Dunkin' Donuts service & product

I went by the store #348933 on 11th & Walnut street, right by the jefferson hospital to purchase a coffee and a donut. The Cashier, whose name is Pos P., had a very disgusting attitude. She was very rude, and unkind. I asked for a donut and she gave me what seemed to be the driest donut I've ever had. When i kindly expressed that the donut was no good and if she could replace it, She stated, "It's not my problem whether you like the donut or not." I then proceeded to ask for the manager, who did nothing to help make the situation better. I was very unhappy and displeased with my visit, I will never visit this place again!. I advise no one to go there because the employees are all rude and nasty towards their customers, the store is always dirty and their service is Slow!.

Dunkin' Donuts coffees

Sidney ny store # 351023 i am a long time custermer of dunkin donuts a few years ago opened one near my home i have been going ever since. Recentley i noticed my coffees tasting funny sometimes like parfume or skim milk instad of cream all sugared up things like that. Thinking it was just stupidly or hand lotion or mistakes. Than i started to notice only in the mornings cause i go there twice a day lol i made a few friendly workers who told me she has been poking fun about putting skim in my coffees instead of cream. Light bulb go off in my head she has been tainting my coffees !wow i cant believe it tainting my coffees ! So when i confronted her about returning she told boss i was constant complainer and now i cant go there any more. I contacted consumer relations said independently owned and owner is not contacting me what do u do ? Should i contact the health dept i was told by the friendly workers I'm not the only one she does stuff like this to i am a perks member i spend alot of money there.

Dunkin' Donuts unethical behaviour, terrible customer service

I went this morning to the DD store #336444, I order a medium ice caramel macchiato and I also want to try the new brown sugar bacon chipotle, I place the order at 8:20 am, to the drive thru, the cashier gave me the croissant first and the she proceed to gave me the macchiato while she is shaking the cup, I said to her that she wasn't suppose to do that, she apologize and said that she will made another one, I assure her that it was nothing to worry, it was just a mistake, while she ask another member of the DD team to make a new macchiato, the person made an incorrect macchiato, I said this one it's wrong as well, the other team member start shouting that he won't do any more coffee because it was the cashier mistake to shake it, not his; at this time I being ask to pull over the front of the store, I agree and park in front of the store, ones again the provide a wrong coffee, I went inside the store at this point, the employee that was shouting before still have a very nasty attitude and saying that he is not going to do anything more because it will be the third coffee that it has to be made, I'm sorry but why I have to accept a wrong item that I already paid, I want the macchiato to be done as it shut be done at the beginning, a lady came to my help saying that it was the manager her name tag read Jennifer, I ask the name of the employee that at this point is talking to me in a very disrespectful way, he refuse but I get his mane as a Saul, it may be a wrong name. At this point I want my refund, I mentioned that I will contact corporate because the service provide was beyond bad, he shout, complain all that you want I don't care, in the face of the manager, I have never being treat it like that. DD lose a customer today, I will never go back there and I already talk to my friends about it. They need training and good manners to treat customers.

Dunkin' Donuts making a complaint on store practices towards racism

I live in Chicago, IL and A Dunkin donuts location on: 10w.Chicago Ave is where I usually attend for donuts and coffee. But the store clerks are always harassing black men and women. If we sit in the store a little too long, they complain but when white Caucasians and Mexican come in there, the treat them so professional and kind. They never speak to us or show compassion especially towards the homeless blacks. I'm seeking legal representation to sue your organization for not practicing state laws of Equal Rights towards all people regardless of color or class. Also, the pain and suffering and mental anguish of me getting angry and because of the way I was treated by your cashiers in this particular location.

Dunkin' Donuts prices

On a recent stop at the Sloatsburg Travel Plaza on the NY Thruway, I decided to have a drink (Vanilla Chi) at the Dunkin Donuts. I checked the board for the cost and had my money ready as the girl was making the drink. The board cost was $2.59, when it was rung up, it was $3.19. When I said something, the girl told me that it was the price in the register and she couldn't do anything about the costs on the board.

This is false advertising. When I've ran into this previously at DD's or any kind of store, they always charged the stated cost. I wasn't going to make a big deal, since the girl didn't know or care...it was about 8:45 at night.

FYI you info, the info on my receipt was...217370 Fritza; Chk 1497; Feb 14'18; Storied: $NYDDSO1.

Dunkin' Donuts service

I am a nurse a BID Hospital in Plymouth. Every morning i buy a coffee from the Dunkin Donuts in the hospital. Ive been comming here for years its very convenient, but the last month or so my coffee has been made incorrectly more times than not and there are a bunch of my co-workers that are having this same issue. It is very aggravating and sad that now i have to go somewhere else in the morning to get my coffee. I only have this problem in the morning i know it can be really busy but no one else seems to have a problem getting the orders right. Also there is a new manager there and she is very unpleasant i really hope they bring Erica back ASAP!

Dunkin' Donuts this dunkin’ donuts in fort mill, sc. 355327

Here we are at 7:08 in the morning and a week day and I ordered a Decaf coffee. The employee realizes, oh we're out of decaf.
Employee says do you want me to make a fresh pot for you. Really, they should be making it as soon as they realize it's gone.
After all this is a coffee shop! Than I go to fix my coffee and go to get a napkin and container is empty. Really! These are things that should be on a priority list of to do's to make sure everything is set and ready to go.
This is not very organized Dunkin Donuts.
They definitely had enough staff.

Dunkin' Donuts bad service order almost always wrong

On several occasions in the past three months, today being the most recent (February 2, 2018) I use the app on my phone to order my iced coffees. I am at least 7 minutes away and every time I get to the window I have to sit and wait for my order to be made but what really pisses me off is my coffee is wrong! How in the world are they making my coffee wrong when they are looking at a receipt as to how I've asked for my ice coffee to be made? This Dunkin Donuts is located in North Reading, Mass at 293 Main St across from Dairy Queen.

Dunkin' Donuts the manager/customer service

Hello,

I recently visited one of your Restaurants (50 western ave, Lynn Ma) I left my wallet there on Sunday January 28th. I called later in the day and was told to call the following day to speak with the manger seeing as she leaves at 1pm everyday.

When I called the following day, the second the Manager answered the phone she was rude and didn't hide the fact that she was annoyed. She didn't check for the wallet she didn't ask anyone she just said "no we don't have it" then ended the call. Seeing as I only took my wallet out at dunkin Donuts I called today (2.1.18) to simply ask if it were possible for her to check the cameras. An employee answered the phone, I asked for the manager gave her the reason for my call. She put the phone down on the counter, Let the her manager know I was calling and why, and right away this manager started yelling "she keeps calling for her damn wallet I'm not looking for her wallet I don't have her wallet" the phone was left on the counter and your employee "manager" kept yelling and talking about me and then they went about their business without ever picking up the phone to help me in anyway. This was by far the worst experience I've had with Dunkin' Donuts. I do not understand why you have someone like this that has no respect for customers, working for your company. I did not expect an employee to be so rude and disrespectful.

Someone probably picked up your wallet after you carelessly left it there. Since you called before, I'm sure they looked for it and couldn't find it. If someone kept calling me and bugging me after I'd already given them an answer, I'd be irritated too.

I have been working for this dunkin since September and they called me the morning of Saturday January 27, left a message and said they were "investigating" something so to not come into work and they think its a good idea to keep me off the schedule until further notice and when i tried to call back my phone call was declined and they will not tell me why i am not working. Dunkin' Donuts perks

The perks program is awful. It doesn't work half the time, doesn't deduct the specialties you are supposed to get (so you pay full price), and doesn't load immediate transaction history in case there is an issue. I have had to email this company more than 10 times in the past couple of years where they awarded free points to get a beverage because of mess ups. If you don't get your receipt and pay attention, you'll be charged ticket price for items you should get discounts on.

Dunkin' Donuts Cedar Street, Pawtucket, RI Location

I went to the Dunkin Donuts on Cedar Street in Pawtucket, RI this morning at 10:20 a.m. While going through the drive through, I noticed that the trash near the take out window was overflowing with trash and blowing all over the place because it was windy. I ordered a large iced coconut with cream and one Splenda and a plain bagel with cream cheese. There was absolutely no coconut in it and my bagel was stone cold and had about a half a teaspoon of bagel on it.

I would like a refund or at least a credit. I will not go to that location again. But, I will continue to go to the one on Sockanosset Cross Road in Cranston, RI. They are always on top of their game.

Dunkin' Donuts Assistant manager

I've had two issues with an assistant manager named Sarah at 807 Ashley Blvd New Bedford ma. She humiliated me in front of customers and my co workers by belittling me and insulting me. She writ me up for something another coworker forgot to do and told me it was my fault it wasn't done & handed it to me and yelled at me in front of all coworkers as I was coming in for a shift. Would not let me voice my opinion and when I said I am not signing the write up paper she told me to leave and go home or she was calling the cops. I did not event get a chance to give my side before she threatened and insulted me. The week before she insulted me and my family because I was questioning the schedule and told me "it's not my fault you cant feed your son". She's very rude and demanding before an employee can even click in and take off their coats. She is also pregnant and brings her hormones to work and takes it out on her coworkers. She does not deserve to be a manager and acts like a complete psychopath. Belittling employees and insulting them is her specialty. I truely believe she doesn't not have the right to treat people this way or keep her job.

Dunkin' Donuts customer service

Easily the worst customer experience ever experienced. I went into a Dunkin Donuts franchise on Saturday morning (38A Mill Road, Eastchester, NY 10709) and slipped upon entering the store due to a wet floor. We have had some inclement weather in the North East over the last few weeks so the floor had water and slush on. Instead of offering assistance or at least apologizing the manager/owner comes over and says "you should get some better shoes." It was disgraceful and an utter disregard for the safety and satisfaction of the customer. Upon exiting, I proceeded to slip again as there was no other means of egress and the owner/manager continued to mock and make jest of the situation. This franchisee should be [censor] down. It is a stain on the Dunkin Donuts brand and a disgrace to customer satisfaction. It is a massive liability waiting to happen and I can only hope Dunkin contacts this owner and takes the necessary actions.

Dunkin' Donuts staff

It would be nice if the employees of the dunkin in the griswold valero gas station would get their heads out of their [censor] and stop worrying about talking about personal lives with customers 5 minutes after they already served them while leaving the next customer aka "me" waiting in line to order... I watched a man in front of me and order a large hot coffee and the order came up to 1.90.. I thought to myself wow the price went down as I believe her name was dedra made the coffee she chit chatted with the man and handed him his coffee and then stood there talking to him I said excuse me politely as I was in a rush and she raised her arm and put her pointer finger up as if she was politely trying to say hold the [censor] on i'm talking... That really upset me as I am a business owner and was now running into the brink of being late for work all because ms. Chatty pants couldn't wait to text them later.. Now there is 4 other people behind me. All I wanted was a large hot coffee and when my time came to pay I was charged 2.71... This is not ok as this and I personally know hurts business, it hurts cost and is taking money out of the employers pocket... I have been back since but I wont be back after witnessing the [censored] fest between the same dunkin star employee and the other little boy with the lips on her neck... Real classy you have lost my business there unless im desperate for coffee and a [censor] show!

Dunkin' Donuts understaffed, slow service

Good Morning,

As a frequent DD buyer, I am a little disappointed in the service. The staff is super friendly and very nice, but it takes WAY too long. There were 4 people in front of me this morning and it took me 35 minutes to get my 1 coffee. By no means has the Starbucks next door made me wait that long and it does change whether or not I will be going back to this location. I enjoy the product, but 1 person taking orders for those inside during a morning rush is not okay. The line by the time I left was almost out the door and still only 1 person taking orders and making the coffees.

Again, the staff is very nice and friendly- but the process takes forever and there is just not enough help.

Dunkin' Donuts service

I frequently purchase coffee at Dunkin Donuts, Brown's Hill, Pittsburgh, Pa. I always go to the drive thru window. On one occasion the call box was never answered. This was at around 9:45 p.M. There were cars behind me. I left and went to work and returned to Dunkin Donuts to make sure the worker was ok. I again went to the drive thru and the worker responded but sounded like he just woke up. I have gone on 2 other occasions and was told no bagels or muffins by this same employee. I called to complain and asked for the manager and the name of the manager. Surprise it was the manager that was conducting himself in this manner. Lazy and sleeping on the job. I now go to a Shop N Go up the road.

Dunkin' Donuts customer service

Went through the drive thru of dunkin donuts on 139 McBride Ave #147 Paterson NJ 07501 at about 11pm. I placed my order and when I got to the window I told the girl I wanted to reload my card with a $20 bill. My order was $15.33. The girl tried to load the card but instaed of loading the card with the $20 she added it to my total making it $35.33. The money was never loaded to my card. She didnt know how to fix tbe error and pthen face-timed the manager who was home sleeping who told me to refresh the app, as we did at least 5 times. Then via face-time she told me I had to pay an additional $15.33 so the money can load to my card. Which I didnt have. Then after 20 mins I said just take your food and drinks back and please return my $20 she refused, even after me showing both the worker and manager that my DD account still showed zero balance. The manager continued to refuse to return my money now after almost half an hour arguing the manager still refused to issue the money back even after I gave back all the food and drinks. I had to get very aggressive before the girl working finally gave me the money dispite the manager of the store still refusing to return the money. It was horrible because we had our children in the car and the back up it caused in the drive thru. 3 cars even left the line because of the incopetence and horrible customer service provided by the Store manager.

Dunkin' Donuts unethical behavior, overworking disabled employees, giving wrong information on what to do

Hello, I work at 2 Dunkin Donuts in Keene, NH (not at the same time, one then the other) and there is all sorts of wrong going on within them both which are both (along with another 2 or 3) owned by the same franchisee. Inventory is never kept up, even when the full orders are placed, behind the counters unless I am there get absolutely filthy and unsanitary, most certainly not "B rating" for the health board, the managers and assistant managers along with some of the employees that have worked there for years tell other employees to do things that are strictly against code, there is a lot of personal harassment and digging in purses, stalking, getting loud and yelling at coworkers in front of other employees. I worked at at mall Burger King years ago, with all the oil and more disgusting/dangerous crap around and it was still a safer, cleaner and more comfortable environment. I have warned the other employees of my PTSD and claustrophobia yet still my [censor] has been grabbed multiple times, I still get cornered and yelled at by another couple employees one at one and the other at the other. Pretty sure the two are related and one of the is sleeping with/related to the franchise owner or family member of. Also fairly certain some of the customers have noticed the treatments as well for they've tried to console me and/or basically tell me to disregard what said employee was telling me. There are many equipment pieces broken or barely working. Not all fault is on the manager staff/co workers but a lot is on select individuals.

Just FYI, all my major injuries and mental hangups came from only one of the car wrecks, the 2004 one, which happened on my way to swearing in to protect your dumb a...sses. With the lack of training I had because of the time I got the job I do well thank you very much. I also have a college education and family experience in business. I've also heard rumors from family members who had also worked at dunkin donuts in massachusetts about mistreatments and filth so it's not only in New Hampshire. Do some research.

Only it's a belief of many people, not an actual person or thing and lacks the ability to fall, glide, slide, or anything and the bad that happens from Islam is not Islam's fault but the bad people who follow Islam just as there are bad people who follow other religions as well.

Reading other posts I'm pretty sure of the trying to find reasons to fire me. Too funny. I've heard the rumors and now I'm seeing it first hand. Also pretty sure someone near or is/part of the portion owner's family has read this. I dont usually notice big things but subtle. Other than the treatments, faulty equipment and occasional uncleanliness I enjoy working there and with the customers. I hope the menu changes tame some of the demons so to speak.

Pretty sure there's another employee trying to get me fired now or lead me to get myself fired because of my anxiety. I'm pretty sure a psychiatric evaluation is needed before hiring managers. I also understand "the customer is 'always' right, " but this is America and Muslim is (basically) Islam, and a religion. I won't go into detail and much is on the customer on this one, I also don't like Starbucks nor am Islamic but that's not good conversation to have so loud. More horror stories. Kind of thinking about (if anyone is reading this, customer or employee) making this a thread. People just add their horror stories here because I really feel like there are a lot of them.

Today 12-18-2017, my wife went into DD in Hooksett NH to buy gift cards. Here is my wife's summary " Apparently she got pissed off when I asked her which card was which as she slammed them towards me. They were worth different values. Get a grip woman!" I called corporate talked with TIFFANY who said well we have a process. I asked if the call was being recorded, she said yes, then I said I am going to social media so F YOU!
