I was going to start cleaning until you could get to me.
When you work for somewhere you are hired and do all paperwork online and you are told to come to work and you do but for some reason you dont get paid.
I will be calling the Fair Wage and Labor board.
I was told alot about things that went on in the store from the manager to include drug use from employees. I just want the pay from my three hours I worked at Duncan Donuts in Ankeny on NW Ankeny Blvd.

Dunkin' Donuts drive thru service

I visited the Dunkin Donuts at 600 S Missouri Ave in Clearwater FL yesterday afternoon, as I do at least 2-3 times a day.. EVERYDAY.
So I place my order at the drive thru and pull up to the window.. where the guy at the window proceeded to hand me my 2 large drinks, followed by a handful of splenda packets.
WTF?! He is the only one to ever do this, and it's the 2nd time.
Please explain to me why I would go to dunkin donuts to basically make my own drink?!
Not to mention I came through the drive thru.. so obviously I'M DRIVING! Now I gotta stop and make my drink, because some guy was too lazy.. even though that's HIS JOB.. which HE GETS PAID FOR!

Dunkin' Donuts eastbound turnpike drive - thru 6/18/19

Dear Representative,

This morning at your Eastbound Massachusetts-turnpike drive thru near Weston, I ordered two "Heath" flavored coffees and two blueberry muffins.
The person who took my order said pull around without repeating the order back, which concerned me as the flavoring, a newer offering, was not acknowledged. When I got the coffee I tasted one of them and noted no flavoring.
I asked the server if he had added the "Heath" flavoring and he seemed confused stating he did not know what "that" was. I asked him what flavorings were available. He listed the flavorings and I chose butter pecan.
At this point the young man takes the coffee and goes to the left of the register out of site. I can however see a young lady in a purple T-shirt (visible in video) leaning on a counter staring in his direction with alternating expressions of shock and mirth. I also felt the young man took an exceptionally long time to return with the coffees.
Feeling uncomfortable, I hand him back the bag of muffins and ask for a refund. He reacts with confusion and gets, I assume a manager, the young lady in the orange T-shirt who immediately assumed an adversarial stance and asked what the problem is.
I stated that the order was wrong and I wanted a refund. She immediately becomes agitated and asks me to pull around to the front of the building to speak with her. I tried to explain I was taking my father to doctors appointment and did not have time. I will have proof that my father has multiple critical appointments on this day.
I will send a video but in my opinion this young lady who refused to refund my purchase, is notable agitated throughout the interaction and she alone is attempting to escalate the situation which results in-her threatening to call the police and have me arrested. Moreover it is untrue that I yelled at anyone at any point in the interaction as she implies.
This was an exceptionally bad customer experience for this loyal customer who almost exclusively has patronized DD for 4+ decades.
I would appreciate hearing from somebody in management my number is [protected] regarding a refund and apology.

Dunkin' Donuts no working bathrooms for over a year

An old man came in with a cane and needed to use the bathroom they told him "there's no bathroom here" in the rudest tone I've ever heard. They must be held accountable for this. This place and the employees are disgusting. If you want to stay open you need to change this right away. What if that was your grandfather? He also stated that he was a veteran. Real nice. Just diplorable.

Dunkin' Donuts poor inconsiderate management, cleanness, employee turnover

I have been ordering Breakfast from DD on Military Trail, Sawgrass Promenade, Deerfield Beach, FL or over 10 years and have watched this location sadly decline.
Management is extremely poor and the employee turnover rate is practically every week.

Many times I arrive at an off hour and there is no one covering the front register for walk-ins. Twice I had to walk into the rear of the store and motion to the drive-in window employee that I needed to place an order and she didn't respond...not even with a knod. After 5 minutes finally someone came over and I was able to place my order. The store was empty except for myself.

The counters are dirty more than they are clean, and the credit card boxes' keys are filthy.

Inventory is not kept correctly because for 2 weeks they were out of large coffee cups and gave us an extra large cup because they ran out of large...never ever heard about that happening in the past 10 years?

Since when are the employees permitted to park out front as it takes away the customers' parking spots? For the past two weeks the Assistant Manager is parking her red Nissan in the front when there are dozens of empty spots available nearby which they can park in and not take away convenient spots from customers who are rushing in for their morning coffee and have to go to work! It is so inconsiderate!

Dunkin' Donuts frozen coffee and hospitality

We ordered two frozen coffees both mocha one with whip cream one without, when we got our frozen coffees the small looked like it was not made in an Oasis like they just mixed it themselves. The mocha swirl was on the bottom of the cup and the frozen coffee was the color of a normal frozen coffee without a syrup it was actually extremely light. They also did not give us straws, I went back to ask for a remake and the girl was rude and when I got to the window they served me another mocha swirl frozen coffee without a sticker on the cup and it was not even full. This is not the first time is has happened, but why would you served a frozen coffee that looks correct along side with one that clearly is not made to correct build. I have managed several Dunkin' Donuts and this one is always cutting corners, never mixing the coffees, and Serving cold products.

Dunkin' Donuts ordering a coffee

I went to Dunkin Donuts in Hanover Park Il 5-14-2019 at around 5:00 pm & I had the most horrible experience. I happen to see my fringe William there, he offered to buy me a coffee, so I did. When I received the coffee it was what I ordered. I ordered a small decaf with just hazelnut flavor with cream & sugar on the side. When I received my coffee it looked like mud & it had this awful smell, I was feeling nauseous. The cashier Virag S. say she couldn't refund me so I asked for another coffee, but as soon as my went to her because his coffee didn't taste right & that's when HELL broke loose, She was prejudice, mean, evil, ignored us, rude & inconsiderate. All my friend & I said was can we get a refund or another coffee, I was laughing so hard I couldn't believe this was happening but I was laughing & crying at the same time later. The next thing you know she say she's going to call the Police for nothing & all we wanted was coffee & just sit, relax & talk, but it took a nightmare for a cup of coffee it had taken 1 hour & a half for ridiculous unnecessary time consuming when she never gave me a cup of coffee or refund until the Police came so a 1 & a half hours for this cashier to have serious problem. To top it off she say we can't go back in there & we got discriminated & kicked out for no reason to us for just a cup of coffee. Maxine J

Dunkin' Donuts manager accepting gifts from customers

I thought it should be brought to the brand and franchise's attention that a manager named Melissa Brand, who works at a Dunkin Donuts in the Haverhill area (though her store may be in Meuthen or Lawrence) has been accepting gifts from customers. Most recently she accepted a gift that looks to be worth at least $75 of Victoria's Secret merchandise from a regular. She makes no attempt to hide it, and has frequently posted on social media about it. I believe this must go against some company policy, and it not should still be looked into. As a fellow restaurant manager, it is never right to accept gifts from regulars, as it usually gives way to giving away drinks/food. This only benefits the individual manger involved, and not the other employees of the store that work just as hard. Just thought the company might like to know.

Dunkin' Donuts drive thru

Dear Dunkin Donut Management,

I am a customer or Dunkin Donut at Elizabeth ave Somerset nj Branch, i have been going there everyday with my friend via your drive thru and we received the most rude, disrespectful and worse service yesterday. This happened between 6am-8am.
My friend was ordering at the drive thru and asking about the flavors of coffee you have which was what to be expected of a customer and your employees should be glad to answer them. Not only were your employees dismissive and rude, he also insulted my friend in his language. He probaby didnt know that there is a Filipino in the car and we would understand what he said. This is probably not the first time this happened but it might be the first time that someone understood what they said. I shouldnt tell you how inappropriate for them to make comments about a customer who only want to know what kind coffee you serve. You are in the business of customer service, your employees should be trained better. We didnt do anything to deserve this kind of treatment, it is rude and borderline racist. We expect better! Do better!

Dunkin' Donuts the order takers working the counter.

I went to this location on sat, 3/23/19 at 8:30am... Only to walk in the door and become #12 in line.. One young girl working at the counter.. Slower than a damn snail and with a look on her face of disgust and that she didnt want to be there at all... The customer service at the dunkin donuts sucks and it's a miracle they stay in business.. Everyone in line was exchanging glances, acknowledging the horrible service and attitude of that young chick... I guess that dd application process to qualify for that job is 1- do you have a pulse?, and 2- can you fog this mirror? That's it! Dd sucks!

Dunkin' Donuts iced coffee

On Saturday March 2nd I visited your Old Forest Road location in Lynchburg VA. I am a frequent visitor of this location and the staff there always remembers me when I come in. Great crew might I add. Unfortunately I have not been back to visit sine 3/2/2019. On my last visit It was my final straw...
On this visit I went to the drive thru and ordered my regular Iced Coffee with Hazelnut flavor swirl and cream only and a black iced coffee. I pulled off heading to my run my errands and noticed that my coffee tasted like hazelnut flavored water. This has happened on every visit for almost the last 3 months. I come to this store sometimes twice a day... I have complained and I know that other customers have complained because the crew members at the location tell me that a lot of customers were saying the same thing. On this particular day 3/2/2019 when I walked into the store holding the watered down coffee the cashier looked at me and said " It taste like water don't it" This infuriated me even more. The fact that they knew that the product was of very poor quality and they continued to serve it to customers is just TERRIBLE. I asked to speak to the manager because I was upset that this continues to happen each time I visit this location. The manager then offers me a Dark Roast which I do not like... I then said I will take a cold brew instead. She then wants to charge me the additional cost of the cold brew... I said whatever I have to pay to get a good cup of coffee than ring me up the additional .30 cents. At this point now the "MANAGER" is making my coffee and she hands it to me... I taste it and it taste like sweet tea with Hazelnut flavor... I advised her that is taste like tea...she begins to argue with me that there is no way it is tea and offers to make me another coffee with the sugar free hazelnut syrup... I smelled the 2nd cup that I ordered that was black with no sugar cream or flavor swirl and it was very obvious that it was tea. I asked the Manager to smell it if she did not believe me... she refused and continued to walk away. I then said forget it I would like my money back... She and her staff heard me say 3 separate times that I no longer want the coffee to Please give me my money back. I waited an additional 5-6 minutes and the manager comes back with another black coffee and one with hazelnut and cream. Never did she give my money back. I did not ask for a now 3rd coffee I wanted my money. She said nothing to me and walked away. I stood there for a good 1-2 minutes in shock waiting. I got so frustrated that I took the coffees and left.

I have record on my Dunkin App of each time I have visited and the iced coffee was made incorrectly and they continued to sell it.

on another visit I was told the amount to pay in the drive thru speaker and then at the window the amount was increased (by the manger who charged me for the side of cream I requested because it was in a small cup). The cashier took my card and then gave it back without explaining why I was charged a different amount. I had to ask and have the manager come explain this. I would think that should have been explained before tendering my order 1st and I pay for cream in the price of my coffee.. I have never heard of being charged because I want it on the side to mix it myself.

Dunkin' Donuts everything

I go to Dunkin every morning for my coffee and sometimes breakfast. This particular store literally gets my order wrong every single time. Not even joking.

This morning I ordered a medium mocha iced coffee, light with 1 sugar. Now knowing a medium only takes 3 pumps of swirl since I used to work at Dunkin...I looked at my cup and they used 5.. My coffee was disgusting. I also ordered a Plain bagel NOT TOASTED with strawberry cream cheese on the side. Mind you I was inside of the store when I placed this. Now I get to work and go to eat my bagel and what do I get? It a plain bagel burnt to hell soaked in butter so much it got onto my clothes and stained them...mind you I'm at work so there is nothing I can do for this...

So I try calling the store I went to, I wanted to speak to a manager. I was on hold for 30 minutes before I finally gave up and decided to try and call again. Now every single time I go to call the phone has a busy signal. This isn't the first time I have complained to this store. They don't care about the customer they just want you out of the door. Complete unprofessional group of people. Lack of attention to detail. Its basically just becomes a store that gives you what they feel you want, not what you pay for.

Dunkin' Donuts dunkin donuts online deals

Dunkin Donuts offered me a deal on DD rewards and deals. "Free $5 Dunkin' Donuts Bonus offer w/$10 Reload (Must use MasterCard) through January 10th.

I did as required on January 9th. I did not receive the additional $5. I have emailed DD several times and finally got a answer that the offer was while supply lasts. I added the amount within 1 minute of the offer. It did not say anywhere that it was while supply lasts.

I feel is DD was not going to supply me with the offer they should not have accepted the $10 reload.

Dunkin' Donuts overcharged

I went to the Dunkin Donuts located at 301 N Maryland Ave on 12/29/18 to buy a coffee and sandwich. My gift card was short by .82 so I asked her to charge the .82 on another separate gift card that was a $5.00 New balance card. She charged the card $4.18instead of the .82. I told her the mistake and she said it's ok she will fix it. When I checked the gift card this morning it was never fixed. The balance still says .82 cents. This same person at same shop did this to my son a week ago. I will not be frequently this dunkin donuts any longer. Shame as we love dunkin over was a and crispy cream shops..

Dunkin' Donuts turkey sausage egg wrap

The customer service was not pleasant. The wrap was burnt and the egg is missing. See photos below. Amwent thru drive thru and asked for jelly and was told there was a upcharge of 50 cents. Why? If I would have went into the store and the condiments are on the counter I could take however many I want. Please look at that sandwich photo. DISGUSTING! I chose your store to purchase my breakfast and this is the service and food I received? I could have chosen McDonald's instead. Is this how all Drive thru customers are treated? I need a refund or coupon or something. NOT A GREAT CUSTOMER SETVICE EXPERIENCE!

Dunkin' Donuts support line

I have been on hold waiting to talk to someone about a gift card that has not been delivered for over an hour. This is unacceptable. If you are a business you need to have people available to help with resolve issues. Having someone wait over an hour (and still waiting) to get an issue resolved in ridiculous. I will never buy another gift card from Dunkin Donuts again and I would suggest that no one else do unless you like to wait on hold.

Dunkin' Donuts food

11/04/2018-this dunkin donuts is the worst not sure if the workers know how to assemble the food or heat it up properly. I ordered a ham, egg, cheese on an English muffin with hash browns. I got my food after someone ordered after me waited for 15mins to get it i got ready to eat it at my work and I had to fight the bread it was dry and hard and ruined my breakfast oh the hash browns were overheated too it aLL went in the garbage because that's exactly what i paid for. I've tried to give this place a chance over and over again but i always get disappointed that's why i dont get the hot or iced coffee anymore...not returning any time soon...Mcdonalds, home or nothing at all.

Dunkin' Donuts the manager at dunkin donuts

I have been getting threatened and harassed by the head manager at dunkin donuts & he's always very rude & disrespectful towards me .. He also shows favoritism and had me off for 3 days and everybody else one just because I didn't call to know my schedule but I was told he would call me and when I tried to explain that to him he didn't want to hear anything I had to say .. I've always been dealing with girls at the job bothering me & he has yet done anything about it all around he's just not a good manager and I would appreciate if y'all would look more into this I think he's very unprofessional & doesn't deserve his job I shouldn't have to come to my workplace and feel unwanted and not liked I hope this issue is solved .

Dunkin' Donuts employee abuse

A family member of mine currently works at a Dunkin Donuts in Stirling NJ. She has been working over 50 hours per week and has not gotten paid for all of her hours she has worked. Her boss, threatened her job if she doesn't want to come in to work on her only day off! There is so much more about this specific Dunkin Donuts that is just outrageous and unacceptable. My family member is deprived of sleep. She even had to work a 20 hour shift! Now for an 18 year old, that should not be allowed! This Dunkin' Donuts should be shut down or get a new manager because the one therenowisa complete disrespectful fraud! He steals the tip money from the hard working employees!
